Ti-based semiconductor is the eco-friendly materials. Here, using n-tetrabutyl titanate and calcium acetate as raw materials, a dual-Z-scheme TiO2/CaTi4O9/CaTiO3 heterojunction was facilely constructedvia the solvothermal combination with calcination route. The obtained samples were intensively characterized by some physicochemical methods such as TG, XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TEM, XPS, UV-Vis DRS, PL, N2 physisorption-desorption and electrochemical test. The optimum TiO2/CaTi4O9/CaTiO3 photocatalyst fabricated at solvothermal temperature of 160 ℃ and calcination temperature of 700℃ shows high efficiency for H2 production, which was 11, 5 and 1.6 times higher than that of rutile-phase TiO2, CaTiO3 and commercial P25(TiO2), respectively. And the Cr(VI) reduction rate over TiO2/CaTi4O9/CaTiO3 was 3.3, 5.2 and 3.1 times higher than those of rutile-phase TiO2, CaTiO3 and commercial P25, respectively. The superior photocatalytic performance is attributed to the strong redox ability of carriers excited by wide band gap semiconductors and the unique dual-Z-scheme which largely promotes carrier separation. © 2023, The Authors. A small deep hole drilling control system based on the capuchin search algorithm to optimize fuzzy PID is proposed to improve the efficiency of small deep hole drilling. Based on the difference between the actual axial force and the expected axial force, the system adaptively adjusts the quantization factor and scale factor of the fuzzy PID controller by using the capuchin search algorithm and adjusting the parameters of the controller in real-time to improve the system performance. The experimental results show that the CapSA-optimized fuzzy PID algorithm achieves the shortest stabilization time and slight overshoot. When the algorithm is applied to actual machining, the proposed algorithm has a faster response speed and more stable axial force. It can be adaptive to Change the PID drilling parameters to meet the production requirements of intelligent manufacturing..

Polymers serve as encapsulating materials for electronic devices, making it crucial to study their thermophysical properties. In this work, a novel 2ω method for assessing the in-plane thermal conductivity of polymer films is proposed. A reusable micro-thermocouple serves as both a heating wire and a sensor, using silver paste as the interstitial material in contact with the test film. By means of comparing the 2ω voltages in both contact and non-contact conditions, the thermal impedance is determined. By calculating the slope of the thermal impedance real part against the frequency logarithm, one can directly determine the thermal conductivity. Theoretical analysis indicates that the influences from contact thermal resistance and radiation heat loss are negligible. To validate the method accuracy, we repeated the measurements on polyimide and polyester films under varied contact conditions. The results obtained from these films demonstrate consistency and align with the outcomes of the laser spot periodic heating technique. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In this paper, a two-dimensional model of plasma diffusion in remote plasma source discharge chamber is established by COMSOL plasma module. The electron density and electron temperature distributions inside the discharge cavity were obtained by adjusting the thickness of alumina coating and the magnitude of RF power parameters. Based on the results, the authors discuss the effects of different alumina coating thickness and RF power on the electron density and electron temperature inside the discharge cavity, which provide theoretical guidance for the subsequent optimization of the internal structure of the discharge cavity and the discharge parameters.

Transmission tower plays important role in the power system and it is security sensitive in various working conditions, such as wind and ice. In this paper, a method to obtain the dynamic response of a cat head type transmission tower under strong fluctuating wind was proposed. The coupled tower-lines finite element model was established in ABAQUS, and the equivalent acceleration of fluctuating wind was simulated by MATLAB. Then the displacements and stresses time histories were obtained. The method introduced in this paper can be used to assess the safety of tower under different fluctuating wind with different directions and provide a reference of the tower in the design stage. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Herein, a precise and interference-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) ratio sensor was established for deltamethrin detection. A Ag@4-MBN@Ag nanoarray with abundant "hot-spots" was first prepared via liquid-liquid interface self-assembly (LLISA), then applied as a SERS substrate. The embedded 4-mercaptobenzonitrile (4-MBN) provided an interference-free nitrile stretching vibration (at 2226 cm-1) in "Raman biological-silent" region, which was utilized as SERS internal standard peak. The SERS intensity ratio I1147/I2226, where 1147 cm-1 corresponds to a SERS peak of deltamethrin, increased linearly with the logarithm of deltamethrin. Under optimized conditions, the developed SERS ratio sensor allowed sensitive detection of deltamethrin over the concentration range 10-5 to 103 μM, with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 3.16×10-7 μM. Recovery tests performed in deltamethrin-spiked pear and cabbage samples showed excellent recoveries (95.00% to 101.06%). Furthermore, the sensor was successfully applied to quantify deltamethrin in four kinds of food samples, with results consistent with analyses performed using gas chromatography. © 2024, The Authors. A series of supported CeO2/TiO2 catalysts were prepared to explore the influence of CeO2 loading on these catalysts for the selective catalytic reduction of NO3 by NH3(NH3-SCR).The catalysts were investigated in detail by means of XRD,Raman,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,XPS,in situ DRIFTS,and NH3-SCR *** activity of the catalyst is closely related to the content of *** the loading of CeO2 is near the dispersion capacity(1.16 mmol Ce4+/100 m^2 TiO2),the catalytic activity is *** may be because that the dispersed CeO2 is the active species and the catalyst has appropriate redox property,along with the larger amounts of surface Ce content and surface adsorbed oxygen ***,a possible reaction mechanism via the Langmuir-Hinshelwood(L-H)mechanism is tentatively proposed to further understand the NH3-SCR reaction.

In order to discuss the influence of the number of sheets on acceleration and frequency curve of sample surface, the finite element model of clamp, SOP sample and metal sheet is firstly established with Solidworks. Different number of sheets are laid on the surface of SOP sample. Then changing the number of the paper sheets, harmonic response analysis is converted based on modal analysis. The influence of different number of sheet on acceleration and frequency curve is discussed. The results show the relation between acceleration-frequency curve of different thickness of paper, which provides reference for packaging design.

BiOCl/BiOBr/g-C3N4 ternary heterojunctions were prepared via one-pot method and their photocatalytic sterilization performances for Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) under visible light illumination were investigated. The highest activity was obtained over BiOCl/BiOBr/g-C3N4 ternary composite with n(Bi): n(g-C3N4) of 1:1, which approximately inactivated 100% of E. coli in 2h and 87.67% of S. aureus in 3h. Contrast to pure g-C3N4 and BiOCl/BiOBr binary heterojunction, the enhanced photocatalytic sterilization performance of the ternary heterojunction could be mainly attributed to its narrower band gap and more effective charge carriers separation. Last, the sterilization mechanism of the ternary heterojunction was discussed in detail. © 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Using molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) covered spinel material NiCo2O4 as the sensing material, MWCNTs were introduced on the surface of NiCo2O4 microspheres through hydrothermal process to improve their electrical conductivity and specific surface area, and the quantitative determination of Dimethoate (DIM) was realized. Subsequently, the morphology and structure of the composites were characterised using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The electrochemical sensor has the advantages of good selectivity, high stability, low detection limit (18.52 pM) and wide linear range (0.05~10000 nM). On the one hand，DIM is rebinding on specific MIP sites on the surface of NiCo2O4/MWCNTs. On the other hand, the synergistic effect of nickel and cobalt in mixed transition metal oxides is conducive to the improvement of sensing performance. This study demonstrates that the synthesised EMIP/NiCo2O4/MWCNTs composites have good prospects for practical application in the detection of DIM. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.
