The main transformer of substation mostly works in the wild, and its bushing end is prone to deformation and fracture. This paper takes ABAQUS as the platform and a bushing end of main transformer as the research object to establish a fine finite model. And the effect of wind load on mechanical properties of the bushing end was studied by taking wind speed and direction of dangerous condition as parameters. The results show that the terminal board and the bushing terminal are the weak links of structure, with large stresses and displacements. And the end cover is warped under the compression of the bushing terminal. The research results provide a reference for the structure's design, optimization and local strengthening measure of bushing ends and substations.

With the acceleration of industrialization, dust pollution in industrial production is becoming increasingly severe. This poses significant threats to occupational health and environmental ecosystems. Cartridge dust collectors are widely employed in high-dust-concentration environments, including mining and tunneling operations. This is due to their efficient particulate removal capabilities and operational stability. However, flow field uniformity within these systems is critical in determining performance outcomes. Heterogeneous flow distributions may induce uneven particle dispersion and elevated flow resistance, which ultimately compromises filtration efficiency. This study used numerical simulation techniques to conduct a comparative analysis of flow field characteristics between filter plate and cartridge dust collectors. The results indicated that the filter plate dust collector significantly improved flow field uniformity. It increased air volume consistency by 6%. Additionally, air velocity fluctuations are notably reduced. Peak velocity differentials in the filtration area decreased by 17% compared to cartridge dust collectors. Turbulence intensity was generally lower across all cross-sections. There was minimal variation between adjacent filter plates. These findings not only demonstrated the influence of filter plates on flow field uniformity but also offered a theoretical foundation for the design and optimization of dust collectors. This could lead to improved performance of industrial dust collection systems, thus promoting occupational health and environmental protection.

Nanobody(Nb) is too small to carry more signal reporters, which often leads to low sensitivity in immunoassay. Herein, we proposed a novel immunoprobe integration of Nb and biomimetic mineralized metal-organic frameworks(MOF), in which plenty of succinylated horseradish peroxidase(sHRP) were encapsulated within a single MOF and the Nb was assembled on the biomimetic mineralized MOF. It overcomes the dilemma that the Nb is difficult to carry more signal reporters. Meanwhile, the mineralized MOF can protect the sHRP from denaturation and facilitate the transport of substrates to the active sites of sHRP. Electrosensing of aflatoxin B 1 (AFB 1 ) was realized with a competitive format in which the target AFB 1 and immobilized artificial antigen were competing for binding with the immunoprobe. Additionally, the detection signal was enlarged by the catalysis of this immunoprobe to 4-chloro-1-naphthol for producing precipitations, which blocked the channels of the immunoprobe and the redox probes of Fe(CN) 6 3−/4− was difficult to reach the electrode surface through the channels. Hence, the as-prepared immunosensor exhibited good voltammetry responses towards the determined AFB 1 in a linear range of 50.0 fg/mL - 20.0 ng/mL with a detection limit of 20.0 fg/mL. The specificity, stability, and reproducibility of this immunosensor were satisfactory. This work may provide an alternative idea for the application of Nb in immunoassay, and the idea may also be applicable to other bio-recognition elements for immunoassay.

This paper proposes a method to construct a stage scene systematically. We propose how to build key algorithms for each element of the stage based on this method. The scene generation model is constructed to generate the creative stage scene we need based on the combination of these algorithms. We will start with 3D model adversarial generation, style migration generation, scene construction layout, scheme evaluation and scheme selection and so on. Then we will elaborate GANs algorithm, style transfer network, spatial combination and other algorithms. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.

A hybrid algorithm that integrates PSO with Lagrangian relaxation is proposed for solving the multidimensional knapsack problem (MKP). An efficiency measure for MKP based on the LR dual information is defined to combine the object function and the constraints of the MKP together. The efficiency measure is used to determine the core problem for MKP with the aim of reducing the problem scale. Then a hybrid algorithm combines the Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization with a local search method is presented to solve the core problem. Numerical experiments are made on certain knapsack problems and computational results show that the proposed algorithm is very promising. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.

Albeit sonodynamic therapy (SDT) has achieved encouraging progress in microbial sterilization, the scarcity of guidelines for designing highly effective sonosensitizers and the intricate biofilm microenvironment (BME), substantially hamper the therapeutic efficacy against biofilm infections. To address the bottlenecks, we innovatively design a Ru(II) metallacycle-based sonosensitizer/sonocatalyst (named Ru-A3-TTD ) to enhance the potency of sonotherapy by employing molecular engineering strategies tailored to BME. Our approach involves augmenting Ru-A3-TTD ’s production of ultrasonic-triggered reactive oxygen species (ROS), surpassing the performance of commercial sonosensitizers, through a straightforward but potent π-expansion approach. Within the BME, Ru-A3-TTD synergistically amplifies sonotherapeutic efficacy via triple-modulated approaches: (i) effective alleviation of hypoxia, leading to increased ROS generation, (ii) disruption of the antioxidant defense system, which shields ROS from glutathione consumption, and (iii) enhanced biofilm penetration, enabling ROS production in deep sites. Notably, Ru-A3-TTD sono-catalytically oxidizes NADPH, a critical coenzyme involved in antioxidant defenses. Consequently, Ru-A3-TTD demonstrates superior biofilm eradication potency against multidrug-resistant Escherichia coli compared to conventional clinical antibiotics, both in vitro and in vivo. To our knowledge, this study represents the pioneering instance of a supramolecular sonosensitizer/sonocatalyst. It provides valuable insights into the structure-activity relationship of sonosensitizers and paves a promising pathway for the treatment of biofilm infections.

BACKGROUND:Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor among women. Recent studies have found that gut probiotics and their metabolic products play a significant role in activating the immune system, reshaping the tumor microenvironment, and inhibiting cancer progression. METHODS:We established a 4T1 tumor-bearing mice model and analyzed the proportions of CD4 T and CD8 T cells in the spleen using flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. The expression levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-10 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to observe the tumor morphology. Selective protein blotting and quantitative real-time PCR were used to analyze the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, and Caspase-3. Cell proliferation was evaluated using the MTT assay, and apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry. RESULTS:The results indicated that oral administration of CB and AKK possesses the capability to inhibit the progression of 4T1 breast cancer; however, the combined treatment with both strains (CB-AKK) exhibited significantly superior effects compared to each individual strain. Further mechanistic analysis revealed that the CB-AKK combination could activate the antitumor immunity in mice and reshape the tumor microenvironment. Additionally, it was found that the live bacteria and their metabolites derived from CB-AKK could inhibit cell proliferation and promote tumor apoptosis by activating the Bcl-2/Bax signaling pathway. CONCLUSION:This study is the first to demonstrate that orally administered live bacteria CB-AKK can inhibit the progression of 4T1 breast cancer, providing a promising new strategy for the development of innovative biotherapies for breast cancer.

In the present study, the effects of the combination of electrolyzed water (EW) and ultrasound (US) treatment on the removal of pesticides (chlorpyrifos, phorate, chlorothalonil, and procymidone) and browning resistance of fresh-cut potatoes with different cutting methods were investigated. Acidic electrolyzed water (AcEW) was selected as the optimum washing solution in pesticide removal and anti-browning on fresh-cut potatoes. The combined application of AcEW and US could efficiently reduce pesticide and inhibite browning during 10 d storage at 4 °C for fresh-cut potato silks, strips, slices and dices, respectively. Furthermore, the optimal effects obtained varied greatly within the range of ultrasonic power 200–400 W and washing time 10–20 min. These results indicated that combining AcEW with ultrasound could serve as a promising method for pesticide reduction and retarding enzymatic browning on fresh-cut potatoes under respective appropriate process parameters. © 2022, The Authors. Silicon is attracting considerable attention as an active anode material for advanced lithium-ion batteries due to its ultrahigh theoretical capacity. However, the reversible utilization of silicon-based anode materials is still hindered by the rapid capacity decay, as a consequence of the huge volume change of silicon during cycling. Herein, we use a Co-zeolitic imidazole framework(ZIF-67) to prepare silicon-wrapped nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(Si@N-doped CNTs) by controllable thermal pyrolysis. The asprepared nanocomposites can effectively prevent pulverization and accommodate volume fluctuations of silicon during cycling. It can deliver a highly reversible capacity of 1100 m Ah g-1 even after 750 cycles at a current density of 1000 m A g-1. As confirmed by an in situ transmission electron microscopy experiment, the remarkable electrochemical performance of Si@N-doped CNTs is attributed to the high electronic conductivity and flexibility of cross-linked N-doped CNTs network as a cushion to mitigate the mechanical stress and volume expansion. Furthermore, a full cell consisting of Si@N-doped CNTs anode and Li Fe PO4 cathode delivers a high reversible capacity of 1264 m Ah g-1 and exhibits good cycling stability(>85% capacity retention) over 140 cycles at 1/4 C(1 C = 4000 m A g-1) rate.

Multi-Function Integrated RF System (MIRFS) is a crucial part of an aircraft's airborne systems. Unlike disposable equipment such as missiles and torpedoes, MIRFS has to face two different operating environments, ground and air, during a mission cycle. In these two operating environments, the test equipment and data processing methods are different. These differences bring problems with test information not being fully utilized and testability indexes not being accurately calculated. Traditional testability modelling and analysis method cannot deal with the above problems. In this paper, a phase-based testability modelling and analysis method using generalized stochastic Petri net (GSPN) is proposed to fully use test information and determinate accurate testability indexes. Firstly, depending on the operating environment, two phases which are readiness phase and flight combat phase are designed to build separate testability models. Secondly, since static modelling techniques like UML and SysML lack the ability to dynamically evaluate and analyse system, GSPN is used to model the testability of each phase to better describe the MIRFS state and behavior. Then the testability models for each phase are integrated and optimised into the mission cycle GSPN testability model, which contains fully test information. The integration principle involves linking testability models according to the mission cycle sequence, including time synchronization, fault detection synchronization, and maintenance synchronization. Finally, Markov chain is used to solve the mission cycle GSPN model and obtain the precise testability indexes. The testability indexes obtained effectively enhances the testability of the MIRFS. This method can also be used when there are more phases of the mission. © 2025 Elsevier Ltd
