During the actual operation of composite insulators, they may be affected by various deterioration factors. Acid generated by partial discharge and abnormal heating may accelerate the deterioration of ECR glass fibers in composite insulators, leading to decay-like fracture of composite insulators. In this article, the deterioration experiment of ECR glass fibers comprehensively considered the effects of acid and temperature. The acid heat deterioration experiment of ECR glass fibers were conducted to investigate the changes in morphology and mechanical properties of ECR glass fibers. The results showed that the degradation effect of acid solution on ECR glass fibers was not significant at room temperature, while the surface of ECR glass fibers deteriorated by acid heat became rough and a large amount of powdery debris appeared;Meanwhile, compared to nitric acid, oxalic acid has a more severe degradation effect on glass fibers. After 12 days of deterioration with 1mol/L oxalic acid at 80 ℃, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of glass fibers decrease by more than 90%;After acid heat degradation, there are a large number of "debris" on the surface of the glass fiber. The new improved approach for noise Figure are introduced in terms of the signal analysis and two terminal theory. Compared with the traditional method, it is convenient to improve the mismatch problem and reflection effects of NF analyzer over a wide range of frequency. Firstly, it’s revealed that the precision attenuators have the significant advantage of low VSWR and wide bandwidth. Furthermore, the appropriate calibration method provides the suitable formulation for the measurement accuracy and the minimize mismatch uncertainty. Eventually, it’s shown that the evaluation of uncertainty measurement is proposed.

In order to prevent production accidents caused by oil pipe defects, it is significant to carry out regular inspection of oil pipes, for oil pipe defect detection this paper designed a Raspberry Pi based oil pipe defect detection crawler, the pipeline on the basis of the crawler, using the Raspberry Pi motherboard equipped with camera module and laser module to survey the tube The pipeline is based on the crawler, using the Raspberry Pi motherboard with camera module and laser module to survey the environmental conditions inside the pipe, and real-Time data transmission to the host computer, the host computer side by building a neural network model to discriminate and classify the defects in the pipe, through experimental testing, the pipeline defect detection crawler designed in this paper can quickly and accurately detect the defects in the pipe. © 2023 IEEE.

The degradation of the epoxy resin matrix in the core rods of composite insulators is the primary factor leading to decay-like deterioration and fracture accidents. Partial discharge in a humid environment is a critical trigger for this phenomenon. As an organic polymer, epoxy resin is prone to degradation under discharge, producing complex degradation products that can have secondary effects on surrounding materials, further accelerating the decay-like deterioration process. To optimize the formulation and manufacturing process of composite insulator materials and mitigate or even prevent decay-like fractures, it is crucial to study the discharge degradation products and mechanisms of the epoxy resin matrix. In this study, discharge experiments were conducted on anhydride-cured bisphenol A epoxy resin used in composite insulators within a closed humid environment. Changes in chemical functional groups of solid samples before and after discharge were analyzed from the high-frequency region to the fingerprint region. The main components and relative yields of liquid and gaseous discharge products were detected, and the primary reaction mechanisms during the discharge degradation process were thoroughly investigated. Results indicate that partial discharge in humid air induces instantaneous temperature rise and radical action, leading to epoxy resin degradation, generating alcohols and hydroxyl groups, which may increase the material’s hydration capacity and surface conductivity, thereby reducing electric field uniformity. Gaseous products such as methane, acetone, ethylene, and ethyl acetate produced by discharge pyrolysis may exacerbate stress at the core rod and sheath interface, increasing the risk of interfacial damage. Liquid products like nitric acid, carboxylic acids, and acetone may accelerate glass fiber fracture and sheath swelling. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd. 2025.

In virtue of modern control theory, combining with the analysis of structure and principle of direct current comparator (DCC), relative error formula of direct current ratio was derived to theoretically analyze the steady state value. Resolve each part of transfer function and then compound the closed-loop transfer function. Employ Nyquist stability criterion to judge the system stability;establish the closed-loop transfer characteristic simulation model;take unit ampere turn value as example and the simulation result was analyzed. The results showed that the secondary side fast tracked the primary side signal and output signal smoothly, without obvious transition appearance such as overshoot and oscillation, according with the principle of DCC. The steady-state error of direct current ratio is 2.5×10-8, consisting with the derived theoretical value, meeting the expected design requirements. © 2021 IEEE.

Electronic payments have become the primary mode of payment today, and bank card recognition is widely used in industries such as mobile, mobile banking, and third-party payments. To address issues such as low fault tolerance due to factors such as complex backgrounds, significant perspective distortion that is difficult to recover, and high illumination variation, we propose a Bank Card Number Recognition algorithm based on ASFF + YOLOv7 and Multi-Scale Feature line Fusion. The algorithm comprises two parts: the front-end dataset generation stage introduces an efficient semi-automatic traditional bank card dataset generation algorithm, which reduces the manual annotation cost while ensuring relative accuracy and significantly improves work efficiency. In the back-end recognition stage, we have improved the traditional deep learning model for the long-tail digit string dataset, achieving a precision of 99.19% and a recall rate of 98.65%. © 2023 IEEE.

The evaluation of toxicity related to polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans(PCDD/Fs)and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls(DL-PCBs)is crucial for a comprehensive risk assessment in real-world exposure *** study employed a controlled feeding experiment to investigate the metabolic effects of dioxin-like compounds(DLCs)on laying hens via feed *** enriched with two concentrations(1.17 and 5.13 pg toxic equivalents(TEQ)/g dry weight(dw))were administered over 14 days,followed by 28 days of clean *** analyses of blood samples revealed significant metabolic variations between PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs exposed groups and controls,reflecting the induced metabolic *** changes were observed in sphingosine,palmitoleic acid,linoleate,linolenic acid,taurocholic acid,indole acrylic acid,and dibutyl phthalate levels,implying possible connections between PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs toxic effects and energy-neuronal imbalances,along with lipid accumulation and anomalous amino acid metabolism,impacting taurine ***,we identified three differential endogenous metabolites—L-tryptophan,indole-3-acetaldehyde,and indole acrylic acid—as potential ligands for the aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR),suggesting their role inmediating PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs *** comprehensive investigation provides novel insights into the metabolic alterations induced by PCDD/Fs and DL-PCBs in laying hens,thereby enhancing our ability to assess risks associated with their exposure in human populations.

The demand for multiphase flow measurement is widespread in petrochemical and other fields. Due to its small size, easy maintenance, and no moving parts, electromagnetic flowmeters are widely used in single fluid measurement. With the increasing application of traditional electromagnetic flowmeters in petrochemical and other fields, the problems of traditional electromagnetic flowmeters in multiphase flow measurement applications have been discovered. How to optimize the structure of the electromagnetic flowmeter and how to improve the measurement accuracy has become a new research focus. On the basis of a large number of literature studies, this research is based on the finite element method, and systematically studies the influence of multiphase flow on the weight function of electromagnetic flowmeters. Firstly, modeling the existence of non-conductive objects in the electromagnetic flowmeter. Secondly, analyze the weight function characteristics of the non-conductive objects on the electromagnetic flowmeter from two angles of different radii and different positions. The conclusions of this study can provide a certain reference basis for the electromagnetic flowmeter in the measurement of multiphase flow. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
