This paper investigates the problem of traffic signal control in large-scale road networks. A deep reinforcement learning model based on graph meta-learning using local subgraphs is proposed to control the traffic signal. The entire traffic network is represented as a graph by defining traffic lights as nodes and treating connections between intersections as edges. A graph neural network is used to enhance cooperation and communications between agents since information about neighbors is aggregated. To overcome the challenges in large-scale road networks, the proposed model employs a graph neural network on local subgraphs to reduce the difficulty of training in large-scale road networks. The model trained in small-scale traffic networks is transferred to a large-scale traffic network. Agent knowledge acquired from local subgraphs during the training of a small-scale road network confers advantages to the training of large-scale road networks under the resemblance between the structures of local subgraphs in small-and large-scale road networks. Furthermore, meta-learning is used to facilitate the model's rapid adaptability to unseen large-scale road networks. The advantage of the double Q-learning network is taken to reduce overestimation. In experiments, real-world road networks and synthetic road networks comprising more than 1000 intersections are given to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model.

An innovative strategy was proposed by integration of membrane contactor(MC)with biphasic solvent for efficient CO_(2) capture from flue *** accessible fly ash-based ceramic membrane(CM)underwent hydrophobic modification through silane grafting,followed by fluoroalkylsilane decoration,to prepare the superhydrophobic membrane(CSCM).The CSCM significantly improved resistance to wetting by the biphasic solvent,consisting of amine(DETA)and sulfolane(TMS).Morphological characterizations and chemical analysis revealed the notable enhancements in pore structure and hydrophobic chemical groups for the modified *** of wetting/bubbling behavior based on static wetting theory referred the liquid entry pressure(LEP)of CSCM increased by 20 kPa compared to pristine *** with traditional amine solvents,the biphasic solvent presented the expected phase *** experiments demonstrated that the CO_(2) capture efficiency of the biphasic solvent increased by 7%,and the electrical energy required for desorption decreased by 32%.The 60-h continuous testing and supplemental characterization of used membrane confirmed the excellent adaptability and durability of the *** study provides a potential approach for accessing hydrophobic ceramic membranes and biphasic solvents for industrial CO_(2) capture.

This work discusses the time-varying formation(TVF) tracking control problem of high-order multi-agent systems(MASs) with multiple leaders and multiplicative measurement noise. With the help of Lyapunov function tools and stochastic analysis methods, the TVF tracking protocol with multiple leaders and multiplicative noise is developed based on the relative state measurements, where followers are driven to realize the target TVF while tracking the convex combination formed by multiple leaders. Then, the TVF tracking problem is converted into the mean square asymptotic stability problem of a stochastic differential equation(SDE); sufficient conditions related to the control gains are given by stabilizing the corresponding stochastic system. Moreover, a TVF tracking algorithm is presented to outline the steps of protocol ***, the theoretical results are illustrated in terms of simulation examples.
