Change Detection is a classic and fundamental task in remote sensing(RS), and has accomplish remarkable achievement on bitemporal image based methods. However, bitemporal images are very expensive and needs professional researchers to align and label the paired images. Furthermore, most bitemporal image based methods are only semantic-aware not instance-aware, which indicates these methods only use paired images' semantic information. Thus, we propose a method that only needs unpaired RS images with semantic labels. In this paper, we introduce multi-task learning into change detection progress, which comprises four major parts: Boundary-Aware Module, Contextual-Aware Module, Segmentation Module, Change Detection Module. At first, we construct Boundary-Aware Module and Contextual-Aware Module to extract sharp boundary and dense contextual features. Then we feed the feature maps to Change Detection Module and Segmentation Module to accomplish the subtasks. The comprehensive experiments on a single temporal image dataset demonstrate the efficiency of our approach over other bitemporal image based methods, and the experimental results shows our approach is competitive with other methods while all methods was trained on bitemporal image dataset. © 2023 ACM.

To improve the accuracy in the detection of diabetes-type diagnosis using Random Forest Algorithm and Support Vector Method. A dataset on diabetes was collected on ***. Support vector method analysis was performed on the data using kernel as linear, poly, and rbf with random state = 42 and test size = 0.2. The Random Forest Algorithm with n_estimators = 100 has the same accuracy as the support vector method with the kernel as rbf. When it comes to type diagnosis for a patient having diabetes, the Random Forest Algorithm and Support Vector Method with kernel rbf can be used, unlike another kernel of the Support Vector Method. Path planning is one of the most critical links in mobile robots. Its timeliness, security and accessibility are crucial to the development and wide application of mobile robots. However, in solving the problem of path planning, the most popular A* algorithm has some problems, such as heuristic function cannot be estimated accurately, node redundancy, path is not smooth, and obstacle avoidance cannot be achieved in real time. To solve these problems, A fusion algorithm of improved A* combined with reverse path and dynamic window method(DWA-IMP-A*) was proposed. The algorithm refines the heuristic function by incorporating the reverse path. The node optimization algorithm is used to further reduce the path length. The generated trajectories are smoothed by cubic spline interpolation. At the same time, it is integrated with the improved DWA algorithm to improve the efficiency and safety of robot path planning. The algorithm takes ROS mobile robot as the carrier and is tested under typical road conditions. Compared with A* algorithm, the planning time is reduced by 54.6% and the path length is reduced by 6.37%. Experimental results verify the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm. The research results have certain reference significance for the path planning of various types of mobile robots and the research of driverless vehicles.

Utilizing high-resolution antenna arrays and wide bandwidth of the millimeter-wave (mmWave) spectrum in 5G new radio (NR) mmWave communication systems holds the potential for high-throughput data transmission while enabling user localization and environmental mapping. However, the majority of existing simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) algorithms rely on methods akin to the extended Kalman filter for generating initial map features. These methods prove ineffective when the measurement dimension is insufficient. Furthermore, there is a notable absence of research exploring mmWave prototype systems to evaluate and compare the performance and viability of various SLAM algorithms. To address these challenges, we propose an innovative probability hypothesis density (PHD) generation scheme for birth events and have developed a prototype system. Our approach, referred to as PHD-SLAM, exhibits remarkable effectiveness even in scenarios where the measurement dimension falls short of map features. This means it can function seamlessly with only delay or angle information available. Additionally, we have designed a 28GHz mmWave beam scanning prototype system that leverages the 5G NR frame for accomplishing SLAM algorithms. Following this, we conducted extensive simulations and experimental evaluations to gauge the performance of several leading-edge SLAM algorithms under diverse mmWave circumstances, encompassing PHD-based and belief propagation (BP) SLAM algorithms. Our analysis reveals that both PHD and BP SLAM can achieve agent localization precision within a decimeter and mapping precision within a meter, capitalizing on the angle parameters of mmWave signals. While BP SLAM showcases reduced computational demand, its estimation precision is marginally inferior to that of PHD-SLAM. © 2014 IEEE.

Recent years have witnessed numerous technical breakthroughs in connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs). On the one hand, these breakthroughs have significantly advanced the development of intelligent transportation systems (ITSs);on the other hand, these new traffic participants introduce more complex and uncertain elements to ITSs from the social space. Digital twins (DTs) provide real-time, data-driven, precise modeling for constructing the digital mapping of physical-world ITSs. Meanwhile, the metaverse integrates emerging technologies such as virtual reality/mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and DTs to model and explore how to realize improved sustainability, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety. More recently, as a leading effort toward general artificial intelligence, the concept of foundation model was proposed and has achieved significant success, showing great potential to lay the cornerstone for diverse artificial intelligence applications across different domains. In this article, we explore the big models embodied foundation intelligence for parallel driving in cyber-physical-social spaces, which integrate metaverse and DTs to construct a parallel training space for CAVs, and present a comprehensive elucidation of the crucial characteristics and operational mechanisms. Beyond providing the infrastructure and foundation intelligence of big models for parallel driving, this article also discusses future trends and potential research directions, and the ?S?goals of parallel driving.

To achieve effective deployment of the facial expression recognition(FER) system on marginalized devices,we designed a lightweight neural network based on ShufflenetV2,which can balance the relationship between the number of network parameters and the accuracy of *** this paper,a non-parameter SimAM attention module that can extract 3 D features is employed in the ShufflenetV2 network to enhance the spatial features extraction ability of the network,and the shortcut branch is introduced in Bottleneck for information interaction and feature fusion between *** tests were carried out on the RaFD dataset,and the recognition accuracy reaches 98.04%,while the number of model parameters is only 1.4 M.

The randomness of photovoltaic power generation and the disorder of electric vehicle charging have a significant impact on the transmission capacity of the smart park tie *** storage can help to stabilize the power fluctuation of the tie line and improve distribution network operation *** this paper,the park's source and load uncertainty models are established to determine the original transmission power of the distribution network tie line,and then the tie line's power control model is established to ensure that the power fluctuation rate of the distribution network tie line varies within a certain *** power required for hybrid energy storage stabilization is calculated,and the high-pass filtering algorithm is used to allocate *** amount of power required to stabilize the supercapacitor and lithium battery is *** hybrid energy storage capacity configuration model is built on top of *** hybrid energy storage constraints are constructed using the maximum annual income of the hybrid energy storage as the objective function,and the adaptive particle swarm optimization(APSO) is used to solve the problem,resulting in the hybrid energy storage's optimal capacity ***,an example is used to simulate the *** simulation results show that this method can keep the tie line's power fluctuation rate within a narrow range as much as possible,which can be used as a reference for a smart park's energy storage configuration.
