It is generally believed that,in ghost imaging,there has to be a compromise between resolution and *** we propose and demonstrate an iterative filtered ghost imaging scheme whereby a super-resolution image of a grayscale object is achieved,while at the same time the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and visibility are greatly improved,without adding *** dependence of the SNR,visibility,and resolution on the number of iterations is also investigated and ***,with the use of compressed sensing the sampling number can be reduced to less than 1%of the Nyquist limit,while maintaining image quality with a resolution that can exceed the Rayleigh diffraction bound by more than a factor of 10.

Unrolling Reweighted Total Variation-Based Split Bregman Iterative Framework for Electrical Impedance Tomography Image Reconstruction

Electrical impedance tomography (EIT) is one of the typical ill-posed inverse problems, where serious ill-posedness and the linear approximation of the forward operator lead to obvious distortions and artifacts in the degraded reconstructions, further limiting its practical application. The learning-based strategies with image enhancement have been introduced into EIT reconstruction and also achieved improvements. Nevertheless, this idea ignores the priori knowledge of physical information, while not fully exploiting data consistency, resulting in poor generalization and interpretability. In this work, a reweighted Split Bregman (SB) iterative algorithm is proposed regularized by total variation firstly, referred to as RwTVSB. Moreover, the RwTVSB iteration is unrolled into a neural network-based learning framework, dubbed as RwTVSB-Net. The reweighted matrix is introduced to the SB iteration, which could overcome the loss of information of the forward operator due to the linear approximation and also enhance the constraints of the physical priori. Specifically, (1) a network based on residual connection and SE-attention is designed to update the reweighted matrix. (2) Further, a U-shaped architecture with deformable large kernel convolution, dilated convolution, and cross-attention is embedded into this unrolling framework to learn the soft threshold operator. This not only maintains consistency with the RwTVSB iterative algorithm but also uses multi-scale features to fusion information at multiple levels. Both simulated and real-world measured data are employed to validate the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed RwTVSB-Net. The visual reconstructions and quantitative metrics show that RwTVSB-Net outperforms other state-of-the-art methods. In addition, the robustness of the method is tested and validated on multiple imaging tasks. © 2015 IEEE.

Regioregular Non-Fused Polymerized Small Molecular Acceptors Enabling Efficient All-Polymer Solar Cells

Comprehensive Summary The regioregularity induced by the isomers of the end-groups has been widely recognized as a key factor that determines the photovoltaic properties of polymerized small molecular acceptors(PSMAs)in all-polymer solar cells(all-PSCs).However,the influence of regioregularity on the photovoltaic properties of non-fused PSMAs has not been explored *** this contribution,two regioregular non-fused PSMAs,PFBTz-T-γand PFBTz-T-δ,were synthesized for the first time by using the monomers with isomeric pure *** with PFBTz-T-δ,PFBTz-T-γhas more compact and more ordered packing in solid state,which results in a more red-shifted optical absorption and a higher electron *** remarkably,PFBTz-T-γand PFBTz-T-δexhibited huge difference in photovoltaic performance in all-PSCs,which offered the power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)of 9.72%and 0.52%,*** studies have unveiled that the higher PCE of PFBTz-T-γis due to more efficient exciton dissociation,higher and more balanced electron/hole mobility,and less charge recombination as a result of favorable morphology of the blend *** work demonstrates that the development of regioregular non-fused PSMAs by tuning the polymerization sites is an effective strategy for obtaining high-efficiency all-PSCs.

Interface control in inorganic/organic composites has always been regarded as one of the effective means to optimize their thermoelectric(TE)performance,and the past few years have witnessed its development,including carrier-energy filtering and phonon ***,the energy barrier created by the band alignment at the composite interface depends on the Fermi level difference between the organic and inorganic components,which is difficult to be controlled by the common ***,a core/hybrid-shell strategy aiming for efficient interface control is proposed to tune the energy barrier of the inorganic/organic core/shell nanowire *** Fermi level of hybrid-shell can be effectively controlled by separating the charge carriers compared to the single-shell *** energy barrier of the core/hybrid-shell interface is tuned to an appropriate position,and the energy filtering effect is utilized,resulting in a substantial improvement in power factor and reduction in thermal conductivity for the prepared core/hybrid-shell composites with good air-stability and ***,both the flexible p type and p-n type TE devices based on the prepared core/hybrid-shell films yield excellent output properties with the maximum power densities of 41 and 45μW·cm^(−2)at a temperature difference of ca.30 K,*** study provides a novel strategy to improve the TE performance of the inorganic/organic composites,displaying great potential for low-power wearable electronics.

Moiré fringe analysis holds significant importance in the assessment of flow fields, while deep learning is advancing rapidly and is frequently employed to handle complex computational challenges. In this paper, the performance of U-net, Unet++, Unet 3+, and ResUnet in moiré fringe analysis is compared and analyzed. The results indicate significant differences among the four neural networks in terms of the training time, prediction speed, prediction accuracy, and generalization capability regarding positional variations. Among the four neural networks, ResUnet exhibits the shortest training times, highest accuracy, and fastest prediction speeds while also exhibiting good generalization capability. Consequently, in practical applications, using ResUnet for moiré fringe analysis is an excellent choice. © 2025 Optica Publishing Group. The development of narrow-bandgap polymer donors with complementary absorption and matched energy levels for perylene diimides(PDI)-based nonfullerene acceptors(NFAs)has received little *** high-lying highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)level and low degree of crystallinity of the star donor polymer PCE10 limit its application in PDI-based Organic solar cells(OSCs).In this study,two benzo[1,2-b:4,5-b′]difuran(BDF)-based narrow-bandgap polymer donors,PBDF and PBDFCl,were synthesized to improve the photovoltaic performance of PDI-based *** smaller BDF moiety with higher electronegativity endows the resulting polymers with stronger aggregation and lower HOMO energy *** power conversion efficiency(PCE)value of the PBDF:Ph(PDI)3-based OSCs was 7.24%,which is much higher than that of PCE10-based OSCs(6.09%).Further chlorination of the conjugated side chain elevated the PCE to 8.84%,which is 1.4 times higher than that of PCE10-based *** results demonstrate the significant contribution of designing novel narrow-bandgap polymer donors to boost the PCE of PDI-based OSCs and highlight the importance of matching the aggregation behaviors of polymeric donor materials with that of NFAs.

Highly efficient organic solar cells with improved stability enabled by ternary copolymers with antioxidant side chains

The stability of organic solar cells(OSCs)remains a major concern for their ultimate industrialization due to the photo,oxygen,and water susceptibility of organic photoactive ***,antioxidant additives are blended as radical scavengers into the active ***,it will induce the intrinsic morphology instability and adversely affect the efficiency and long-term ***,the antioxidant dibutylhydroxytoluene(BHT)group has been covalently linked onto the side chain of benzothiadiazole(BT)unit,and a series of ternary copolymers D18-Cl-BTBHTx(x=0,0.05,0.1,0.2)with varied ratio of BHT-containing side chains have been *** was found that the introduction of BHT side chains would have a negligible effect on the photophysical properties and electronic levels,and the D18-Cl-BTBHT0.05:Y6-based OSC achieved the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.6%,which is higher than those based active layer blended with BHT *** importantly,the unencapsulated device based on D18-Cl-BTBHTx(x=0.05,0.1,0.2)retained approximately 50%of the initial PCE over 30 hours operation under ambient conditions,significantly outperforming the control device based on D18-Cl(90%degradation in PCE after 30 h).This work provides a new structural design strategy of copolymers for OSCs with simultaneously improved efficiency and stability.

AlGaAsSb materials have been widely studied in avalanche photodiodes (APD) because of their low noise properties. In this paper, an APD with low noise effect and high gain bandwidth product is designed by silvaco Atlas using AlGaAsSb's wide band gap and low noise characteristics. The focus of this paper is to use silvaco simulation software to simulate dark current, photocurrent and optical bandwidth, and establish a simulation model that fits the measured data. Dc characterization was performed under dark and light conditions at room temperature to measure the performance of APD. The optical bandwidth of APD is obtained by high frequency characterization of the device. The measured data are in good agreement with the simulation data, and the gain bandwidth reaches 270GHz. © 2025 SPIE.

In this paper, a body contour segmentation algorithm for assisting radiotherapy patient posing is investigated. The image data of radiotherapy patients with body parts are captured using an RGB-D camera, and the U2-Net network model is improved to segment the body contour of radiotherapy patients wearing thermoplastic membranes and fixed stents by adding CBAM and CA attention mechanisms. The body contours acquired in the CT simulation localization room are displayed in the computer equipment in the radiotherapy room, thus helping the radiotherapist to restore the real-time posture of the patient in the radiotherapy room approximately to the same position in the CT localization room. The results show that the evaluation indexes of this segmentation algorithm can reach 98.7% for PA, 95.8% for IOU, and 0.969 for DSC, which can achieve a better segmentation effect, and the extracted patient contour is more accurate, smooth, and less noisy. Therefore, the algorithm can help radiotherapists to accomplish the task of assisted posing. © 2024 SPIE.
