Solution-processed oxide semiconductors have been considered as a potential alternative to vacuum-based ones in printable ***,despite spincoated InZnO(IZO)thin-film transistors(TFTs)have shown a relatively high mobil-ity,the lack of carrier suppressor and the high sensitivity to oxygen and water molecules in ambient air make them potentially suffer issues of poor *** this work,Al is used as the third cation doping element to study the effects on the electrical,optoelectronic,and physical properties of IZO TFTs.A hydrophobic self-assembled monolayer called octadecyltrimethoxysilane is introduced as the surface passivation layer,aiming to reduce the effects from air and understand the importance of top surface conditions in solution-processed,ultra-thin oxide *** to the reduced trap states within the film and at the top surface enabled by the doping and passivation,the optimized TFTs show an increased current on/off ratio,a reduced drain current hysteresis,and a significantly enhanced bias stress stability,compared with the untreated *** combining with high-capacitance AlO_(x),TFTs with a low operating voltage of 1.5 V,a current on/off ratio of>10^(4) and a mobility of 4.6 cm^(2)/(V·s)are demonstrated,suggesting the promising features for future low-cost,low-power electronics.

Mid-infrared wavelength switchable and dual-wavelength random laser output has many potential applications.A polarization-maintaining random fiber Bragg grating(PMRFBG)array based on the photonic localization effect of longitudinal invariant transverse disorder in fiber structure is proposed,which can be used as random feedback of dual-wavelength and wavelength switchable output of random fiber laser(RFL).The random fiber Bragg grating(RFBG)array was designed on the panda-type polarization-maintaining fiber(PMF),and the two center wavelengths were 2151.60 nm and 2152.22 nm,*** RFBG array was designed on the bow tie-type PMF,and the two center wavelengths were obtained,which were 2153.08 nm and 2153.96 nm,*** RFBG array with a center wavelength of 2139.27 nm was designed on single-mode fiber(SMF).The length of individual fiber Bragg grating(FBG)and PMRFBG,the refractive index modulation depth,the number of cascaded gratings,and the distance between gratings have different effects on the full width at half maximum(FWHM)and reflectance of the RFBG and PMRFBG array,but not on the central wavelength,as obtained by simulation using the transmission matrix *** designed PMRFBG array provides theoretical support for the design of the feedback mechanism of RFL.

Arrayed waveguide gratings(AWGs) are extensively employed in fiber Bragg grating(FBG) interrogation systems due to their compact size, lightweight nature, and excellent interrogation performance. The resolution and total measurement range of AWG-based FBG interrogation systems are constrained by the output properties of AWG. We proposed an AWG-based large dynamic range interrogation system. The temperature dependence of AWG is exploited to achieve continuous interrogation. The test results show that the interrogation system has a dynamic range of 28.67 nm, an interrogation accuracy better than 25 pm, and a wavelength resolution of 6 pm.
