During the calibrating of star sensor, the calibration accuracy is greatly affected by the mismatch between the color temperature of the light and the to-be-measured star, which further affects the attitude measurement accuracy. This paper studied the near-infrared spectra of stars with different color temperatures, and analyzed the errors on star positioning and magnitude measurement of star sensor due to the color temperature mismatch. The results showed that in the central field of view, the spot centroid deviation caused by spectral mismatch is smaller than that in the edge field of *** the defocus of the imaging surface also affects the spot centroid deviation. Besides, when calibrating with 6000K color temperature light, the maximum measurement error can reach -1.9126 magnitude. © Content from this work may be used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Licence.

In the realm of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) data collection and simulation, where noise is an ever-present challenge, this study introduces a novel approach for noise reduction employing an enhanced WaveNet model. EMR is deeply intertwined with modern life, finding applications in everything from household Wi-Fi networks to advanced mobile communications and industrial instrumentation. Nevertheless, the potential health and environmental ramifications of EMR necessitate the precise monitoring and assessment of its impact. The central issue in EMR monitoring lies in effectively distinguishing the valuable signal from intrusive background noise. Our method combines the capabilities of WaveNet, a potent deep learning architecture, with a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) module and an atention mechanism. This enhancement aims to harness WaveNet's prowess in extracting meaningful features and its innate self-atention mechanisms to elevate the quality of EMR data by reducing noise. In our comprehensive experimental investigations, we conducted a comparative analysis, piting classical filtering techniques, including median and Gaussian filters, against neural network algorithms such as LSTM, GRU, and TCN. The outcomes undeniably underscore the superior performance of our proposed method in denoising electromagnetic radiation data. This advancement not only bolsters the quality of the data but also provides substantial support for the broader endeavor of EMR monitoring and assessment. It is noteworthy that both traditional methods and advanced neural network techniques have demonstrated their effectiveness in handling EMR data denoising. However, our proposed approach, while building upon these foundations, modestly presents itself as a notable enhancement. Photonic neural networks have been considered as the promising candidates for next-generation neuromorphic computation, aiming to break both the power consumption wall and processing speed boundary of state-to-date digital computing architectures. Optics has shown its advantages in parallelism and linear manipulation. However, the lack of low-power and high-speed all-optical nonlinear activation neurons limits its revolution in large-scale photonic neural networks. Here we demonstrate an all-optical nonlinear activator (AONA) based on Fano-enhanced nonlinear optical effects in intra-cavity field, in which our device enables reconfigurability both in shape and type of the nonlinear functions (NFs) relying on the tuning biases on Fano interference and cavity buildup. Experimental results show that our AONA enables nonlinear optical computing with low-power continuous-wave light of 0.1 mW threshold, which can also support the overall processing speed of 13 GHz. The performances of the generated reconfigurable NFs are verified in the classification of handwritten digits and image recognition tasks, yielding the converged cost and enhanced accuracy compared to the linear-only networks. Our proposed device would pave the way for energy-efficient and accelerated all-optical intelligent processors with versatile functionalities and large-scale integration. In order to study the effect of drying temperature on the drying characteristics, chlorogenic acid content and product color of honeysuckle, the drying experiment of honeysuckle was carried out by using a self-made Tester of drying characteristics of honeysuckle. The results showed that increasing the drying temperature could shorten the drying time and increase the drying rate, and with the increasing of the drying temperature, the content of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle increased at first and then decreased, under the condition of other drying parameters fixed, when the radiation temperature is 80°C, the high drying rate and good product quality can be obtained at the same time. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. The core problem of Knowledge Base Question Answering(KBQA) is to find queries from user questions to knowledge bases. Specifically, natural language questions need to be transformed into structured queries before associating with knowledge bases, and the answers can be found from the knowledge graph using the structured queries. We found structured queries in similar question domains tend to have repetitive reasoning steps. Also, humans often use cases identical to the question and information from these cases to assist in answering new questions. Hence, we propose a new KBQA framework based on similar question domains. We separately design the inference information retriever module to extract cases with a similar structure to the question and the relation information retriever module to narrow the scope of reasoning relation extraction. Finally, we used the retrieved inference cases and relation candidate sets as auxiliary information and generated an executable Knowledge-oriented Programming Language(KoPL) through the program generation module. Experiments have shown that the model can handle complex question answering and has a strong reasoning ability. Our methodology has resulted in new state-of-the-art performance on WebQSP and CWQ datasets.

Conventional high-speed rotating machinery uses a contact structure to realize data transmission between rotating parts and fixed parts. Mechanical wear and vibration noise can interfere with the subsequent processing and fault diagnosis of vibration signals. This paper designs a contactless vibration signal transmission system for rotating machinery using laser sensing. It analyzes the non-coincidence error between the optical axis and the rotating axis, which causes the effective photosensitive area and practical power of the detector to change periodically with the frequency of the rotational speed, resulting in the vibration signal presenting various harmonics with the rotational speed angular frequency as the fundamental wave. A convenient time-frequency joint analysis method is proposed using fractional Fourier transform in time-frequency domain projection localization. Using mixed programming techniques of C# and Matlab, an upper computer interface for data storage, processing, network publishing, is developed to form a complete vibration signal processing system. © 2024, The Authors. Intrusion detection technology can effectively evaluate the security state of the system. However, the accuracy of traditional intrusion detection methods still needs to be improved. Therefore, this paper proposed a SVM model based on improved QPSO. QPSO is used to optimize the hyperparameters of SVM to improve its accuracy. In addition, the shrinkage expansion coefficient in QPSO is improved to make QPSO adaptive. Experiment shows that the proposed algorithm has good performance. © 2022 SPIE. All rights reserved.

Continuous subgraph matching (CSM) is a critical task for analyzing dynamic graphs and has a wide range of applications, such as merchant fraud detection, cyber-attack hunting, and rumor detection. Although many efficient CSM algorithms have been recently proposed, they are mainly designed to process a single query. However, in some application scenarios, multi-query oriented continuous subgraph matching (MQCSM) may be of more interest. To our knowledge, the two existing solutions to MQCSM are outdated due to unsatisfactory performance. In this paper, we propose MQ-Match, an efficient approach to MQCSM. First, we design a compact yet effective index structure CCG, which maintains the local matching result of vertices in the data graph using a directed graph. The directed edges in CCG can be utilized as an effective pruning rule for the subsequent incremental matching algorithm when expanding a partial match. Then, we develop a computation sharing incremental matching algorithm. In specific, a set of matching trees is constructed based on the depth-first search trees of the query graphs. By utilizing CCG, we conduct subgraph matching for the matching tree to collect the incremental matches for the query graphs, where the common structures of query graphs are matched only once. Extensive experiments show that MQ-Match can achieve 3.1x-7071.4x speedup over the competitors, and consumes much less memory under the majority of the experiment settings.

This paper addresses the global consensus problem for multi-input multi-output saturated systems within a sampled-data framework, aiming to advance global consensus, manage heterogeneous actuator saturation across components, and preserve distributed characteristics by using sampled-data feedback. We propose a distributed control algorithm that incorporates a redesigned saturation function, represented as decentralized dynamic saturation levels. These levels for each agent’s dimensions are autonomously updated through an adaptive strategy, which mitigates heterogeneous saturation by carefully selecting constant and time-varying saturation parameters in it. Lyapunov analysis proves that global consensus can be achieved under the proposed control law, provided the sampling periods of all agents remain below a calculated threshold. An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach.

Functionalized biochar-supported Fe/Sr (NaBH4-Fe/Sr-BC, BSFBC) nanocomposites synthesized by one-pot method with NaBH4 reduction were used to remove 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) in aqueous solution. The modified biochar adsorbent with W(Sr/Fe): W(BC) = 5% (BSFBC5%) showed 98.7% adsorption and removal rate of 2,4-DCP within 60 min. As confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and EDS, biochar acted as a support material that dispersed the Fe/Sr nanoparticles, greatly reducing their aggregation and correspondingly improving the reactivity of adsorption and degradation of 2,4-DCP. The presence of Sr/Fe/FexOy/SrFe12O19 heterojunctions nanoparticles on BSFBC5% was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The key parameters controlling the degradation of 2,4-DCP, such as the initial pH of the solution, adsorbent dosage and reaction time, were systematically explored. In addition, BSFBC5% showed good ability in adsorption of 2,4-DCP and degradation of total organic carbon. Kinetic analysis showed that the depletion of 2,4-DCP was consistent with the Freundlich models as well as the pseudo-second-order kinetic model. Possible adsorption and catalytic degradation mechanisms are proposed, while the products of degradation were identified by chromatographic techniques with UV and mass spectrometric detection. This study shows that BSFBC5% is promising as a new candidate for environmental pollution remediation of water sources contaminated with chlorophenols. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.
