New logistics distribution route dispatching mode based on genetic algorithm-ant colony algorithm

For multi-target route optimization with constraint conditions, the mathematical model for logistics distribution route optimization is built to accelerate response speed of logistics enterprises to customers, improve service quality, and strengthen the satisfaction of customers, and a new algorithm with the combination of genetic and ant colony algorithms is proposed to solve the selection issues of such logistics route. Initial pheromone is formed with genetic algorithm, based on which the optimal solution is rapidly sought with ant colony algorithm, and complementary advantages are achieved between above two algorithms. Application examples and simulations are available for calculation, and the results show that such algorithm is practical and effective to optimize logistics distribution route.

To infrared images, the contrast of target and background is low, dim small targets have no concrete shapes and their textures cannot be reliable predicted. The paper puts forward a novel algorithm to fuse mid-wave and long-wave infrared images and detect targets. Firstly, the source images are decomposed by wavelet transformation. In usual, targets in infrared images are man-made, and their fractal dimension is different comparing with natural background. In wavelet transformation domain high-frequency part, we calculate local fractal dimension and set up fusion rule to merge corresponding sub-images of two matching source images. In low-frequency, we extract local maximum gray level to fuse them. Then reconstruct image by wavelet inverse transformation and obtain fused result image. In fusion results, the contrast between targets and background has obvious changes. And targets can be detected using contrast threshold. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper using wavelet transformation fractal dimension to fuse dual band infrared images, and then detect targets is better than using mid-wave or long -wave infrared images detect targets alone.

Target detection and location in infrared clutter background is very important to infrared search and track system. Especially for small target detection in infrared image in background of sea and sky, there are no geometric and structure character to use. When targets such as ship and naval vessel sailing at long distance, they always appear around the sea-level line, and it is mixed with cloud and sea-wave clutter. It is difficult to segment and locate precisely. Background suppression based-on wavelet transformation is proposed in the paper. Wavelet decomposition makes it possible to analyze a signal both in time and frequency domains. In the paper infrared sea and key background images are processed. For their SNR is low and background is complex, using wavelet transformation decomposes an original image and extract approximate feature to reconstruct an image, which mainly includes background information. A new image would be obtained using background image subtracted from original image. There are mainly target and noise points left in the new image. By setting proper threshold, the target can be detected perfectly. At last, experiment results are given and show the method is practical.

The number of arithmetic units used in the one-dimensional (1D) discrete wavelet transform (DWT) is the main consideration for reducing the area of VLSI implementation of 1D DWT, while the size of intermediate memory used for data buffering is another dominate factor of effecting hardware complexity of VLSI implementation for two-dimensional (2D) DWT. In this paper, we exploit the essential relationship between the size of temporal buffer (TB) required in the line-based architecture for 2D DWT (LBA2DDWT) and the number of registers used in the 1D DWT module, and present an improved method of mapping the registers used in the 1D DWT to the TB required in LBA2DDWT. Comparison results with the other design reported in previous literature demonstrate that, the proposed mapping method can reduce efficiently the size of memory required in LBA2DDWT.

A new network traffic prediction algorithm based on discrete queue

In order to verify the network traffic decline because by node breakdown, this paper proposes a new type of prediction algorithm (Prediction algorithm based on Discrete-Queue for FARIMA model, PDF). At first, the mathematic formula for queuing situation and average queue length in steady state is derived with queuing theory in this algorithm based on discrete time, and the prediction method is established by FARIMA Model. Then, a simulation was conducted to research on the relationships between average queue length and service rate. The result shows that it has good adaptability, and the standard deviation between prediction traffic and original traffic is 10.18. ©, 2015, Binary information Press. All right reserved.

Center nodes have a bigger load and burden with lots of routing in an Ad Hoc Network Model. Congestion of the nodes' packets has a great impact on network performance, especially in wireless networks. This paper proposes a multi-dimensional perception of adaptive routing algorithms based on the loading of MAC, in particular its utility. Through calculating the probabilities of packet arrival, distribution and intensity of interference, conicting nodes and adjusting the contracting strength of packets would optimize network performance. Our simulated experiments show that this algorithm improves the success rate of data transmission, reduces the delay of packet transmission and improves network throughputs. Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) has become a mainstream technology for solving spatial structures of biomacromolecules, while the processing of cryo-EM images is a very challenging task. One of the great challenges is the high noise in the images. A common method is to cluster the images with close projecting angles to get mean images, which are used for 3D reconstruction. However, due to the extremely low signal-to-noise-ratio, common clustering methods often fail to obtain high-quality mean images, leading to poorly reconstructed structures. In this study, we present a new unsupervised learning framework, called NiuEM, to discriminate images captured from different angles and yield cluster-mean images. NiuEM first generates pseudo-labels and then exploits both contrastive loss and cross-entropy loss for training convolutional layers to learn feature representations. Moreover, the pseudo-labels are updated iteratively to enhance the reliability of labels. We assess the performance of NiuEM on four data sets via both visualized and quantitative experiments. Especially, two kinds of metrics are adopted to measure the performance, regarding the clustering quality and the resolution of reconstructed 3D models, respectively. The experimental results show that NiuEM achieves very competitive clustering accuracy in the comparison with the state-of-the-art image clustering methods. Moreover, the cluster mean images yielded by NiuEM lead to better initial 3D models compared with the mainstream reconstruction tools.

This paper proposes a novel fast architecture for a 2D discrete wavelet transform by using a lifting scheme, Parallel and embedded decimation techniques are employed to optimize the architecture, which is mainly composed of two horizontal filter modules and one vertical filter module, working in parallel and pipeline fashion with 100% hardware utilization. The architecture is designed to generate two outputs in one working clock cycle, with every two subbands coefficients alternately. The total time for computing J levels of decomposition for an N/spl times/N image is approximately 2N/sup 2/(1-4/sup -J/)/3 clock cycles. In comparison with the other devices reported in previous literature, the design has many advantages including lower hardware complexity and area and power efficiency. The design is also fast, regular and simple, as well as well suited for VLSI implementation.

An Active Landing Recovery Method for Quadrotor UAV: Localization, Tracking and Buffering Landing

This paper proposes a principle of fully autonomous ground mobile landing recovery of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) for the problems of relatively fixed landing point, passive recovery, poor flexibility, and environmental adaptability, which mainly includes localization, landing point tracking, and buffering landing for quadrotor UAV. Firstly, aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately obtain the position of a UAV in dynamic mobile landing recovery, a target location method based on Asynchronous Multisensor information Fusion(AMIF) and servo turntable focus tracking is proposed. Secondly, to achieve fast and high-precision tracking of UAVs, a tracking control strategy of an independently driven landing recovery system and a Stewart six-degree of freedom platform is proposed. Then, to solve the problems of large impact force and center of gravity instability in the landing process of UAV, a stationarity control algorithm based on model prediction and a compliance control algorithm based on adaptive variable impedance are designed to achieve active compliance control while adjusting the position and attitude of the receiving surface in real-time. Finally, a quadrotor unmanned landing and recovery experimental platform is built to verify the feasibility of the ground mobile landing and recovery strategy proposed in this paper and the effectiveness of the control algorithm.

RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) are essential for gene expression, and the complex RNA-protein interaction mechanisms require analysis of global RNA information. Therefore, accurate prediction of RBP binding sites on full-length RNA transcripts is crucial for understanding these mechanisms and their roles in diseases. While machine learning methods can predict RBP binding to RNA fragments, extending this to full-length transcripts presents challenges due to sequence length and data imbalance. In this paper, we introduce RBP-Former, a binding site joint prediction model designed specifically for full-length RNA transcripts that can be used for multiple RBPs. This model processes information at both coarse and fine-grained levels to fully exploit sequence data and its interactions with multiple RBPs. We develop multi-level imbalance learning strategies, achieving favorable results on imbalanced data. Our method outperforms existing methods in predicting binding sites on full-length RNA transcripts for multiple RBPs, demonstrating its effectiveness in handling imbalanced label and sample distributions.
