Aiming at the problem of signal reconstruction with unknown sparsity in compressed sensing, an improved iterative greedy algorithm is proposed to signal reconstruction from low sampling rate. Firstly, a sparsity estimation strategy is used to estimate the sparsity and the true support set of target signal, and then the residual is initialized with the estimated value. In order to optimize the estimated value, it is necessary to determine the direction of the iteration before the iteration begins. The proposed algorithm is associated with the ideas of adaptive, backtracking and greedy choice to iteratively refine. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm performs better than that of OMP, CoSaMP and SAMP algorithms for both one-dimensional signal and two-dimensional image signal, and the algorithm has better practical application value.

A kind of haze removal algorithm is proposed, so as to improve the visibility of degraded image with only single image. Firstly, the raw atmospheric transmission map is obtained using the dark channel prior. Then, Fields of Experts model with guided filtering is integrated to get the priors from the degraded image, so as to amend the raw atmosphere transmission map. Finally, the scene albedo is restored based on the atmosphere scattering model. Results on a variety of outdoor haze images show the feasibility and validity of our algorithm. Moreover, a comparative study is also proposed with several other state-of-the-art algorithms demonstrate that our algorithm has similar or even better haze removal results.

The ship target detection accuracy of the proposed algorithm is 0.956, and the false alarm rate of the ship detection is low, which verifies the effectiveness of the detection algorithm in detecting the ship target, which has great application value in military applications.
