Plane measurement is an important task in image processing and computer vision. In this paper, we present a kind of plane measurement method for monocular vision, which calculates the image magnification by controlling the camera movement, the height of object and camera focal length. We can finally get the measurement results. Experimental results show that the proposed method can measure the distance more accurately. What's more, it has the advantages of high universality, simple steps and small error. © 2017 SPIE.

Polarization imaging technology is an optical reconnaissance method based on the polarization characteristics of the target, which can simultaneously obtain a variety of information about the target. This information is very useful for visual tasks such as target detection. The traditional polarization parameter map as the input source for target detection has the problems of low accuracy and weak generalization ability. To solve the above problems, this paper builds a polarization parameter feature extraction network on the basis of Faster R-CNN, and adaptively generates polarization parameters. Perform feature extraction. It has been verified that the detection accuracy has been improved compared to the traditional network with polarization parameters as the input source. © 2022 SPIE

Aiming at the problem of the low contrast between target and background in the detected UAV target intensity images, a low-speed and small UAV targets detection and tracking method based on polarization imaging detection is proposed. Based on the analysis of the polarization imaging characteristics of low-speed and small UAV targets, through polarization image analysis, single-frame detection based on spatial filtering and adaptive threshold segmentation, continuous frame target trajectory association based on spatiotemporal information, and improved KCF algorithm Target tracking and other processing processes have realized the effective detection and tracking of low-speed and small UAV targets. © 2022 SPIE

To solve the problem that infrared dim small targets are difficult to be detected and tracked under complex background,this paper proposes a method based on the fusion of Pipeline Filter and Kernelized Correlation ***, preprocess the obtained image sequence to reduce the influence of complex background on target detection;then, detect dim small infrared moving targets based on Background Prediction and Pipeline Filter;Finally,track the targets by Kernelized Correlation Filter which is initialized by the obtained detection *** deal with the interference caused by the lens moving, the target position is predicted in the process of targets *** algorithm is verified by the constructed infrared dim target data set. The results show that the proposed algorithm has better robustness and real-time performance, and the tracking effect is obvious. © 2022 SPIE

To overcome image degradation under the conditions of haze,and fog,a method using conditional generative adversarial defogging algorithm based on polarization characteristic is *** original images with different polarization angles were obtained from the original image,and then the polarization images were characterized using Stokes *** the relationship between Stokes vector and polarization image,each polarization image with different angles is input into the same network to extract *** the same time,the enhanced network is used to extract the characteristics of the fog area in the polarization image,and the polarization information is extracted by layer jump connection,which is fused with the image features of different *** constructing the loss function and obtaining the optimal solution,the fog-free image is finally *** results show that a clear image can be reconstructed in fog situations by using conditional generative adversarial network-based on polarization characteristics,and the structural similarity is improved by about 10%,the peak signal to noise ratio is increased by about 0.5.

Firstly, the geometric model of linear sea surface is constructed based on linear wave theory and linear filtering method. At the same time, considering the nonlinear characteristics of sea waves, the modified model of nonlinear sea surface is introduced. By comparing the shape and statistical characteristics of nonlinear sea surface with linear sea surface, the Doppler echo spectrum of sea surface electromagnetic scattering is calculated, and the Doppler spectrum characteristics of dynamic sea surface scattering echo signals under different initial conditions are analyzed. Finally, the model simulation data are compared with the measured sea state data. The results show that the calculation results based on nonlinear sea surface are more consistent with the experimental data. © 2022 SPIE

Along with laser countermeasure technology is widely used in the field of photoelectric detector, how the interference and damage degree of laser to detector, when the damage threshold is reached and how to make objective evaluation is a very concern of the people. And therefore, it has important significance to carry out the laser interference and damage experiment of photoelectric detector and propose an objective and reasonable evaluation of Ajamming effect. Combined with typical image evaluation methods such as structural similarity, correlation measurement, feature point analysis and cross entropy, this paper systematically studies the interference effect evaluation technology of laser interfered CCD detector, and finally summarizes the development trend of the interference effect evaluation technology of laser interfered CCD detector. © 2018 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Compressed sensing (CS) techniques have shown promise for radar imaging applications due to the excellent images they can produce. In this paper, a two dimensional (2D) sparse signal model for turntable radar imaging is developed, and a 2D CS based image reconstruction algorithm with a hyperbolic tangent constraint is proposed to improve the imaging performance and avoid the huge computational burden of 1D CS based methods, which require a tremendous amount of memory and computational resources. The augmented Lagrange multiplier and a 2D iterative soft thresholding function are used for solving the minimally sparse nonconvex optimization problem with parameter adjustment. Moreover, its convergence can be proved. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach. © 2022 SPIE

Due to the limitation of the detector, the spatial resolution of the polarization image obtained by space-modulated full-polarization computed imaging is low. In general, there are a lot of valuable high-frequency components in low resolution space, but it is difficult to reconstruct high frequency information by deep learning method. Through the research of the previous super-resolution reconstruction method based on deep learning, it is found that it is difficult to obtain better lifting effect only by stacking residual blocks to build a deeper network. A polarization imaging bi-attention recursive residual network super-resolution reconstruction method is proposed. In the network structure, bi-attention recursive residual group is used as the deep feature extraction module, and the bi-attention module contained in this module is used to adaptively learn image features of different channels and different transformation Spaces in the deep network. In order to provide the concentrated learning efficiency of high-frequency information, jump connections are introduced into the network structure, and the shallow feature extraction and reconstruction of images are completed by a convolution layer and a sub-pixel convolution algorithm respectively. The experimental verification is carried out under the actual imaging system and simulation data, and compared with other methods in terms of visual effect and quantitative results. Experimental results verify that the proposed method can effectively reconstruct the contour structure and texture details of the detection target in subjective image quality, and is superior to the comparison method in objective evaluation index. © 2023 SPIE.
