Interactive Image Segmentation (IIS) has emerged as a promising technique for decreasing annotation time. Substantial progress has been made in pre- and post-processing for IIS, but the critical issue of interaction ambiguity, notably hindering segmentation quality, has been under-researched. To address this, we introduce ADAPTIVECLICK – a click-aware transformer incorporating an adaptive focal loss that tackles annotation inconsistencies with tools for mask- and pixel-level ambiguity resolution. To the best of our knowledge, AdaptiveClick is the first transformer-based, mask-adaptive segmentation framework for IIS. The key ingredient of our method is the Click-Aware Mask-adaptive transformer Decoder (CAMD), which enhances the interaction between click and image features. Additionally, AdaptiveClick enables pixel-adaptive differentiation of hard and easy samples in the decision space, independent of their varying distributions. This is primarily achieved by optimizing a generalized Adaptive Focal Loss (AFL) with a theoretical guarantee, where two adaptive coefficients control the ratio of gradient values for hard and easy pixels. Our analysis reveals that the commonly used Focal and BCE losses can be considered special cases of the proposed AFL. With a plain ViT backbone, extensive experimental results on nine datasets demonstrate the superiority of AdaptiveClick compared to state-of-the-art methods. Rutin, a natural flavonol glycoside, is widely present in plants and foods, such as black tea and wheat tea. The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of flavonoids are well known. In this paper, a new electrochemical rutin sensor was developed, using MWCNTs/CAU-1 as the electrode modification material. The suspension of multi-walled carbon tubes was dropped on the surface of GCE electrode to make MWCNTs/GCE, and CAU-1 was then attached to the electrode surface by electrodeposition. MWCNTs, CAU-1 were characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Due to the synergistic effect of CAU-1 and MWCNTs-COOH, the prepared sensor showed ultrasensitive electrochemical response for rutin. Under optimized conditions, the sensor showed a linear relationship between 1.0×10 -9 M ~ 3.0×10 -6 M with the detection limit of 6.7×10 -10 M (S/N=3). The sensor also showed satisfactory stability and accuracy in the detection of real samples. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The smart water meter in water supply network can directly affect water production and usage when faults occur. The traditional method of fault detection is inefficient with time lagging, which is not helpful for modernization of water supply system. The capability of automatic fault diagnosis of smart water meter is an important means to improve the service quality of water supply. In this paper, an automatic fault diagnosis method for the smart device is proposed based on BP neural network. And it was applied on Google Tensorflow platform. Fault symptom vectors were constructed using water meter status data and were used to train the neural network model. In order to improve the learning convergence speed and fault classification effect of the network, a method of weighted symptom was also employed. Experimental results show that it has good performance with a general fault diagnosis accuracy of 98.82%. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Develop a monitoring and management system based on a cloud platform, and finally implement related applications such as abnormal monitoring of the electric energy meter wiring process, wiring fault diagnosis, line aging assessment, and power outage warning analysis on the cloud platform, which can promptly warn the occurrence of power outages and comprehensively improve high-quality power supply services Level. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for phase line and neutral line impedance estimation of 0.4kV low voltage distribution network based on intelligent electricity meters. In this paper, the voltage of each sequence, current of each sequence, and information of complex power of each sequence of each node are extracted by intelligent electricity meter, and then the measurement of line impedance is completed piecewise. Finally, the impedance measurement model of the 0.4kV low-voltage distribution network was built. The simulation verification of the line impedance measurement was completed through the effective cooperation with the high-precision and high-synchronous sampling smart electricity meter supporting the impedance measurement and the acquisition terminal supporting the of the impedance measurement. The simulation results show that the line impedance measurement error is small, and the prediction of line loss and impedance trend can be completed effectively. © 2020 ACM.

Exploiting the intelligent stimuli-responsive fluorescent materials, which can selectively recognize lysozyme in fingerprints and enable high-contrast imaging, is still a challenge in detecting latent fingerprints (LFPs). Herein, aptamer functionalization and high-contrast reversible dual-color photoswitching fluorescence of polymeric nanoparticles (LBA-RPFPNs) based on Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) mechanism have been successfully synthesized and used for efficient imaging of LFPs. Results proved that LBA-RPFPNs displayed good water dispersibility, fast photo-responsiveness, favorable photoreversibility and good long-term stability. Of note, the aptamer possessed the ability of LBA-RPFPNs to target lysozyme in LFPs, thus realizing the selectivity of LFPs. Furthermore, the fluorescence of LBA-RPFPNs was reversibly switched between green and red through UV/visible light, achieving for high-contrast imaging of LFPs. This strategy provides good potential in disclosing the valuable information within LFPs. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

This study evaluates the effects of coral coarse aggregate (CCA) and cement contents on the durability of basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) bars embedded in seawater sea sand coral aggregate concrete (SSCC) in a simulated seawater environment by investigating interlaminar shear strength. Accelerated aging tests were conducted under varying exposure times (60, 120, and 180 days) and temperatures (25, 40, and 55 °C). The 1H low-field nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy were used to investigate the deterioration mechanisms of embedded BFRP bars. It was found that SSCC-embedded BFRP bars typically have lower interlaminar shear strength than seawater sea sand concrete (SSC)-embedded BFRP bars subjected to the same immersion conditions. This is mainly attributed to the high porosity of CCA, resulting in higher permeability of SSCC than SSC. Increased cement content enhances the initial amount of OH- in SSCC, expands the pitting area of BFRP bars, and maintains OH- concentration better in the exposure tests, accelerating the interlaminar shear strength deterioration of BFRP bar. Microstructure analysis clearly reveals that the deteriorations of embedded BFRP bars are mainly caused by resin hydrolysis, fiber-resin interface debonding, and fiber damage after corrosion. Based on the Arrhenius relationship, the accelerated aging test results were utilized to predict service life of SSCC-embedded BFRP bars in real environment. The findings of this study are valuable for the application of BFRP bars reinforced SSCC structures under marine environments, and provides some insights into improving the long-term performance of SSCC-embedded BFRP bars, i.e., modifying the CCA to minimize the permeability of SSCC and producing low-alkalinity SSCC. © 2022, The Authors. Flexible ferroelectric films with high polarization hold great promise for energy storage and electrocaloric (EC) refrigeration. Herein, we fabricate a lead-free Mn-modified 0.75 Bi(Mg0.5Ti0.5)O3-0.25 BaTiO3 (BMT-BTO) thin film based on flexible mica substrate. Excellent EC performance with maximum adiabatic temperature change (∆T ~23.5 K) and isothermal entropy change (∆S ~33.1 J K-1 kg-1) is achieved in the flexible BMT-BTO film, which is attributed to the local structural transition and lattice disorder near 90 ºC. Meanwhile, a good energy storage density of ∼70.64 J cm−3 and quite high efficiency of ∼81.8% are realized in the same ferroelectric film, accompanied with excellent stability of frequency and electric fatigue (500-10 kHz and 108 cycles). Furthermore, there is no apparent variation in performance under different bending strains. These prominent properties indicate that the multifunctional BMT-BTO ferroelectric film is a promising candidate for applications of flexible energy storage and EC refrigeration. © 2023, The Authors.
