Sonication-Assisted Synthesis of Molybdenum Disulfide Aerogel for the Electrode Materials of Supercapacitors

The sonication processing was added in front of the freeze-drying as an intermediate processing before the molybdenum disulfide (MoS 2 ) aerogel was synthesized. It is distinguishing with the traditional hydrothermal reaction to combine the sonication processing and freeze-drying in our method. The structure, morphology, specific surface area and pore size distribution were characterized, and the electrochemical performances were measured in 0.5 M Na 2 SO 4 electrolyte for the MoS 2 aerogel and flower-like MoS 2 . As for comparison, they are of porous structure and microsphere structure, and their specific surface areas are 55.14 m 2 g − 1 and 38.12 m 2 g − 1 . The specific capacitances are 166.7 F g − 1 and 119.2 F g − 1 at the scan rate of 5 mV s − 1 , and the capacity retentions are 87.7% and 81.6% after 3000 charge/discharge cycles. For the enhanced mechanism, the high specific surface of the MoS 2 aerogel causes high specific capacitance, and the unique porous structure could buffer volume expansion to improve retention ability during charge/discharge processes. The MoS 2 aerogel may thus be a promising electrode material for supercapacitors.

For the problem that the on-site operation and maintenance of power information collection has no unified standard and lack of technical means, the overall design scheme of the smart checking device for multi-function meter data collection fault is proposed. The carrier module card circuit and system software architecture are designed, and the design principle of the device is analyzed. The fault detection and discrimination methods of carrier module based on online and offline modes are proposed. The fault detection and discrimination methods of field meter and concentrator communication port are proposed. A portable and fully functional field acquisition fault diagnosis and analysis device is developed, which can effectively improve the work efficiency and technical level of on-site operation and maintenance personnel, and plays an important role in promoting the standardization and intelligence of on-site collection and maintenance work.

The existing electric energy meter rotation maintenance strategy regularly checks the electric energy meter and evaluates the state. It only considers the influence of time factors, neglects the influence of other factors, leads to the inaccuracy of the evaluation, and causes the waste of resources. In order to evaluate the running state of the electric energy meter in time, a method of the operation evaluation of the electric energy meter is proposed. The method is based on extracting the existing data acquisition system, marketing business system and metrology production scheduling platform that affect the state of energy meters, and classified into error stability, operational reliability, potential risks and other factors according to the influencing factors, based on the above basic test score, inspecting score, monitoring score, score of family defect detection. Then, according to the evaluation model according to the scoring, we evaluate electric energy meter operating state, and finally put forward the corresponding maintenance strategy of rotation.

The RFID handheld terminal of Android system mainly studies the reading of electric energy meter data. In practice, the battery life time is longer. Therefore, reducing the power consumption of handheld terminal system has become the key content of the research. This paper first analyzes the factors that affect the power consumption of the system, introduces the dynamic consumption in detail, and discusses the measures to reduce the system power consumption from two aspects, hardware and software. In the selection of RFID handheld terminal microprocessor and peripheral chip, we try to select low power components. Finally, we test the power consumption of RFID handheld terminal and make a simple analysis of the test data.

In order to solve the common problem of electric energy meter industry, which is a slow speed of manual meter reading and inventory, this project designs the handheld meter reading terminal based on UHF RFID. It has many characteristics such as once reading multiple tags, long distance identification, high transmission rate and high reliability. The handheld meter reading terminal has combined Android OS with UHF RFID, WIFI and 4 G, and is applied to the intelligent meter reading system and meter warehouse management system. It effectively improves the reliability of the meter reading data and the convenience of maintenance management, minimizes the workload of staff. This paper elaborates the overall scheme design of the system, and introduces the important components of software and hardware. This RFID handheld terminal has already been applied in the project, and the system worked well, stably and efficiently.

In recent years, the government has attached great importance to ‘Four-Meter Unified' Project. Under the call of national policy, State Grid is participate in building ‘Four-Meter Unified' Project actively by making use of electricity information acquisition system. In this paper, a new type Smart-Meter data acquisition device based on Cloud Platform is designed according to the newest series of standards Energy Measure and Management System for Electric, Water, Gas and Heat Meter, and this paper introduces the general scheme, main hardware design and main software design for the Smart-Meter data acquisition device.

The current common preventing electricity-stolen technology and existing defects is analyzed, the key technologies such as 4G communication module, intelligent video forensics are proposed, a intelligent video monitoring terminal basing on 4G network and integrating electricity larceny prevention and live video monitoring, is developed, it provides the important means for combating power theft in accordance with the law. The overall design scheme of intelligent video monitoring terminal basing on 4G networks electricity-stolen prevention is proposed, the terminal system hardware, MPU, each function module and the peripheral interface are designed, terminal image acquisition and image compression technology, up image data transmission and 4G communication technology is studied and implemented. The design methods of terminal system software architecture, software function, and the related system interface are proposed, the image acquisition process of electricity larceny prevention device is emphatically designed, the design schemes of gate node switch trigger and infrared pyroelectric detect trigger camera are proposed. The device can timely find the scene of the various power theft, and to obtain evidence, can effectively solve the difficulty of electricity larceny evidence collection, has a strong practical value and broad application prospects. © 2017 IEEE.

The distribution network is the key link to ensure the continuous power supply. The live working of the distribution network has become an important means to ensure the reliability of power supply and improve the reliability of power supply. This article designs a suitable application according to the task of live working of the distribution network and the analysis of the working objects. A live working robot which is used for distribution network with a voltage level of 10 kV or less. The robot is composed of a mobile insulation platform, a robot body, a working end, an insulation protection system, and a control system, where in the robot body includes a control box, a work robot, and a work tool transfer device. The end of the operation includes a grip end, a wire stripping end, and a clip mounting end. The results show that the robot can replace the manual task of charging and disconnecting wires, reduce the labor intensity of the operators and ensure the safety of the operators.

China's low-voltage transmission lines are mostly three-phase four-wire power supply networks. Due to the large number of single-phase power users which are dispersedly located, there are different levels of three-phase load imbalance problems in most distribution areas. With the improvement of the national economy, the electricity consumption at the grassroots level has increased, and the problem of unbalanced three-phase loads of the low-voltage power grid has become increasingly prominent. The article introduces a product which can handle unbalanced three-phase problems in the low-voltage distribution area. It can quickly and accurately detect the three-phase unbalance problem of the low-voltage distribution system. The three-phase intelligent commutation switch system can adjust the single-phase load without power cut in real time ensuring that the three-phase load in the station is in a relatively balanced state. This product can effectively reduce transformer loss and line loss caused by three-phase load imbalance, and avoid single-phase over-current, terminal low-voltage, etc. It can also prevent numerous safety hazards caused by three-phase unbalance. This paper introduces the harm of three-phase unbalance, the working principle and system of the commutation switch, and the advantages of the HPLC scheme to highlight the intelligence and program advantages of the commutation switch.
