Photoreduction adjusted surface oxygen vacancy of Bi_(2)MoO_(6) for boosting photocatalytic redox performance

In this study, Bi_(2)MoO_(6) with adjustable rich oxygen vacancies was prepared by a novel and simple solvothermal-photoreduction method which might be suitable for a large-scale production. The experiment results show that Bi_(2)MoO_(6) with rich oxygen vacancies is an excellent photocatalyst. The photocatalytic ability of BMO-10 is 0.3 and 3.5 times higher than that of the pristine Bi_(2)MoO_(6) for Rhodamine B degradation and Cr(VI) reduction, respectively. The results display that the band energy of the samples with oxygen vacancies was narrowed and the light absorption was broadened. Meanwhile, the efficiency of photogenerated electron-holes was increased and the separation and transfer speed of photogenerated carriers were improved. Therefore, this work provides a convenient and efficient method to prepare potential adjustable oxygen vacancy based photocatalysts to eliminate the pollution of dyes and Cr(VI) in water.

We propose a novel high performance carrier stored trench bipolar transistor(CSTBT)with dual shielding structure(DSS-CSTBT).The proposed DSS-CSTBT features a double trench structure with different trench profiles in the surface,in which a shallow gate trench is shielded by a deep emitter trench and a thick oxide layer under *** with the conventional CSTBT(con-CSTBT),the proposed DSS-CSTBT not only alleviates the negative impact of the shallow gate trench and highly doped CS layer on the breakdown voltage(BV),but also well reduces the gate-collector capacitance CGC,gate charge Q_(G),and turn-off loss E_(OFF)of the ***,lower turn-on loss E_(ON)and gate drive loss E_(DR)are also *** results show that with the same CS layer doping concentration N_(CS)=1.5×10^(16)cm^(-3),the BV increases from 1312 V of the con-CSTBT to 1423 V of the proposed DSS-CSTBT with oxide layer thickness under gate(T_(og2))of 1μ***,compared with the con-CSTBT,the C_(GC)at V_(CE)of 25 V and miller plateau charge(Q_(GC))for the proposed DSS-CSTBT with T_(og2)of 1μm are reduced by 79.4%and 74.3%,*** the VGEincreases from 0 V to 15 V,the total QGfor the proposed DSS-CSTBT with T_(og2)of 1μm is reduced by 49.5%.As a result,at the same on-state voltage drop(V_(CEON))of 1.55 V,the E_(ON)and E_(OFF)are reduced from 20.3 mJ/cm^(2)and 19.3 mJ/cm^(2)for the con-CSTBT to8.2 mJ/cm^(2)and 9.7 mJ/cm^(2)for the proposed DSS-CSTBT with T_(og2)of 1μm,*** proposed DSS-CSTBT not only significantly improves the trade-off relationship between the V_(CEON)and E_(OFF)but also greatly reduces the E_(ON).

Significant nonradiative energy loss and short exciton diffusion length in organic solar cells(OSCs)are two major obstacles to achieving state-of-the-art *** is crucial to conduct a study on the intensive mechanism and improvement strategies for future breakthroughs in the efficiency of *** this work,nonradiative energy loss and exciton diffusion length are optimized simultaneously by incorporating a guest acceptor(LA15)to construct ternary OSC(D18:L8-BO:LA15).Firstly,LA15 exhibits excellent compatibility with the host acceptor L8-BO,and effectively improves the fluorescence quantum efficiency(FLQY),resulting in suppressed non-radiative energy ***,LA15 effectively prolongs the fluorescent lifetime of the acceptor phase from 0.85 to 1.12 ns,leading to larger exciton diffusion length,which is beneficial for reducing geminate ***,the addition of LA15 optimizes the crystallinity of the active layer with amplified charge transport *** a result,the optimized D18:L8-BO:LA15 device achieves ultralow nonradiative energy loss of 0.18 e V and improved fill factor(FF)with high efficiency up to 19.13%.These results highlight the crucial roles of regulating FLQYand exciton lifetime in achieving highefficiency OSCs.

In the determination of the Earth gravity field in satellite geodesy, the inclination functions represent the projection of data observed along the orbital plane of a satellite orbit into the sphere in the terrestial reference frame. The inclination functions in this work is studied from a group theoretical perspective. The inclination functions are proved to generate a representation of the SO(3) group. An orthogonal relation of the inclination functions is derived and some recurrence relations for the inclination functions are given, based on which an algorithm to calculate the inclination functions is proposed.

Minimizing Data Collection Latency for Coexisting Time-Critical Wireless Networks With Tree Topologies

Time-Critical Wireless Network (TCWN) is a promising communication technology that can satisfy the low latency, high reliability, and deterministic requirements of mission-critical applications. Multiple TCWNs required by various applications inevitably coexist with each other. Most existing works aim to achieve acceptable latency or consider the simplest topology (i.e., line topology). As latency requirements become more stringent, exploring the minimum data collection latency becomes an interesting problem. In this paper, the coexisting system consists of multiple tree-topology-based TCWNs. We first establish a conversion framework to convert an arbitrary tree topology into multiple analogous line topologies to reduce the analysis complexity. We then propose a Time-Critical wireless network Scheduling (TCS) algorithm to minimize the data collection latency of coexisting TCWNs. The TCS algorithm consists of two phases. In the internetwork scheduling phase, we strictly derive a general expression to characterize the practical network requirements. In the intranetwork scheduling phase, we design two levels of priority assignment algorithms to accurately characterize the critical states and resource requirements of different nodes. We conduct extensive simulations to verify the effectiveness of the TCS algorithm. The evaluation results show that the TCS algorithm can achieve minimum data collection latency in more than 99.956% cases, and the maximum difference compared to the optimal value is one time slot. © 2004-2012 IEEE.

Critical Nodes Identification Algorithm Based on ResNet-CBAM

The identification of critical nodes in networks is of substantial practical significance. For instance, it can expedite information propagation within networks, target vulnerable links to enhance robustness, and optimize resource allocation by reducing redundancy and lowering costs. To improve the accuracy of critical node identification, we propose an algorithm that integrates complex networks, propagation models, and deep learning techniques. The algorithm generates low-complexity features that include the characteristics of nodes and their neighboring nodes. A ResNet-CBAM network is then designed to identify critical nodes. To assess node importance, a method has been proposed that considers both propagation range and propagation efficiency, using their product as the evaluation criterion. Experimental results show that, compared to various centrality-based algorithms and other deep learning methods, our proposed algorithm outperforms others in terms of recognition accuracy across different types of networks. © 2019 IEEE.

Three-dimensional temperature reconstruction of diffusion flame from the light-field convolution imaging by the focused plenoptic camera

The plenoptic imaging technique provides a promising approach to the non-invasive three-dimensional measurement, especially for the high-temperature combustion diagnosis. We establish a light-field convolution imaging model for diffusion flame in this work, considering the radiation transfer process inside the diffusion flame and the light transfer process inside the focused plenoptic camera together. The radiation transfer process is described by the radiation transfer equation and solved by the generalized source multi-flux method. Wave optics theory is adopted to describe the light transfer process, combining Fresnel diffraction and the phase conversion of the lens. The flame light-field image is obtained by the light-field convolution imaging model and adopted as the measurement signal to reconstruct three-dimensional temperature field. The inverse problem of temperature reconstruction is solved by the least square QR decomposition method. The simulative temperature reconstruction work is conducted, including the inverse analysis, the uncertainty analysis, and the measurement noise influence. All the results show that the proposed measurement method is available to reconstruct three-dimensional temperature with satisfactory accuracy and acceptable uncertainty. Both symmetric and asymmetric distributed temperature fields are investigated, and the reconstructed results prove the validity and universality of the measurement method.

β-caryophyllene, a plant-derived sesquiterpene, serves as a food flavoring, anti-inflammatory agent, antioxidant, and high-energy fuel source. Extraction of β-caryophyllene from plants is a costly and inefficient process. Therefore, microbial cell factories have been employed for the production of β-caryophyllene. However, the limited yield is insufficient for its industrial application. In this study, we balanced the utilization of cellular resources for growth and production by systematically regulating the sterol synthesis pathway to maximize the synthesis of β-caryophyllene. In the competitive pathways concerning sterol and fatty acid synthesis, genes expression was suppressed by substituting the original promoters with a glucose-sensing promoter PHXT1 and a sterol synthesis promoter PERG7, respectively. This approach effectively increased the production of β-caryophyllene by 6.8 times, reaching 854.7 mg/L. engineering glucose-sensing pathway altered the strength of PHXT1, resulting in an increase in β-caryophyllene production to 1.25 g/L. The cell growth and β-caryophyllene production were further boosted through diploid fusion, resulting in 21.4 g/L β-caryophyllene in fed-batch fermentation. This represents the highest reported production of β-caryophyllene to date. This study provides a valuable reference for the production of sesquiterpenes in microbial cell factories. © 2025

This article studies the fault detection filtering design problem for Roesser type two-dimensional(2-D)nonlinear systems described by uncertain 2-D Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy ***,fuzzy Lyapunov functions are constructed and the 2-D Fourier transform is exploited,based on which a finite frequency fault detection filtering design method is proposed such that a residual signal is generated with robustness to external disturbances and sensitivity to *** has been shown that the utilization of available frequency spectrum information of faults and disturbances makes the proposed filtering design method more general and less conservative compared with a conventional nonfrequency based filtering design ***,with the proposed evaluation function and its threshold,a novel mixed finite frequency H_(∞)/H_(-)fault detection algorithm is developed,based on which the fault can be immediately detected once the evaluation function exceeds the ***,it is verified with simulation studies that the proposed method is effective and less conservative than conventional non-frequency and/or common Lyapunov function based filtering design methods.
