Popularity plays a significant role in the recommendation system. Traditional popularity is only defined as a static ratio or metric (e.g., a ratio of users who have rated the item and the box office of a movie) regardless of the previous trends of this ratio or metric and the attribute diversity of items. To solve this problem and reach accurate popularity, we creatively propose to extract the popularity of an item according to the Proportional Integral Differential (PID) idea. Specifically, Integral (I) integrates a physical quantity over a time window, which agrees with the fact that determining the attributes of items also requires a long-term observation. The Differential (D) emphasizes an incremental change of a physical quantity over time, which coincidentally caters to a trend. Moreover, in the Session-Based Recommendation (SBR) community, many methods extract session interests without considering the impact of popularity on interest, leading to suboptimal recommendation results. To further improve recommendation performance, we propose a novel strategy that leverages popularity to enhance the session interest (popularity-aware interest). The proposed popularity by PID is further used to construct the popularity-aware interest, which consistently improves the recommendation performance of the main models in the SBR community. For STAMP, SRGNN, GCSAN, and TAGNN, on Yoochoose1/64, the metric P@20 is relatively improved by 0.93%, 1.84%, 2.02%, and 2.53%, respectively, and MRR@20 is relatively improved by 3.74%, 1.23%, 2.72%, and 3.48%, respectively. On Movieslen-1m, the relative improvements of P@20 are 7.41%, 15.52%, 8.20%, and 20.12%, respectively, and that of MRR@20 are 2.34%, 12.41%, 20.34%, and 19.21%, respectively.

Autonomous trajectory tracking control method for an agricultural robotic vehicle

To address the nonlinearities and external disturbances in unstructured and complex agricultural environments,this paper investigates an autonomous trajectory tracking control method for agricultural ground ***,this paper presents the design and implementation of a lightweight,modular two-wheeled differential drive vehicle equipped with two drive wheels and two caster *** vehicle comprises drive wheel modules,passive wheel modules,battery modules,a vehicle frame,a sensor system,and a control ***,a novel robust trajectory tracking method was proposed,utilizing an improved pure pursuit ***,an Online Particle Swarm Optimization Continuously Tuned PID(OPSO-CTPID)controller was introduced to dynamically search for optimal control gains for the PID *** results demonstrate the superiority of the improved pure pursuit algorithm and the OPSO-CTPID control *** validate the performance,the vehicle was integrated with a seeding and fertilizing machine to realize autonomous wheat seeding in an agricultural *** outcomes reveal that the vehicle of this study completed a seeding operation exceeding 1 km in *** proposed method can robustly and smoothly track the desired trajectory with an accuracy of less than 10 cm for the root mean square error(RMSE)of the curve and straight lines,given a suitable set of parameters,meeting the requirements of agricultural *** findings of this study hold significant reference value for subsequent research on trajectory tracking algorithms for ground-based agricultural robots.

For the task of content retrieval,analysis and generation of film and television scene images in the field of intelligent editing,fine-grained emotion recognition and prediction of images is of great *** this paper,the fusion of traditional perceptual features,art features and multi-channel deep learning features are used to reflect the emotion expression of different levels of the *** addition,the integrated learning model with stacking architecture based on linear regression coefficient and sentiment correlations,which is called the LS-stacking model,is proposed according to the factor association between multi-dimensional *** experimental results prove that the mixed feature and LS-stacking model can predict well on the 16 emotion categories of the self-built image *** study improves the fine-grained recognition ability of image emotion by computers,which helps to increase the intelligence and automation degree of visual retrieval and post-production system.

Seasonal prediction of extreme high-temperature days over the Yangtze River basin

Extreme high temperatures occur frequently over the densely populated Yangtze River basin(YRB)in China during summer,significantly impacting the local economic development and ecological ***,accurate prediction of extreme high-temperature days in this region remains a ***,the Climate Forecast system Version 2(CFSv2)exhibits poor performance in this ***,based on the interannual increment approach,we develop a hybrid seasonal prediction model over the YRB(HM_(YRB))to improve the prediction of extreme high-temperature days in *** HM_(YRB)relies on the following four predictors:the observed preceding April-May snowmelt in north western Europe;the snow depth in March over the central Siberian Plateau;the CFSv2-forecasted concurrent summer sea surface temperatures around the Maritime Continent;and the 200-hPa geopotential height over the Tibetan *** HM_(YRB)indicates good capabilities in predicting the interannual variability and trend of extreme high-temperature days,with a markable correlation coefficient of 0.58 and a percentage of the same sign(PSS)of 76% during 1983-2015 in the one-year-out ***,the HM_(YRB) maintains high PSS skill(86%)and robustness in the independent prediction period(2016-2022).Furthermore,the HM_(YRB) shows a good performance for years with high occurrence of extreme high-temperature days,with a hit ratio of 40%.These predictors used in HM_(YRB)are beneficial in terms of the prediction skill for the average daily maximum temperature in summer over the YRB,albeit with biases existing in the *** study provides promising insights into the prediction of 2022-like hot extremes over the YRB in China.

This study primarily investigates the effect of CeO_(2)content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZK60 Mg *** results indicate that CeO_(2)can be reduced by Mg to elemental Ce,predominantly in the form of the Mg-Zn-Ce *** addition of CeO_(2)notably refines the grain size of as-cast ZK60 Mg alloy,with the Mg-Zn-Ce phase primarily distributed along grain *** extrusion,grain size increases and then decreases with increasing CeO_(2)content,while the dynamic recrystallization(DRX)fraction gradually *** behavior is chiefly attributed to the hindrance of the DRX process by a high density of second phases and the restriction of recrystallized grains growth by fine *** basal texture intensity increases progressively with the addition of CeO_(2).As the CeO_(2)content rises,the yield strength(YS)and elongation(EL)of the alloys show significant *** increase in YS is mainly due to the combined effects of grain refinement strengthening and dispersion *** contrast,the enhanced EL is closely related to the heterogeneous structure of the ***,the ZK60-1.2CeO_(2)alloy exhibits the ultimate tensile strength,YS and EL of 274 MPa,160 MPa and 17.3%,respectively.

Synergistically enhanced dielectric, insulating and thermally conductive performances of sandwich PMMA based dielectric films

A tri-layered(B-G-B) dielectric films were simply prepared by alternatively spin-coating boron nitride/polymethylmethacrylate(BN/PMMA, B) and graphene nanosheets(GNS/PMMA, G) compound solutions. The structure, morphology, thermal conductivity, and particularly the dielectric and relaxation behaviors were systematically studied. Results showed that a good exfoliation and dispersion of BN and GNS can be simply achieved through intensive mechanical compounding with PMMA in the internal mixer. The dielectric constant and breakdown strength of the obtained 1-3-1(B-G-B) sandwich composite film reached 4.3(@1 kHz) and 458.6kV/mm, being 119 % and 113 % higher than that of pure PMMA, respectively. Furthermore, the overall thermal conductivity of sandwich 1-3-1 composite increased by 112 % due to the addition of thermally conductive BN and GNS. The sandwich design strategy provided an effective way of achieving good permittivity, high insulation, and improved thermal conductivity simultaneously, showing potential applications in the miniaturization and integration of electronic devices.

Ion migration in metal halide perovskite QLEDs and its inhibition

Benefiting from the excellent properties such as high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY), wide gamut range,and narrow emission linewidth, as well as low-temperature processability, metal halide perovskite quantum dots(QDs)have attracted wide attention from researchers. Despite tremendous progress has been made during the past several years,the commercialization of perovskite QDs-based LEDs(PeQLEDs) is still plagued by the instability. The ion migration in halide perovskites is recognized as the key factor causing the performance degradation of PeQLEDs. In this review, the elements species of ion migration, the effects of ion migration on device performance and stability, and effective strategies to hinder/mitigate ion migration in PeQLEDs are successively discussed. Finally, the forward insights on the future research are highlighted.

Implementation and uniformity calibration of LED array for photodynamic therapy

Irradiance uniformity is an important parameter for a Photodynamic Therapy(PDT)*** calibration and verification of a LED array light source based on computer vision technology were implemented and carried ***,the correlation coe±cients between the pulse width modulate value and the irradiance were ***,the correction of the actual light center and divergence angle were solved by image processing to reduce errors from each LED ***,uniformity was optimized according to the irradiance formula of the Lambertian *** lowest coe±cients of variation of irradiance were 4.87%in a 5 cm×12 cm area and 3.55%in a 3 cm×10 cm area within the depth range of 8–12 cm when the expected irradiance was 100 mW/cm^(2).This finding indicated that the light source can achieve a more uniform illumination and provide a better therapeutic effect for the PDT of port-wine stains.

Integrated Clustering and Routing Design and Triangle Path Optimization for UAV-Assisted Wireless Sensor Networks

With the development of the Internet of Things(IoT),it requires better performance from wireless sensor networks(WSNs),such as larger coverage,longer lifetime,and lower ***,a large amount of data generated from monitoring and long-distance transmission places a heavy burden on sensor nodes with the limited battery *** this,we investigate an unmanned aerial vehicles assisted mobile wireless sensor network(UAV-assisted WSN)to prolong the network lifetime in this ***,we use UAVs to assist the WSN in collecting *** the current UAV-assisted WSN,the clustering and routing schemes are determined ***,such a separate consideration might not maximize the lifetime of the whole WSN due to the mutual coupling of clustering and *** efficiently prolong the lifetime of the WSN,we propose an integrated clustering and routing scheme that jointly optimizes the clustering and routing *** the whole network space,it is intractable to efficiently obtain the optimal integrated clustering and routing ***,we propose the Monte-Las search strategy based on Monte Carlo and Las Vegas ideas,which can generate the chain matrix to guide the algorithm to find the solution *** point-to-point collection leads to long collection paths,so a triangle optimization strategy is then proposed that finds a compromise path to shorten the collection path based on the geometric distribution and energy of sensor *** avoid the coverage hole caused by the death of sensor nodes,the deployment of mobile sensor nodes and the preventive mechanism design are *** emergency data transmission mechanism is further proposed to reduce the latency of collecting the latency-sensitive data due to the absence of *** with the existing schemes,the proposed scheme can prolong the lifetime of the UAVassisted WSN at least by 360%,and shorten the collection path of UAVs by 56.24%.
