Federated Collaborative Graph Neural Networks for Few-shot Graph Classification

Graph neural networks(GNNs)have achieved state-of-the-art performance on graph classification tasks,which aim to pre-dict the class labels of entire graphs and have widespread ***,existing GNN based methods for graph classification are data-hungry and ignore the fact that labeling graph examples is extremely expensive due to the intrinsic *** import-antly,real-world graph data are often scattered in different *** by these observations,this article presents federated collaborative graph neural networks for few-shot graph classification,termed *** its owned graph examples,each client first trains two branches to collaboratively characterize each graph from different views and obtains a high-quality local few-shot graph learn-ing model that can generalize to novel categories not seen while *** each branch,initial graph embeddings are extracted by any GNN and the relation information among graph examples is incorporated to produce refined graph representations via relation aggrega-tion layers for few-shot graph classification,which can reduce over-fitting while learning with scarce labeled graph ***,multiple clients owning graph data unitedly train the few-shot graph classification models with better generalization ability and effect-ively tackle the graph data island *** experimental results on few-shot graph classification benchmarks demonstrate the ef-fectiveness and superiority of our proposed framework.

Event Causality Identification (ECI) aims to detect causal relations between events in unstructured texts. This task is challenged by the lack of data and explicit causal clues. Some methods incorporate explicit knowledge from external knowledge graphs (KGs) into Pre-trained Language Models (PLMs) to tackle these issues, achieving certain accomplishments. However, they ignore that existing KGs usually contain trivial knowledge which may prejudice the performance. Moreover, they simply integrate the concept triplets, underutilizing the deep interaction between the text and external graph. In this paper, we propose an effective pipeline DFP, i.e., Distill, Fuse and Pre-train, to build a commonsense-aware pre-trained model which integrates reliable task-specific knowledge from commonsense graphs. This pipeline works as follows: (1) To leverage the reliable knowledge, commonsense graph distillation is proposed to distill commonsense graphs and obtain the meta-graph which contain credible task-oriented knowledge. (2) To model the deep interaction between the text and external graph, heterogeneous information fusion is proposed to fuse them through a commonsense-aware memory network. (3) Continual pre-training is proposed to further align and fuse the text and the commonsense meta-graph with three continual pre-training tasks. Lake Erhai,a lake in the early stage of eutrophication,has been threatened by algal blooms(particularly the overproliferation of blue-green algae),which can have an impact on drinking water safety and the lake's *** the governing factors of cyanobacterial blooms is critical for taking timely and effective action during this key eutrophication-transition ***,long-term records of cyanobacterial bloom and its key dominating factors remain *** is,therefore,essential to understand the bloom dynamics and the driving forces before any control strategies can be *** investigated the cyanobacterial phycocyanin concentration variability based on satellite observations from 2003 to 2019,by using the empirical orthogonal function *** observed a decrease in the coverage of the dominant mode of variability in phycocyanin magnitudes compared to the period 2003 to 2011,with variations primarily occurring in the northern *** largest variability was identified to be predominant in July,and an apparent timing shift in variability was observed in December 2016 and *** 95％quantile regression model indicated a distinct upper boundary response in cyanobacteria proliferation to the joint Total Nitrogen(TN)and Total Phosphorus(TP)concentrations,which occurred in summer from 2003 to *** apparent response of cyanobacterial bloom to TP was observed during the winters from 2016 to ***,water level and TN:TP ratio played a central role in summer from 2003 to 2011,while from 2016 to 2019,TN:TP ratio was found to dominate in the summer *** winter,air temperature turned out to be a significant modulating factor compared to water *** results suggest that implementing a phosphorus reduction strategy,while controlling TN:TP ratio and suitable water level manipulation,should be considered to ensure the sustainability of Lake Erhai,especially under a consistent global warming scenario.

In this paper, a novel vertical interconnect transmission structure working at 0.1-20 GHz frequency is proposed. During the fabrication process of the package, the manufacturing of vertical interconnect structures is often limited by the process. To address signal integrity and impedance matching between the transmission lines and vertical interconnect structures, a vertical transition structure from microstrip line to coplanar waveguide is proposed. The proposed transmission structure model consists of two signal through-silicon-vias (TSVs), two microstrip coplanar waveguide transmission lines and one pad. The simulation result of the finite element model of this proposed transmission structure shows that the return loss (S11) is less than -30 dB and the overall insertion loss (S21) is greater than -0.2 dB, which means low loss high-speed vertical interconnect transmission structure design is possible by carefully design the vertical interconnect structure. By optimizing key parameters such as the pad radius, the width of the coplanar waveguide transmission line and the substrate material, the transmission performance of this vertical interconnect structure is enhanced and the structure meets the requirements of modern manufacturing processes. This proposed vertical interconnect structure design rule gives a good reference of how to meet the high-speed vertical transmission demand under the mature process technology. © 2024 IEEE.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash(MSWIBA)is a complex assemblage of aluminosilicate materials encompassing diverse solid ***,its complexity poses great challenges to their resource *** the sake of the alkali activation use of MSWIBA,this work focused on the characterizations and alkaline leaching experiments of various classified MSWIBA after *** the different categories of MSWIBA,waste glass(BA-G)and other unidentified slags(BA-O)were identified as potential precursors for alkali activation *** alkaline leaching experiments proved that alkaline concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time,and raw material classification influenced the leaching process and *** these,the Si/Al chemical bonding environments from the material type played a pivotal *** the materials had Q_(n)(n>2)as the primary bonding structure,steric hindrance by the chain frameworks affected the alkali dissolution process,resulting in gradual disintegration from the outer layers *** the materials dominated by Q1 frameworks,OH-could penetrate the frameworks,leading to their rapid depolymerization and outward ***,the Si/Al bonding environment played a crucial role in alkaline dissolution,providing theoretical guidance for classifying the alkali-activation utilization of MSWIBA and other aluminosilicate solid wastes.

A high-speed true random number generator based on Ag/SiNx/n-Si memristor

The intrinsic variability of memristor switching behavior can be used as a natural source of randomness,this variability is valuable for safe applications in hardware,such as the true random number generator(TRNG).However,the speed of TRNG is still be further ***,we propose a reliable Ag/SiNx/n-Si volatile memristor,which exhibits a typical threshold switching device with stable repeat ability and fast switching *** volatile-memristor-based TRNG is combined with nonlinear feedback shift register(NFSR)to form a new type of high-speed dual output ***,the bit generation rate reaches a high speed of 112 kb/*** addition,this new TRNG passed all 15 National Institute of Standards and technology(NIST)randomness tests without post-processing steps,proving its performance as a hardware security *** work shows that the SiNx-based volatile memristor can realize TRNG and has great potential in hardware network security.
