Semi-Markov jump systems(S-MJMs) not only characterize hybrid systems but also address the limitations of Markov jump systems(MJMs) [1–3]. Due to their ability to exhibit multi-time-scale features, singularly perturbed models(SPMs) effectively model practical systems influenced by multiple time-scale phenomena [4]. In this study, the observer-based output feedback controller is asynchronous with the original system due to the time delay in the controller mode switching. A nonlinear plant with singularly perturbed parameters(SPPs) is represented using an interval type-2(IT2) fuzzy model [5].

Due to the wide existence of unlabeled graph-structured data (e.g., molecular structures), the graph-level clustering has recently attracted increasing attention, whose goal is to divide the input graphs into several disjoint groups. However, the existing methods habitually focus on learning the graphs embeddings with different graph reguralizations, and seldom refer to the obvious differences in data distributions of distinct graph-level datasets. How to characteristically consider multiple graph-level datasets in a general well-designed model without prior knowledge is still challenging. In view of this, we propose a novel Graph Prompt Clustering (GPC) method. Within this model, there are two main modules, i.e., graph model pretraining as well as prompt and finetuning. In the graph model pretraining module, the graph model is pretrained by a selected source graph-level dataset with mutual information maximization and self-supervised clustering regularization. In the prompt and finetuning module, the network parameters of the pretrained graph model are frozen, and a groups of learnable prompt vectors assigned to each graph-level representation are trained for adapting different target graph-level datasets with various data distributions. Experimental results across six benchmark datasets demonstrate the impressive generalization capability and effectiveness of GPC compared with the state-of-the-art methods. © 1979-2012 IEEE.

Silicon/carbon composites are promising alternatives to current graphite anodes in commercial lithiumion batteries(LIBs)because of their high capacity and excellent ***,the unsatisfactory fastcharging capability and cycle stability of Si/C composites caused by slow charge transport capability and huge volume change under industrial electrode conditions severely hamper their ***,a novel Si/C anode was fabricated by homogeneously depositing amorphous C-Si nanolayers on graphite(C-Si@graphite).C-Si nanolayers with uniformly dispersed sub-nanometer Si particles in 3D carbon skeleton significantly boost electron and Li-ion transport and efficiently relieve Si's agglomeration and volume *** a result,the tailored C-Si@graphite electrodes show an excellent rate capacity(760.3 mAh·g^(-1)at 5.0C)and long cycle life of over 1000 cycles at 1.0C and800 cycles at 2.0C under industrial electrode *** addition,the assembled full cells(C-Si@graphite,anode;Li[Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)]O_(2),cathode)present superior fastcharging capability(240.4 Wh·kg^(-1),charging for16.2 min,3.0C)and long cycle life(80.7%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 1.0C),demonstrating the massive potential of C-Si@graphite for practical application.

Random bit generators are critical for information security,cryptography,stochastic modeling,and *** and scalability are key challenges faced by current physical random bit ***,we propose a massively parallel scheme for ultrafast random bit generation towards rates of order 100 terabit per second based on a single micro-ring resonator.A modulation-instability-driven chaotic comb in a micro-ring resonator enables the simultaneous generation of hundreds of independent and unbiased random bit streams.A proof-of-concept experiment demonstrates that using our method,random bit streams beyond 2 terabit per second can be successfully generated with only 7 comb *** bit rate can be easily enhanced by further increasing the number of comb lines *** approach provides a chip-scale solution to random bit generation for secure communication and high-performance computation,and offers superhigh speed and large scalability.

We performed numerical simulations based on the generalized nonlinear Schrödinger equation to investigate the coherence of supercontinuum (SC) generated by multi-pulse pumping with varying peak powers in all-normal dispersion (ANDi) fibers. The study explores and explains the nonlinear dynamics responsible for spectral coherence degradation at high peak powers. The results indicate that the spectral coherence of multi-pulse pumped SC is determined by the quality of the spectrum at the moment when pulses begin to overlap in the time domain. High peak powers cause noise to rapidly amplify through the coupling of stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) and four-wave mixing (FWM) during the Stage I evolution, while also accelerating pulse overlap, leading to insufficient coherent photon generation. To mitigate spectral coherence degradation in multi-pulse pumped SC generation, we propose two methods: introducing an initial chirp to the pulse pairs and employing multi-wavelength pulse pumping. Both approaches aim to introduce a frequency difference during Stage I evolution, which accelerates the generation of coherent photons between pulses, ensuring spectral coherence is maintained at the moment of pulse overlap. © 2024 SPIE. With the rapid development of the 6G network, the proliferation of Internet of Things (IoT) devices and demand for high-bandwidth and low-latency communications are driving the need for more efficient paradigms. However, due to inherent limitations, IoT devices cannot handle complex tasks independently, necessitating offloading to more powerful resources. As an extension of 6G, the Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks (SAGIN) achieve broader coverage and efficient resource utilization. Nevertheless, task offloading to SAGIN faces challenges in inefficient resource utilization and security concerns. To address these issues, this paper proposes a novel framework integrating blockchain technology. First, we present a joint task offloading and resource allocation framework in a blockchain-empowered SAGIN (BE-SAGIN). Based on network topology and communication characteristics, a customized blockchain consensus mechanism is designed. Furthermore, the joint task offloading and resource allocation problem is formulated as an optimization problem, considering the cost of tasks and the blockchain system, including delay and energy consumption. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed scheme can significantly reduce system costs, improve resource utilization, and enhance system efficiency compared to baseline approaches. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper considers the problem of estimating unknown sparse time-varying signals for stochastic dynamic *** deal with the challenges of extensive sparsity,we resort to the compressed sensing method and propose a compressed Kalman filter(KF)*** algorithm first compresses the original high-dimensional sparse regression vector via the sensing matrix and then obtains a KF estimate in the compressed low-dimensional ***,the original high-dimensional sparse signals can be well recovered by a reconstruction *** ensure stability and establish upper bounds on the estimation errors,we introduce a compressed excitation condition without imposing independence or stationarity on the system signal,and therefore suitable for feedback *** further present the performance of the compressed KF ***,we show that the mean square compressed tracking error matrix can be approximately calculated by a linear deterministic difference matrix equation,which can be readily evaluated,analyzed,and ***,a numerical example demonstrates that our algorithm outperforms the standard uncompressed KF algorithm and other compressed algorithms for estimating high-dimensional sparse signals.
