Cascading failure analysis of an interdependent network with power-combat coupling

Cutting off or controlling the enemy’s power supply at critical moments or strategic locations may result in a cascade failure,thus gaining an advantage in a ***,the exist-ing cascading failure modeling analysis of interdependent net-works is insufficient for describing the load characteristics and dependencies of subnetworks,and it is difficult to use for model-ing and failure analysis of power-combat(P-C)coupling *** paper considers the physical characteristics of the two subnetworks and studies the mechanism of fault propaga-tion between subnetworks and across *** the surviv-ability of the coupled network is ***,an integrated modeling approach for the combat system and power system is predicted based on interdependent network theory.A heteroge-neous one-way interdependent network model based on proba-bility dependence is ***,using the operation loop theory,a load-capacity model based on combat-loop betweenness is proposed,and the cascade failure model of the P-C coupling system is investigated from three perspectives:ini-tial capacity,allocation strategy,and failure ***,survivability indexes based on load loss rate and network sur-vival rate are ***,the P-C coupling system is con-structed based on the IEEE 118-bus system to demonstrate the proposed method.

Abrupt air pollution accidents can endanger people’s health and destroy the local ecological *** appropriate emergency response can minimize the harmful effects of accidents and protect people’s lives and *** paper provides an overview of the key emergency response technologies for abrupt air pollution accidents around the globe with emphasis on the major achievements that China has obtained in recent *** decades of effort,China has made significant progress in emergency monitoring technologies and equipment,source estimation technologies,pollutant dispersion simulation technologies and *** effective domestic emergency monitoring instruments(e.g.,portable DOAS/FT-IR systems,portable FID/PID systems,portable GC-MS systems,scanning imaging remote sensing systems,and emergency monitoring vehicles)had been developed which can meet the demands for routine emergency response activities.A monitoring layout technique combining air dispersion simulation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and a post-optimality analysis was proposed to identify the optimal monitoring layout scheme under the constraints of limited monitoring *** source estimation technologies,including the forward method and the inversion method,have been established and evaluated under various ***-scale dynamic pollution dispersion simulation systems with high temporal and spatial resolution were further developed.A comprehensive emergency response platform integrating database support,source estimation,monitoring schemes,fast monitoring of pollutants,pollution predictions and risk assessment was developed based on the technical idea of"source identification-model simulation-environmental monitoring"dynamic interactive *** is expected that the emergency response capability for abrupt air pollution accidents will gradually improve in China.

Background Previous studies have shown that the vitrification of metaphaseⅡ(MⅡ)oocytes significantly represses their developmental *** increased oxidative stress is the probable factor;however,the underlying mechanism remains *** walnut-derived peptide TW-7 was initially isolated and purified from walnut protein *** evidences implied thatTW-7 was a powerful antioxidant,while its prospective application in oocyte cryopreservation has not been *** Here,we found that parthenogenetic activation(PA)zygotes derived from vitrified MⅡoocytes showed elevated ROS level and delayed progression of pronucleus *** of 25μmol/LTW-7 in warming,recovery,PA,and embryo culture medium could alleviate oxidative stress in PA zygotes from vitrified mouse MⅡoocytes,furtherly increase proteins related to histone lactylation such as LDHAe LDHB,and EP300 and finally improve histone lactylation in PA *** elevated histone lactylation facilitated the expression of minor zygotic genome activation(ZGA)genes and preimplantation embryo *** Our findings revealed the mechanism of oxidative stress inducing repressed development of PA embryos from vitrified mouse MⅡoocytes and found a potent and easy-obtained short peptide that could significantly rescue the decreased developmental potential of vitrified oocytes,which would potentially contribute to reproductive medicine,animal protection,and breeding.

Quantifying the microRNAs(miRNAs)levels in living cells,while essential for the study of fundamental biology and medical diagnostics,has barely been achieved due to insufficient probe delivery and unquantifiable *** report a cell-anchored and self-calibrated DNA nanoplatform,a cholesterol-headed DNA nanowire that is capable of efficiently delivering to various cells and simultaneously detecting two target *** miRNA target can be utilized as an endogenous control against cell-to-cell ***,the photocleavable linkers inserted in the nanostructures allow us to precisely regulate the probe structure and fluorescence signaling at the desired time and location in *** a second control,the maximum fluorescence can be elicited by UV light,which further facilitates the normalization of the absolute fluorescence *** two introduced internal controls,the maximum fluorescence and endogenous control gene,this approach displays excellent stability and self-calibration performance,effectively avoiding the interference from operating conditions and cellto-cell variations,such as the laser powers and intracellular probe ***,this design is capable of unifying the output signal intensity between in vitro test and cell imaging,making the in vitro linear calibration curve appropriate for the quantification of miRNA expression in living cells.

The Protective Effects of Vine Tea on High-Fat Diet rat: Regulation of Ferroptosis Pathway and Gut Microbiota

Vine tea is documented in ancient Chinese books as having the function of promoting blood circulation. However， its effects and mechanisms remain unclear. The aim of this study was to comprehensively investigate the protective potential and mechanisms of vine tea in on high-fat diet rat through a combination of in vivo and in vitro experiments. The efficacy of vine tea was evaluated using a high-fat diet rat model and an oxidized low-density lipoprotein-treated cell model， with physiological and biochemical indicators measured in rat serum and cell supernatants. Transcriptomics was utilized to investigate alterations mRNA expression following the administration of dihydromyricetin in cell model. Metabolomics and 16S rRNA sequencing was employed to examine changes in metabolites in the serum and changes in gut microbiota of high-fat diet rats after administering vine tea extract. Vine tea extract and dihydromyricetin can reduce elevated levels of lipids， including total cholesterol and triglycerides， following modeling. Transcriptomic data indicate that dihydromyricetin exerts its effects by regulating ferroptosis signaling pathways. Metabolomic analysis demonstrates that the administration of vine tea extract influences the vitamin K cycle and GSH， thereby alleviating the progression of ferroptosis. Additionally， 16S rRNA sequencing reveals that vine tea extract increases Lactobacillaceae in the gut microbiota， which subsequently affects the levels of lysophosphatidylcholine， a major phospholipid component of oxidized low-density lipoprotein in serum. Our results indicate that vine tea can regulate ferroptosis signaling pathways and increase Lactobacillaceae in the gut microbiota， thereby exhibiting cardiovascular protective effects in high-fat diet rats.

Design of antiviral AGO2-dependent short hairpin RNAs
