This paper proposes a class of novel progressive edge growth-based codebooks for downlink sparse code multiple access(SCMA)*** the first scheme,we propose to progressively design the codebooks of each resource node(RN)instead of rotating a mother constellation(MC)as in the conventional SCMA *** the other one,based on the MC,a multi-resources rotated codebooks are proposed to improve the performance of the superimposed *** resultant codebooks are respectively referred to as the resource edge multidimensional codebooks(REMC)and the user edge multi-dimensional codebooks(UEMC).Additionally,we delve into the detailed design of the MC and the superimposed ***,we pay special attention to the application of the proposed schemes to challenging design cases,particularly for the high dimensional,high rate,and irregular codebooks,where the corresponding simplified schemes are proposed to reduce the complexity of codebook ***,simulation results are presented to demonstrate the superiority of our progressive edge growth-based *** numerical results indicate that the proposed codebooks significantly outperform the stateof-the-art *** addition,we also show that the proposed REMC codebooks outperform in the lower signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)regime,whereas the UEMC codebooks exhibit better performance at higher SNRs.

We present a faithful geometric picture for genuine tripartite entanglement of discrete, continuous, and hybrid quantum systems. We first find that the triangle relation Ei|jkα≤Ej|ikα+Ek|ijα holds for all subadditive bipartite entanglement measure E, all permutations under parties i,j,k, all α∈[0,1], and all pure tripartite states. Then, we rigorously prove that the nonobtuse triangle area, enclosed by side Eα with 0<α≤1/2, is a measure for genuine tripartite entanglement. Finally, it is significantly strengthened for qubits that given a set of subadditive and nonsubadditive measures, some state is always found to violate the triangle relation for any α>1, and the triangle area is not a measure for any α>1/2. Our results pave the way to study discrete and continuous multipartite entanglement within a unified framework.

The primary objective in aircraft transportation is to minimize turbulent drag, thereby conserving energy and reducing emissions. We propose a sector-shaped counter-flow dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator, which leverages jet synthesis for drag reduction. A drag control experiment was conducted in a low-speed wind tunnel with a controlled flow velocity of 9.6 m/s(Re = 1.445 × 10^(4)). This study investigated the effects of varying pulse frequencies and actuation voltages on the turbulent boundary layer. Using a hot-wire measurement system, we analyzed the pulsating and time-averaged velocity distributions within the boundary layer to evaluate the streamwise turbulent drag reduction. The results show that the local TDR decreases as the pulse frequency increases, reaching a maximum reduction of approximately 20.97% at a pulse frequency of 50 Hz. In addition, as the actuation voltage increases, the friction coefficient decreases, increasing the drag reduction rate. The maximum drag reduction of approximately 33.34% is achieved at an actuation voltage of 10 kV.
