With the rapid development of blockchain technology in the financial sector, the security of blockchain is being put to the test due to an increase in phishing fraud. Therefore, it is essential to study more effective measures and better solutions. Graph models have been proven to provide abundant information for downstream assignments. In this study, a graph-based embedding classification method is proposed for phishing detection on Ethereum by modeling its transaction records using subgraphs. Initially, the transaction data of normal addresses and an equal number of confirmed phishing addresses are collected through web crawling. Multiple subgraphs using the collected transaction records are constructed, with each subgraph containing a target address and its nearby transaction network. To extract features of the addresses, a modified Graph2Vec model called imgraph2vec is designed, which considers block height, timestamp, and amount of transactions. Finally, the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm is employed to detect phishing and normal addresses. The experimental results show that the proposed method achieves good performance in phishing detection, indicating the effectiveness of imgraph2vec in feature acquisition of transaction networks compared to existing models. © 2023 The Authors. The need for better search and rescue capabilities has led to the increased demand for collaborative aerial-ground multi-robot deployments. However, most existing solutions require high communication bandwidth or bulky sensor equipment that is not suitable especially for aerial robots. To make the execution of these tasks more efficient, this paper proposes an angle-specified heterogeneous leader-follower formation framework consisting of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) flying in a 3D space and ground robots moving in a 2D plane. The UAVs are controlled to maintain a desired angle-specified formation with the first three UAVs as the leaders forming a triangular shape and the remaining UAVs as the followers. The follower UAVs only need direction measurements to track the leader UAVs. For the ground robots, two leader robots track the UAV group and determine the orientation and scale of the ground formation, while the follower robots track the leader robots using only direction measurements. The proposed heterogeneous formation framework is energy-efficient as most robots only require low-cost and lightweight direction measurements. The stability of the proposed formation control algorithms is proved and validated through various physical application experiments. IEEE

Underwater object detection plays an important role for underwater intelligent applications. However, optical-based underwater images often suffer from color bias, haze-like, small scale object and occlusions, resulting in lower detection accuracy for detectors. To address the above problems, an underwater object detection network based on image enhancement and multibranch structure is proposed. Concretely, a parameter-free color correction attention module is first presented to adjust the color cast of underwater images, providing detection-favorable features to the network. In addition, a backbone network and a neck network are constructed based on the attention mechanism and multi-branch structure to improve the detection ability of the network for small and occluded objects. The decoupled head is further introduced to implement the regression and classification tasks. Extensively qualitative and quantitative experiments show that the proposed method achieves a maximum AP of 53.2% at 280 FPS in the UODD dataset, outperforming other mainstream methods. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This study addresses the complexities of orchestrating multi-target transportation tasks within multi-agent systems, constrained by load capacity. The primary objective is to engineer an advanced path planning framework that assures collision avoidance and optimal load distribution. Diverging from conventional single-path strategies, this research incorporates load factors and requires continuous dynamic multi-target point and path planning to ensure agents can efficiently navigate through a series of predetermined key points. To address this complex requirement, a two-stage multi-agent task allocation and path planning method is proposed. First, an initial solution is obtained using a suboptimal algorithm, followed by optimization iterations using the large neighborhood search algorithm to improve task allocation. In the second stage, an accelerated algorithm based on priority search is used to plan optimal paths for each agent in a predetermined order. The proposed algorithm's effectiveness is comprehensively evaluated through a series of experimental evaluations and comparisons with the commercial solver Gurobi within a limited time. The results show that the proposed method achieves optimality in both running time and minimum path cost while ensuring the load balance of agents. © 2024 IEEE.

This article proposes an intelligent frequency agile design strategy for radar network using coalition game theory to counter wideband sweep jamming, which is formulated as a two-stage decision-making problem. In the first stage, the entire frequency agile range is divided into several non-overlapping agile subrange, and each radar selects a frequency agile subrange to join, which is solved by the coalition formation algorithm. Then, after achieving a stable coalition partition, a distributed multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm is developed to address the specific carrier frequency selection problem within each coalition. By combining these two stages of the frequency agile design strategy, a joint coalition formation game and distributed Q-learning algorithm (CFDQ) is proposed. Finally, numerical simulations are conducted to illustrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm over several typical frequency agile strategies. © 1965-2011 IEEE.

As space technology advances,thermal control systems must effectively collect and dissipate heat from distributed,multi-source *** heat pipe is a highly reliable two-phase heat transfer component,but it has several limitations when addressing multi-source heat *** by the transport and heat dissipation system of plants,large trees achieve stable and efficient liquid supply under the influence of two driving forces:capillary force during transpiration in the leaves(pull)and root pressure generated by osmotic pressure in the roots(push).The root pressure provides an effective liquid supply with a driving force exceeding 2 MPa,far greater than the driving force in conventional capillary-pumped two-phase *** has shown that osmotic heat pipes offer a powerful driving force,and combining osmotic pressure with capillary force has significant ***,this paper designs a multi-evaporator,dual-drive two-phase loop,using both osmotic pressure and capillary force to solve the multi-source heat dissipation ***,a transmembrane water flux model for the osmotic pressure-driven device was established to predict the maximum heat transfer capacity of the dual-drive two-phase ***,an experimental setup for a multi-evaporator“osmotic pressure+capillary force”dual-drive two-phase loop was constructed,capable of transferring at least 235 W of power under a reverse gravity condition of 20 *** study also analyzed the effects of reverse gravity height,heat load distribution among the three evaporators,startup sequence,and varying branch resistances on the performance of the dual-drive two-phase loop.

From the aspects of low-power DSP design, low-power SOC design, and low-power power switch design, this paper proposes a chip architecture 'high-low matching' scheme for low-power multitasking requirements. The low-power DSP design starts with operating voltage and operating frequency control, and uses three low-power modes, PD1, PD2, and PD3;the low-power SOC design carries out low-power mode management from the clock control of APB and AHB bus;In terms of low-power power switch design, no-load low-power control, and input under-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and output over-current protection are implemented. The paper proposes different low-power control modes. After the evaluation of the built test platform, it is proved that the design of the scheme is reasonable, and it can realize the engineering application of low-power multi-task management. © 2023 The Authors.

Electroencephalogram (EEG)-based seizure sub-type classification enhances clinical diagnosis efficiency. Source-free semi-supervised domain adaptation (SF-SSDA), which transfers a pre-trained model to a new dataset with no source data and limited labeled target data, can be used for privacy-preserving seizure subtype classification. This paper considers two challenges in SF-SSDA for EEG-based seizure subtype classification: 1) How to effectively fuse both raw EEG data and expert knowledge in classifier design? 2) How to align the source and target domain distributions for SF-SSDA? We propose a Knowledge-Data Fusion based SF-SSDA approach, KDF-MutuaISHOT, for EEG-based seizure subtype classification. In source model training, KDF uses Jensen-Shannon Diver-gence to facilitate mutual learning between a feature-driven Decision Tree-based model and a data-driven Transformer-based model. To adapt KDF to a new target dataset, an SF-SSDA algorithm, MutualSHOT, is developed, which features a consistency-based pseudo-label selection strategy. Experiments on the public TUSZ and CHSZ datasets demonstrated that KDF-MutualSHOT outperformed other supervised and source-free domain adaptation approaches in cross-subject seizure subtype classification. © 2024 IEEE.

Although the homography-based visual servo (HBVS) has been studied for many decades, how to obtain the depth information with fast and accurate convergence performance has not been fully studied. In this paper, a finite-time (FT) adaptive depth estimation method is suggested for the manipulator regulation of the eye-in-hand (EIH) visual servo system. To realize this objective, a linearized camera model including depth information is first established. To obtain the depth, a set of auxiliary variables are constructed to extract the depth estimation error with a series of simple algebraic calculation. Then, inspired by the sliding mode control, a FT adaptive depth estimation algorithm is developed, in which the predictor and/or observer error are not required, but the depth estimation error is employed to drive the estimation toward to its true value within finite time. With the estimated depth, the HBVS controller of the EIH system can regulate the robot arm to the desired position with fast response. Finally, comparative simulation results are given to show the efficiency of the proposed method. © 2024 IEEE.

Detection of Perfect Stealthy Attacks on Cyber-Physical Systems Subject to Measurement Quantizations: A Watermark-Based Strategy

In this paper, the attack detection problem is investigated for a class of closed-loop systems subjected to unknownbutbounded noises in the presence of stealthy attacks. The measurement outputs from the sensors are quantized before transmission.A specific type of perfect stealthy attack, which meets certain rather stringent conditions, is taken into account. Such attacks could be injected by adversaries into both the sensor-toestimator and controller-to-actuator channels, with the aim of disrupting the normal data flow. For the purpose of defending against these perfect stealthy attacks, a novel scheme based on watermarks is developed. This scheme includes the injection of watermarks(applied to data prior to quantization) and the recovery of data(implemented before the data reaches the estimator).The watermark-based scheme is designed to be both timevarying and hidden from adversaries through incorporating a time-varying and bounded watermark signal. Subsequently, a watermark-based attack detection strategy is proposed which thoroughly considers the characteristics of perfect stealthy attacks,thereby ensuring that an alarm is activated upon the occurrence of such attacks. An example is provided to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed mechanism for detecting attacks.
