Multi-label class-incremental learning (MLCIL) is essential for real-world multi-label applications, allowing models to learn new labels while retaining previously learned knowledge continuously. However, recent MLCIL approaches can only achieve suboptimal performance due to the oversight of the positive-negative imbalance problem, which manifests at both the label and loss levels because of the task-level partial label issue. The imbalance at the label level arises from the substantial absence of negative labels, while the imbalance at the loss level stems from the asymmetric contributions of the positive and negative loss parts to the optimization. To address the issue above, we propose a Rebalance framework for both the Loss and Label levels (RebLL), which integrates two key modules: asymmetric knowledge distillation (AKD) and online relabeling (OR). AKD is proposed to rebalance at the loss level by emphasizing the negative label learning in classification loss and down-weighting the contribution of overconfident predictions in distillation loss. OR is designed for label rebalance, which restores the original class distribution in memory by online relabeling the missing classes. Our comprehensive experiments on the PASCAL VOC and MS-COCO datasets demonstrate that this rebalancing strategy significantly improves performance, achieving new state-of-the-art results even with a vanilla CNN backbone. Generation Maintenance Scheduling for Power Systems Considering the Risk Quantification of Hybrid Uncertainty

The accurate quantification of risk caused by uncertainty forms a crucial foundation for formulating the generation maintenance scheduling (GMS) of power systems. However, the probability distribution functions (PDFs) of uncertain variables such as wind power and load are challenging to model accurately or are unknown, which makes it difficult to measure their economic risk and formulate appropriate GMS for power systems. To address this issue, we consider hybrid uncertainty from wind power and load, and propose a novel interval-probabilistic worst conditional value-at-risk (IP-WCVaR)-based generation maintenance scheduling method. Firstly, a novel IP-WCVaR method is proposed to measure the risk of the interval and probabilistic hybrid uncertainty, and the analytical mathematical model of the IP-WCVaR is derived through typical scenarios of probability correction. On this basis, the positive and negative spinning reserve models are established using the IP-WCVaR and then integrated into the GMS model, which enhances the resilience of the power system. Finally, the new risk-averse GMS model is formulated as the lower and upper boundary optimal models, which are transformed into tractable mixed integer linear programming problems based on the interval extreme value theory. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed IP-WCVaR method are verified on the modified IEEE 24-bus and IEEE 118-bus power systems. © 1969-2012 IEEE.

Focused on the key single machine of the Alpha sun orientation subsystem in the power sub-system of the Wentian and Mengtian experimental cabin of the space station - the in-cabin and extra-vehicle drive controller which needed to autonomously complete the cabin segment (Wentian, Mengtian) and cabin space (inside and outside the cabin) identification and independently fulfill the needs of the differentiated control of flexible sailboards in the Wentian and Mengtian experimental cabins by receiving the commands of the space station digital management sub-system and the GNC sub-system according to the requirements of the space station's energy assurance tasks, this paper proposed an in-cabin and extra-cabin drive controller autonomous identification and differentiated control method. At the same time, combined with the different working modes inside and outside the cabin, the drive controller executed the information collection and processing of other functional components in the Alpha sun orientation subsystem, and completed the closed-loop control and fault detection processing of the Alpha sun orientation device, and sent the different processing information to the GNC sub-system and digital tube sub-system. As a key single machine of the power supply subsystem which was a key sub-system of China's space station, an important national project, the in-cabin and out-cabin drive controller was very important to ensure the energy security of the entire space station. © 2022 IEEE.

This research addresses the challenge of assessing equipment decision-making effectiveness in environments characterized by uncertainty and multiple influencing factors. We propose a novel approach involving the creation and optimization of a dynamic Bayesian network-based model tailored for equipment decision-making processes. The model facilitates a systematic evaluation of decision-making effectiveness by incorporating various factors, including equipment performance, environmental conditions, and enemy defensive capabilities. A comprehensive assessment system has been developed to simulate the penetration capabilities of different equipment through enemy defenses. Moreover, this study identifies potential errors in the effectiveness evaluation model by analyzing its performance in typical scenarios, pinpointing areas for enhancement. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper presents a conformal array antenna for emergency communication applications. The array consists of six conformal AMC-backed Yagi antennas, for which approximately half-space beam coverage can be achieved via one-dimensional full-azimuthal beam switching. The Yagi antenna is comprised of a bowtie-shaped driven dipole and three directors with optimized lengths and spacing to achieve the desired radiation characteristics. To increase the gain and generate the oblique directional beam, the Yagi antenna is backed by an AMC reflector. To validate the design, a prototype of conformal array element was fabricated and measured. Experimental results have shown the proposed conformal antenna exhibit a bandwidth of 570 MHz at the 2.4-GHz band, a gain of 7.5 dBi and approximately half-space beam coverage. The superior performance has shown its huge potential in balloon-based emergency communication stations. © 2024 IEEE.

The three-electrode sliding dielectric barrier discharge(TES-DBD) plasma actuator significantly enhances the ionization rate and momentum exchange between charged particles and neutral particles by incorporating a parallel DC electrode into the standard DBD design. This design improves the body force and induced jet velocity while allowing flexible control of the induced jet angle, overcoming the limitations of discharge extension and uncontrollable direction in traditional DBD plasma actuators. An integrated plasma power supply has been designed specifically for TES-DBD plasma actuators, streamlining the power supply management. The methodology involves designing the circuit topology for the TES-DBD power supply, followed by simulating and validating its operating principles using Multisim software. The operational performance of the power supply is evaluated through a comprehensive analysis of its electrical,thermal, and aerodynamic properties specific to TES-DBD plasma actuation.

In permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM) drive system,it is difficult to achieve the optimal performance of command tracking and disturbance rejection simultaneously when the speed loop designed with the conventional one-degree-of-freedom(1-DOF) PI *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a speed control structure of two-degree-of-freedom(2-DOF) P-PI controller with linear extended state observer(LESO).There are two sets of parameters that can be designed independently in the controller,which improves the command tracking performance without degrading the disturbance rejection *** addition,a linear extended state observer(LESO) is designed to estimate the total disturbance in the speed *** to the estimated value,the output of the 2-DOF P-PI controller is compensated feedforward equivalently,which further enhances the disturbance rejection ***,simulations verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
