The traditional correlation coefficient matching method can achieve good image matching results for multi-source satellite images under plain terrain conditions. However, satellite images under mountainous and other complex terrain conditions are prone to mismatches. This article proposes a global probability relaxation automatic matching algorithm that takes into account geometric constraints. Based on the correlation coefficient criterion, combined with least squares matching and coarse to fine matching strategies, the algorithm utilizes the global probability relaxation conditions considering geometric constraints to achieve high-precision matching of multi-source images. A DEM automatic extraction algorithm based on this method is designed. The results of the multi-source image matching and the automatic generation of DEM by using this method are analyzed to validate the effectiveness of the algorithm. © 2024 SPIE.

The traditional star sensor uses the pupil function of the lens to produce circular aperture Fraunhofer diffraction to form the diffuse spot, then enlarges the diffuse diameter by defocusing, and finally uses Gaussian fitting to determine the centroid of the star point. Compared with the traditional star sensor, this paper designs a new star location method based on rectangular hole Fraunhofer diffraction. The method first changes the optical system structure of the star sensor, so that the pupil function produces Fraunhofer diffraction image on the focal plane of the optical lens at infinite distance, and then directly determines the centroid of the star point through Gaussian fitting. Finally, the reliability of this method is verified by simulating random error. The Gaussian fitting algorithm of the new star sensor has higher accuracy, less computation burden and higher accurate reliability. Experiments show that the localization accuracy of this method can reach 0.007 pixels. © 2024 SPIE.

Constrained by the features of distributed photovoltaic (PV) power generation, as more distributed photovoltaic systems connect to the power grid, the demand for auxiliary services resulting from PV integration into the distribution network will significantly increase. Thus, when conducting market-oriented transactions, it becomes essential to consider not only the electricity market but also the auxiliary services required for distributed photovoltaics. This paper discusses the future distributed photovoltaic trading platform, price models, and the pricing and allocation of auxiliary services, aiming to achieve a virtuous cycle in distributed photovoltaic market-oriented trading. Furthermore, an example of distributed photovoltaic auxiliary services is provided, demonstrating that neglecting auxiliary services may allow distributed photovoltaic transactions to proceed, but they may fail to cover the cost of auxiliary services. Hence, the consideration of auxiliary services for distributed photovoltaics is crucial when organizing market-oriented transactions. © 2024 IEEE.

In order to meet the emission reduction requirements of integrated energy power system, the global inequality constraint is added to the economic dispatch model to reduce the carbon emission of the system by regulating the output of the unit, but it is difficult to achieve distributed solution. In order to solve the distributed low-carbon economic scheduling problem with global inequality constraints, a distributed economic scheduling solution method is proposed based on the existing research results. This method is based on dual theory and variable decomposition method to decompose it into sub-problems related to each virtual power generation unit (Agent). The alternating direction multiplier method (ADMM) algorithm is used to realize distributed economic scheduling through the exchange and iteration of Lagrange multiplier information between adjacent Agents, and meet the demand of "plug and play"of the optimization unit. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an IEEE-6-bus system. © 2022 IEEE.

Analytical Representation of Data-driven Transient Stability Constraint and Its Application in Preventive control

Accurate transient stability assessment(TSA) and effective preventive control are important for the stable operation of power systems. With the superiorities in precision and efficiency, data-driven methods are widely used in TSA nowadays. Data-driven TSA model can be adopted in the stability constraints of preventive control optimization, but existing methods are mostly iteration-based ones, which may result in low efficiency, sometimes even non-convergence. In this paper,an analytical representation method of data-driven transient stability constraint is proposed based on a non-parametric regression model built for TSA. key feature extraction and dominant sample selection are proposed to reduce the scale of the TSA model, and bi-level linearization is applied to further modify *** preventive control model is then formulated as a mixed-integer linear program(MILP) problem with the linearized analytical data-driven transient stability constraint, which can be solved without iterations. An overall procedure of datadriven TSA and preventive control is finally developed. Case studies show that the proposed method has high accuracy in TSA and can achieve effective preventive control of power system with high efficiency.

Clean air actions （CAAs） in China have been linked to considerable benefits in public ***,whether the beneficial effects of CAAs are equally distributed geographically is *** high-resolution maps of the distributions of major air pollutants (fine particulate matter[PM2.5]and ozone[O3]) and population,we aimed to track spatiotemporal changes in health impacts from,and geographic inequality embedded in,the reduced exposures to PM2.5and O3from 2013 to *** used a method established by the Global Burden of Diseases *** analyzing the changes in loss of life expectancy（LLE） attributable to PM2.5and O3,we calculated the gain of life expectancy （GLE） to quantify the health benefits of the air-quality ***,we assessed the geographic inequality embedded in the GLE using the Gini index （GI）.Based on risk assessments of PM2.5and O3,during the first stage of CAAs（2013 to 2017）,the mean GLE was 1.87 *** of the sum of the GLE was disproportionally distributed in about one quarter of the population exposed （GI 0.44）.During the second stage of CAAs（2017 to 2020）,the mean GLE increased to 3.94 months and geographic inequality decreased （GI 0.18）.According to our assessments,CAAs were enhanced,from the first to second stages,in terms of not only preventing premature mortality but also ameliorating health *** enhancements were related to increased sensitivity to the health effects of air pollution and synergic control of PM2.5and *** findings will contribute to optimizing future CAAs.

An MPPT control strategy based on the combination of adaptive nonlinear mutation particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed. The algorithm uses the tanh function to control the inertia weight, balances the ability of particles to optimize globally and locally, uses the ISRU function to control the learning factor, balances the weight relationship between individual learning and social learning, and improves the convergence speed of the algorithm. The nonlinear Cauchy mutation operation is proposed to expand the scope of optimization; Finally, the perturbation and observation method is used to track locally near the maximum power point to reduce power oscillation. The simulation validates that the photovoltaic MPPT control strategy based on the improved particle swarm algorithm can effectively get the maximum power point under shading conditions and improve the output efficiency of the PV array.

Flexible low-frequency AC transmission technology combines the advantages of 50 Hz AC transmission and DC transmission, and has good application scenarios. High voltage and large capacity AC/AC converters are the core equipment of flexible low-frequency AC transmission systems. The proposal of half-wave commutated modular multilevel converters effectively reduces the number of components and improves system economy. In view of this, this paper proposes an overvoltage suppression strategy for active control of inductor current, which effectively reduces the overvoltage level during commutation. The article first introduces the sparse topology and mathematical model of the half-wave commutated modular multilevel converters. Secondly, the mechanism of overvoltage generation is analyzed. Then, overvoltage suppression strategies are proposed. Finally, a PSCAD simulation model is built to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method through simulation. © 2024 IEEE.

To solve slow response speed and poor stability of traditional MPPT algorithms under rapidly changing environmental conditions, a MPPT control strategy combining improved butterfly algorithm and disturbance observation method is proposed. Firstly, the butterfly position in the population is initialized by Tent map, increasing the search space; Secondly, Gaussian mutation strategy is introduced to make the algorithm break out of local extremes; Then, a dynamic probability switching mechanism is adopted to balance the weight relationship between global and local search, improving algorithm optimization efficiency; Finally, in the later stage, disturbance observation method is used to track the maximum power and reduce power oscillation. simulation examples show that the proposed algorithm can find the maximum power point quickly and accurately under both static and dynamic shading conditions, and the power output is more stable.
