In order to generate a report for an enterprise where there is neither the API supporting from their existing website systems nor the granted database access rights approval, a daily business report generator system based on web scraping with k nearest neighbor (kNN) classification algorithm is proposed in this paper. It covers the web crawler technology that is to access existing website system and extract business data. The kNN algorithm is applied to identify the verification code on the login page, and the brief daily report generating in a spread-sheet style grid. Compared with some OCR engine for image recognition, the system in Python can automatically generate the brief daily business reports by the kNN algorithm, which is better than some library with default training set on validating the verification code.

Exactly-one constraints have comprehensive applications for the fields of artificial intelligence and operations research. For many encoded SAT problems generated by the existing encoding schemes of exactly-one constraints, the state-of-the-art knowledge compilers cannot complete compilation. In this paper, we propose a new encoding scheme of exactly-one constraints. We introduce two-dimensional auxiliary variables (represented as a matrix) to denote the constraint that exactly one of some variables can be assigned as true. The clauses generated by our scheme is significantly less than those generated by three other existing encoding schemes. The experimental results on the exact cover problems show that the encoded CNF formulas generated by our scheme requires less compilation time, compared with the other three coding schemes.

Glacier is a sensitive indicator of the climate change, and also closely related to human beings. RS and GIS supply effective means to research the change of glacier. Those are important methods for compensating the shortage of previous ones. Small watershed is the basic unit of water circulation. Thus, the more reliable conclusion, which is the response of lake to glacier, will be obtained by the small watershed. In this paper, dividing the watershed into the smaller one, the Akesu River-Kaidu River small watershed was chosen as study area. Based on RS and GIS, under the climate change from cold-dry to warm-wet since 1977, 2000 and 2007, the variety of glacier was shown as decreasing firstly and then increasing a little. Meanwhile, the variety of lake was presented as increasing firstly and then decreasing greatly. However, the change tendency of glacier and lake was decreased. The decreased areas were 823.3 km2 and 239.5km2 separately. According to the spatial bivariate auto-correlation analysis map, the negative correlation between glacier and lake was more distinct. In Tianshan Mountain, owing to the change mainly influenced by elevation, glacier was decreased and lake was increased. In Bosten Lake, glacier was increased and lake was decreased due to the change mainly affected by climate.

Because of restricted energy of the sensor nodes, the location error, costs of communication and computation should be considered in localization algorithms. The DV-Hop algorithm was detailedly analyzed and the main reasons for the error were pointed out, aiming at the different position anchor nodes' effect on location error, a novel localization algorithm called DV-Hop_Bon (DV-Hop based on optimal nodes) based on optimal nodes was put forward. Finally, it was simulated on Matlab, the results of the simulation show that the novel localization algorithm improves the localization precision with a short communication radius. Therefore it can be applied to wireless sensor networks widely.

In this paper, we proposed a medical image fusion algorithm based on sparse representation and guided filtering. One of attractive features in the algorithm is that it can preserve the structural information of structural image and color information of functional image. We use a sparse representation in low frequency, initialize the dictionary by using DCT transform, and train the dictionary with each input source image as a training example. It not only ensures time complexity, but also ensures that the low-frequency fusion rules are adaptive. At high frequencies, we use the method of guided filtering to extract structural information from high-frequency images, and use the injection method to fuse high-frequency sub-bands to ensure the validity and richness of structural information. Experimental results show that the proposed fusion algorithm is superior to comparative algorithms in terms of subjective and objective evaluation methods.
