In recent years, more and more plug-in hybrid electric vehicles(PHEVs) have been put to use in smart grid. In this paper, we consider a dynamic aggregator-PHEV system, where the aggregator convinces the PHEVs to use electricity rather than gas by setting an appropriate charging price dynamically. We propose a payoff-maximizing algorithm for the aggregator to decide not only the charging price but also the electricity amount purchased from real-time power market based on Lyapunov optimization. Furthermore, we transform the power purchase problem into the energy allocation problem among all the *** proposed algorithm operates in real time and does not require any prior knowledge of the statistical information of the system. Theoretically, we demonstrate the proposed algorithm can guarantee system stability and achieve a result that is away from the optimum by O(1/V), where V is a control parameter. The effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm is validated through simulation results.

This paper establishes the prediction model of low cycle fatigue damage of steam turbine rotor using the rich data from finite element analysis. In order to monitor the damage, a multiple regression analysis of input data/output data with high correlation is made via dynamic PLS. The variation of the process parameters is extracted and it restrains the multiple dependency of the several parameters in different time series. Finally, a simulation of rolling process of a domestic 300 MW turbine unit validates the effectiveness and accuracy of the prediction model based on dynamic PLS.

In this paper, a novel kind of the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration controlsystem was proposed based on the T-S fuzzy neural network. The proposed T-S fuzzy neural network controller was used to control the DO concentration in the Benchmark Simulation Model No.1 (BSM1) wastewater treatment platform. The parameters of the neural network were adjusted online through the error back propagation algorithm to get the minimum error. By adjusting the learning rate online, the convergence speed of the system was accelerated, and then the DO concentration in the wastewater treatment system was controlled fast and efficiently in real-time. Compared with BP and PID controllers through the digital simulation, the results showed that the control effect of the DO concentration based on T-S fuzzy neural network controlsystem was better. Besides, the test results under three kinds of weather condition showed that better adaptability and robustness were also gained in this controlsystem.

Joint optimization of the source transmission power, the relay transmission power, and the time switching (TS) ratio is investigated in orthogonal frequency division multiple access wireless powered relay networks. The relay does not have embedded energy supply and needs to first harvest energy from the received signals from the source before using amplify and forward transmission strategy for forwarding transmission. Time switching scheme is used by the relay for wireless information and power transfer. The resource allocation problem aims at maximizing the sum rate under the source transmission power, the relay harvested energy, and the TS ratio constraints. The joint resource allocation problem is formulated as an optimization problem, which is non-convex and generally difficult to solve. Then an alternate convex search algorithm, which alternately finds the optimal solution to one kind of variables by fixing the other two kinds of variables, is proposed. The convergence of the algorithm is proven as well. Simulations verify the better performance of the proposed algorithm compared with two related algorithms.

Self-triggered control is a technique which can determine the next sampling instant by virtue of the last sampling information. Combining this technique and the low-gain feedback one, we investigate the consensus tracking of general linear multi-agent systems with input saturation and updating delays in this paper. Specific formulations of heterogenous updating delays and heterogenous sampling periods are acquired to guarantee the semi-global consensus tracking of multi-agent systems. Numerical simulations are provided to verify the main results.
