The traditional color system of Beijing Forbidden City is comprehensive and complex. The research focuses on collecting color data from the Forbidden City, analyzing subjective and objective color attributes, and compute architectural color image scale. First this research used K-means algorithm to extract the theme color cards of Beijing Forbidden City. Subsequently, single colors were extracted using the idea of community detection, and matching colors were extracted based on the thought of association rule mining. Then this research extracted objective attributes of colors and designed experiments to quantify subjective attributes. Finally, the color subjective and objective data fitting was completed. This outcome is helpful for the digital preservation of traditional colors and the advancement of color culture inheritance practices. © 2024 IEEE.

With the integration of renewable energy and power electronic devices, the dynamic characteristics of the power system have become increasingly complex. In order to reveal the post-fault overvoltage mechanism of hybrid grid-following converter (GFL) and grid-forming converter (GFM) systems, this paper analyzes the terminal voltage characteristics among different systems using phasor diagram. Firstly, this paper introduces GFL model and analyzes the terminal voltage in GFL grid-connected system. Next, this paper analyzes hybrid GFL and GFM system, pointing out that GFM can provide voltage support during short-circuit faults, and reduce post-fault overvoltage. Then, the paper discusses the impact of the capacity ratio of GFL to GFM on terminal voltage. Finally, the theoretical analysis in this paper has been verified in different systems.

Real-time electromagnetic transient simulation can quickly analyze and solve the problems in complex large-scale power systems, realize accurate prediction and diagnosis of faults, and is a necessary means to promote the implementation of new power systems. However, the real-time simulation of electromagnetic transient puts forward strict requirements for the real-time performance of the underlying operating system. In this paper, the test method of system runtime jitter on Linux platform is designed, and the causes of jitter are analyzed based on the test results, and the control method of runtime jitter is studied. The experimental results show that the jitter of the system can be controlled in nanosecond level after using the methods of interrupt shutdown, CPU core binding and configuration of NOHZ_FULL, which can meet the needs of real-time simulation of electromagnetic transient. © 2023 IEEE.

The creation of Chinese dance dramas plays an important role in the dissemination of Chinese culture in the context of pluralistic unity. As one of the outstanding poetry dramas in the past two years, 'The Journey of a Legendary Landscape Painting' (JLLP) has rich national cultural connotations and aesthetic value in its stage costume colors. This article first studied the data extraction method of stage costume colors based on clustering and association rule mining, and constructed the color dataset for JLLP. On this basis, the color semantic mining and extraction including subjective and objective factors were conducted. Finally, combined with color semantics, the character personality of JLLP was further analyzed. The research results show that the color extraction method designed in this article can accurately preserve the color characteristics of stage costumes. In addition, the costume colors of JLLP play a good supporting role in shaping the character personality. © 2024 IEEE.

Due to the prediction errors and diverse driving styles of surrounding vehicles, traffic congestion and even accidents can occur in the traffic bottleneck area where vehicles merge into the main road. To ensure that connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) can quickly and efficiently merge into the main road, this paper proposes a cooperative trajectory planning method based on optimal control for vehicle cut-in scenarios. A optimal control model is constructed, and a quintic polynomial is used to generate the initial solution of the optimal control problem to accelerate the solution process and improve the success rate. Finally, The obtained merging trajectory is then synchronized with the movement of vehicles on the main road to optimize their actions and ensure a safe merging process. Joint simulation with Robot Operating system (ROS) and RVIZ is utilized, and the results show that the proposed algorithm can quickly obtain cooperative results, the locally successful merging trajectory meets the requirements of smoothness and safety, and if the solution does not allow merging, the merging vehicle is instructed to terminate the execution. © 2023 IEEE.

The overall load profile tremendously changes due to the charging of abundant electric vehicles (EVs), which brings challenges to the active power balance of distribution network. To achieve smaller fluctuation of the interactive power between the distribution network and the bulk grid, a rolling scheduling strategy of EVs based on dynamic clustering and variable horizon is proposed in this paper. First, a clustering criterion for EVs is formulated to reduce the computational complexity, and the EVs are re-clustered after each scheduling. Then, the scheduling model considering the minimum variance of comprehensive load profile and the minimum charging cost is established, whose purpose is to optimize the charging and discharging plans of the EV clusters. The scheduling horizon is the variable continuous period, which is between the starting time of the current execution horizon and the departure time of each cluster. Finally, the simulation results of modified IEEE 33-bus system verify that, the optimal EV charging and discharging plan can perfectly coordinate with the photovoltaic output profile while maximizing user satisfaction, which significantly reduces the peak-valley difference of the equivalent load. © 2023 SPIE.

With the continuous development of renewable energy power generation technologies such as wind and solar and the increasing popularity of renewable energy, the volatility and uncertainty in the system have significantly increased and are doubly superimposed. Therefore, requirements are not only imposed on the quantity of reserve but also on the response speed. Firstly, based on the traditional unit commitment model, this paper jointly considers the capacity reserve and ramping reserve of the power system and constructs a unit commitment model that takes into account the supply and demand constraints of both types of reserves simultaneously. Then, on the basis of this model, a reserve optimization model considering the reserve energy delivery process is proposed. Finally, a reliability cost model is established. Based on the cost-benefit/trade-off optimization concept, the optimal reserve capacity is determined through the trade-off between the reliability cost and the reserve cost. The model is transformed into a mixed-integer linear programming model that can be directly called by the commercial solver CPLEX, and the effectiveness of the model is verified by a modified IEEE 33-node distribution network.

As China pursues its "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" goals, the rapid growth of renewable energy has raised concerns about grid stability due to transient overvoltage. The overvoltage can exceed protective settings, leading to disconnections of renewable sources. This paper investigates the mechanisms behind transient overvoltage in a large-scale radial wind power integration system following a three-phase short-circuit fault. By modeling a large-scale wind power sending end system with both grid-following (GFL) and grid-forming (GFM) converters, the study analyzes turbine dynamics and quantifies transient overvoltage. The research also examines the factors influencing overvoltage, providing a theoretical foundation for overvoltage protection in wind power systems.

Music source separation, the process of extracting independent audio streams from a complex mix, has traditionally focused on isolating vocals, drums, bass, and other primary sources. This study tackles the more intricate task of separating the piano component from a piano concerto-a challenge compounded by the diverse range of instruments and the dynamic shifts in volume and timbre. Unlike traditional music separation tasks, the piano's distinct characteristics and its interaction with the orchestra demand a more nuanced *** address the scarcity of multi-track recordings for piano concertos, this research pioneers an artificial data synthesis strategy to create a robust training dataset. We introduce a novel hybrid deep learning model that integrates Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks with Transformer architecture, capitalizing on their complementary strengths to distinguish piano melodies from the rich tapestry of orchestral sounds. Our experiments demonstrate that this hybrid approach significantly outperforms conventional methods, with an improvement of 3.18 dB in signal-to-distortion ratio. These results not only validate the efficacy of proposed method but also pave the way for innovative applications in classical music source separation. © 2024 IEEE.

A prediction method of distributed photovoltaic accommodation capability is proposed based on ridge regression. First, the factors influencing the distributed photovoltaic accommodation capacity are analyzed, and the concept of the contribution degree of distributed photovoltaic accommodation is introduced. The gray relation analysis method is used to evaluate the correlation between different factors and distributed photovoltaic accommodation, and a model of factors affecting distributed photovoltaic accommodation is constructed. Then, a prediction model of distributed photovoltaic accommodation capability is established based on ridge regression. The factors with high photovoltaic accommodation contribution degrees are incorporated in the prediction model. The mapping relationship between the driving factors of distributed photovoltaic accommodation and the prediction model is derived, then the development strategies for future photovoltaic accommodation capacity are formulated. Finally, simulation is performed on the SPSSPRO platform, and the results show that the proposed method can predict the distributed photovoltaic accommodation capability accurately and provide strategic suggestions for improving future photovoltaic accommodation capacity. © State Grid Electric Power 2025.
