Hole-transporting materials play a vital role in terms of the performance of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).The dithieno[3,2-b:2’,3’-d]pyrrole(DTP),an S,N-heterocyclic building block,has been proved to be desirable for molecular design of hole-transporting materials in *** developed an asymmetrically substituted DTP small-molecule(JW12)and a reference compound(JW11).The asymmetrical structure of JW12 leads to different absorption properties and electron *** device in a planar n-i-p architecture using JW12 shows a much higher PCE(18.07%)than that based on JW11(15.46%),which is also better than the device based on spiro-OMe TAD(17.47%).We hope our research can provide a new perspective in molecular design of organic HTMs for perovskite solar cells.

The structure of intelligent substation SCD file is complex, and there are many layers of information. Different functions have corresponding information basis, and often need to be associated across multiple information nodes, resulting in poor visualization. This paper presents a multi-dimensional visualization method of SCD file information of smart substation based on knowledge graph. Firstly, the file structure and function structure of SCD text expression are analyzed. Then the SCD file node is extended and the seven-step method is adopted to construct the intelligent substation ontology, which is realized by Protégé. The knowledge graph of substation is constructed by using ontology and relationship between SCD nodes. The graph expression of SCD is completed, and the visualization of file structure information is realized. The information path of functions such as the correlation between primary and secondary devices and the correlation between virtual and real circuits is mined. The information nodes in the path are searched in the SCD knowledge graph to realize the visualization of functional structure information. The above work was done through Neoj4, Python. The simulation results show that knowledge graph can decouple SCD information and realize multi-dimensional visualization of information with a high degree of visualization, which can provide guidance for operation and maintenance and information retrieval.

The secondary frequency modulation of the unit, that is, the automatic generation control (AGC), is the process of increasing or decreasing the power of the power generation unit by the power plant unit according to the dispatching command issued by the power grid dispatching center, and then using the frequency modulator to restore the frequency. Based on the principle of AGC, this paper establishes a frequency dynamic response model of the secondary frequency modulation of the traditional unit and the wind storage participation system including load frequency control (LFC) and traditional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers, determines the frequency modulation control strategy of wind storage, and uses the distribution mode based on Area control Error (ACE) signal to assist in the secondary frequency modulation. In order to solve the parameter optimization problem of the classical PID controller when the wind-storage combined system participates in the secondary frequency modulation under the large load disturbance, a parameter optimization model of the controller with PID was established, and the ITAE evaluation index was finally selected as the fitness function by comparing different fitness evaluation indexes. To overcome the problem that the conventional Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is prone to local extremum, the inertia weights and learning factors are adjusted nonlinearly to balance and optimize the global and local optimization capabilities and improve the search efficiency, and the parameters of the PID controller are optimized by the improved PSO algorithm. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the secondary frequency modulation effect under the background of a high proportion of renewable energy connected to the power grid. © 2024 Institute of Physics Publishing. A multi-level feature weighted fusion based image classification method for silicon single crystal growth process has been proposed to address the issue of the long silicon single crystal pulling times at industrial sites, which prevents timely understanding of the crystal growth process. A multi-level feature weighted fusion method was employed to identify and classify the growth process of silicon single crystals. A Czochralski single crystal silicon growth process recognition system was then designed. A comparison of the experimental results obtained from this design with the traditional single image classification method clearly showed that using different levels of silicon single crystal image information simultaneously effectively improved the accuracy of silicon single crystal growth image classification. © 2024 SPIE.

With the rapid development of smart manufacturing, existing microservice deployment strategies based on the TCP protocol tend to encounter problems such as network latency, excessive header length, and port exhaustion in high concurrency scenarios. MQTT Broker can relay data between microservices, effectively alleviating these issues. However, the communication overhead of the Broker is significantly related to its deployment and the dependency of microservices. An appropriate deployment solution can significantly improve service quality. To address this issue, this paper models the deployment of MQTT Broker and microservices as a graph with cycles. By introducing auxiliary variables, the NP-hard problem is transformed into a mixed-integer quadratic programming problem, improving problem-solving efficiency and optimizing the microservices deployment strategy to reduce communication overhead. Meanwhile, a real-world heterogeneous cluster was constructed to experiment on fault detection applications, elaborating on the superiority of the microservice deployment strategy designed in this paper. Experimental results demonstrate that our approach reduces communication overhead by 20% in comparison to both the greedy strategy and the K8s strategy. This suggests that achieving an optimal balance between the number of Brokers and microservices is vital for ensuring efficient resource utilization and maintaining low communication latency, particularly as the scale of services expands. © 2024 IEEE.

The study primarily delves into addressing the data filtering challenge inherent in the silicon single crystal growth process by proposing a multi-sensor integrated detection approach. This approach is designed to alleviate the diminished filtering accuracy resulting from the reliance on a single sensor and the conventional Kalman filtering algorithm. By utilizing an enhanced adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm and the maximum likelihood estimation criterion to incorporate the innovation variance directly into the gain calculation of the Kalman filter, dynamic adjustment of the estimation model is achieved while interference from system noise and measurement noise is reduced. Finally, simulation-based comparative experiments between the adaptive and conventional Kalman filtering algorithms are performed. The results show that the performance of the adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm is superior to that of the conventional Kalman filtering algorithm in terms of accuracy and stability when detecting signals from multiple sensors. The research findings furnish dependable data support for refining the decision-making process in crystal growth technology, augmenting the precision and scientific integrity of crystal safety production scheduling and decision-making endeavors. © 2024 IEEE.

The dust removal technology of welding seam image has important practical significance for promoting the development of weld instance segmentation and target tracking. In this paper, we propose a welding seam image dust removal algorithm based on fusion of dual-scale dark channel and bright channel, which is to solve the problem that the color distortion and halo effect of dark channel prior image restoration algorithm in weld depth of field sudden change area and bright region. Firstly, the results of the minimum filtering of two scale windows are adaptively weighted and fused to obtain the fused dark channel. Secondly, the dark channel prior and the bright channel prior fusion strategy is adopted to obtain the fused atmospheric light to make the rough transmittance estimation more accurate. Finally, the weighted guided filtering is combined with up-sampling and down-sampling to optimize the rough transmittance, and the weld image is restored by combining the atmospheric scattering model. The experimental results indicate that our algorithm can restore the color and edge details of welding seam images and effectively suppress the halo effect. The objective comparison with several typical algorithms proves the feasibility and superiority of the proposed algorithm. © 2021. All Rights Reserved.

This paper is concerned with the dynamic coverage of multiple autonomous surface vehicles (ASVs) in the presence of static and dynamic obstacles, limited communication distance, and measurement noises. A modular control method including planning, guidance, and control is proposed. At the planning level, a swarm-based dynamic coverage strategy is developed to achieve the coverage of a given domain. Both the collision avoidance and connectivity preservation issues are solved by using artificial potential fields. At the kinematic level, novel adaptive line-of-sight guidance laws are presented based on cascade extended state observers (CESOs), such that accurate guidance signals are given by compensating for time-varying sideslip angle and suppressing measurement noises. At the kinetic level, two CESOs are developed to estimate the internal model uncertainties and external environmental disturbance, and antidisturbance kinetic control laws are designed subsequently. The proposed CESOs overcome the noises sensitivity problem of classical observers, and thus facilitate the practical implementation under measurement noises. The input-to-state stability of the closed-loop system is confirmed by the Lyapunov theory and cascade stability theory. Simulation and hardware-in-the-loop experiment results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed swarm-based dynamic coverage method. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

As an emerging technology, blockchain has enabled trustworthy data sharing and efficient cooperation in many industries. It can also make data traceable and auditable, which perfectly meets the regulatory demands for data security and privacy. However, the employment of blockchain is limited in some fields due to the poor scalability of the consensus mechanism. Therefore, this paper introduces a scalable consensus mechanism called RPBFT to improve the performance of large-scale systems. To demonstrate the advantage of RPBFT over classic consensus mechanism, we find a way to implement it in blockchain systems and conduct performance tests to evaluate the throughput and latency of the established systems. The results show that RPBFT is superior and more suitable for large-scale blockchain systems. © ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

In view of the sharp increase in the amount of data in intelligent substations at present, the gap between the data transmission mode and the data storage mode is large, resulting in the problem of low data storage efficiency. This paper presents a data storage method of intelligent substation based on physical model. Firstly, this paper analyzes the data transmission mode of IEC 61850, introduces the object-oriented modeling technology of IEC 61850, the relationship between various configuration files, and the tree structure of the transmitted data. Then, this paper introduces the concept, structure and characteristics of the physical model. Build a physical model of the device based on the CID (Configured IED Description) file of the device, and form a device self-describing JSON file. After then, according to the characteristics of each service in the physical model, this paper uses different types of databases to store the data under this service. Finally, this paper develops and applies the method, and completes the back-to-back data storage model of a substation equipment. The experimental results show that the functional requirements and performance indicators of the developed substation data storage method can achieve the desired goals and effectively improve the efficiency of data storage.
