The presence of wind power, photovoltaic, and other distributed energy sources within the distribution network. The power quality of the distribution network degrades as the proportion of distributed energy increases. To address the uncertainty introduced by the integration of distributed energy, it is essential to coordinate and optimize the multi-voltage levels within the distribution network. Currently, most studies focus on achieving voltage control in the distribution network by minimizing either network loss or voltage fluctuation, often limiting consideration to a single voltage stage. Minimizing network loss can enhance the overall operational cost efficiency of the distribution network, but it has a limited impact on suppressing voltage fluctuation. Hence, this paper initially establishes a two-layer voltage control model for the distribution network through priority target programming. The first layer employs the minimum voltage deviation as the objective function to meet the 10-0.38 kV voltage control requirements. The second layer minimizes the total operational cost of the distribution network, incorporating network loss costs as the objective function to meet economic operational requirements. The programming is subsequently implemented in GAMS. Lastly, the effectiveness of the proposed model is validated using the IEEE-33 node system.

Aiming at the problems such as low efficiency of relay protection setting management and remote setting, risk of error in setting delivery and setting, and difficulty of quick warning of setting value mutation, this paper proposes a method of relay protection setting management and remote setting based on hash value check. A remote setting system of setting value is established, which is composed of block chain server, substation centralized control master station, control cloud platform and protection device. The setting value is set and transferred remotely in the form of file. The block hash encryption of the setting value file is carried out, and the block chain provides reliable data storage and transmission services, so that the setting value file cannot be tampered with in the flow of all parts. Ensure the high reliability of relay protection remote setting. Given the potential environmental impact of conventional fossil fuels and the advances in grid-interactive power electronics, microgrids with inverter-based resources (IBRs) are increasingly important in modern power grids. It is crucial to develop an understanding of the fundamental dynamic stability characteristics of a 100% IBRs microgrid. To achieve this goal, a generic small-signal microgrid model with detailed control schemes for both Grid-Forming (GFM) and Grid-Following (GFL) IBRs has been developed. Using eigenvalue analysis techniques, the key oscillation modes affecting microgrid stability have been determined. Additionally, the participation factor method was employed to examine the influence of the crucial control parameters. The results can offer theoretical support for capacity planning, parameter design, and controller optimization of the two types of inverters within a microgrid. The ultimate objective is to enhance small disturbance synchronization stability in the microgrid system.
