With the improvement of the informatization of the power system, the risk of cyber attack is also increasing. This paper proposes a risk assessment and prevention strategy for cyber attack against substations. Firstly, the cyber attack against substations are modeled based on the game theory of dynamic attack and defense. Secondly, an improved OPA (ORNL-PSERC-Alaska) model is utilized to analyze the cascade failure after cyber attacks and quantify the load loss of power system. Finally, a preventive strategy which can mitigate the expectation load loss caused by cyber attack against substations is put forward. Simulation experiments were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

Analyzing the timbre characteristics of different singing genres is an important issue in the field of singing acoustics. Formants are an important characteristic parameter for timbre perception, but classical acoustic formant extraction methods lack accuracy and applicability in the analysis of singing genres. In order to solve the problem of insufficient accuracy and applicability of singing formants in singing genre analysis, this paper proposes a singing formant extraction method based on peak fitting. The paper summarizes the theory and methods of extracting vocal formants and based on a large amount of experimental data analysis, proposes a vocal formant feature extraction method based on peak fitting;The effectiveness of the singing formant extraction method based on peak fitting was verified through comparative experiments with existing formant algorithms. This article provides new research ideas and methods for extracting acoustic features in singing. © 2024 IEEE.

Building a renewable power system with renewable energy as the main part can give full play to the regulatory capacity of sources, network, loads, storage and other types of controllable resources. It is the key to promoting clean energy transformation and achieving the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization, and has become a research hotspot in the energy field. In this paper, a coordinated optimization method for source load storage in renewable power system considering overcharge/overdischarge cost of stored energy is proposed. Two State of Charge (SOC) thresholds for the energy storage are set, when the SOC exceeds the corresponding threshold, the cost of overcharge/overdischarge penalty is added respectively to effectively balance the security and regulation capability of energy storage;Then, set the wind/light abandonment cost and the demand response cost of adjustable load, to coordinate the output of source, load and energy storage, to improve the regulation capacity of the renewable power system. Finally, the correctness and rationality of the method proposed in this paper are effectively verified. © 2023 IEEE.

Multipath planning aims to find multiple optimal paths simultaneously, and its essence is a multimodal optimization problem. In recent years, swarm intelligence (SI) optimization algorithms have provided effective solutions for multimodal optimization. In this paper, the multimodal optimization slime mold algorithm (MOSMA) based on master-slave structure and local search strategy (LS) is proposed to solve multipath planning problems in small cultural complex. Firstly, a local search strategy is introduced to eliminate the influence of the 'centerbias' operator and improve the quality of solutions. Secondly, the master-salves structure is introduced to preserve the diversity of the population and enable it to simultaneously locate multiple solutions. Finally, the performance of MOSMA is analyzed on several multimodal functions, and an example of path planning in a small cultural complex is given. © 2024 IEEE.

How to represent the temporal information corresponding to each fact in temporal knowledge graphs (TKGs) effectively is always challenging. Most existing representation learning methods usually map the timelines of knowledges into multiple points and ignore the underlying continuous time property and periodic characteristics behind those dense timestamps in finer-time granularity temporal knowledge graphs. A novel Knowledge Evolution with Time Duration (KETD) model is proposed for knowledge representation of temporal knowledge graphs with finer-time granularities. It represents the entity embedding as a time-varying nonlinear function to find the specific continuous time property from dense timestamps. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first attempt to learn embeddings of time durations and combines them into embeddings of entities and relations to predict potential periodic facts. It also uses the temporal point process to capture the impact of historical facts on the current fact. The experiments on self-built finer-time granularity TKG of Satellite-to-Earth Communication (STEC) and two public datasets have demonstrated the superiority of KETD compared to some baseline approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of poor frequency characteristics of the delivery island in the case of large-scale wind power and synchronous generator bundled via Ultra-high-Voltage Direct Current (UHVDC) transmission system, a coordinated control strategy is proposed for doubly-fed wind power and synchronous generator to jointly support the frequency of the delivery system, and The frequency modulation setpoint for doubly-fed wind power is crafted to flexibly switch its active support mechanism in response to different scenarios., and effectively improves the frequency stability of the delivery island system of wind power and synchronous generator bundled with the wind power and the synchronous generator. Using RTLAB, we constructed a simulation model integrating large-scale doubly-fed wind power and synchronous generators coupled with a DC transmission system. This model validates the efficacy of the control strategy proposed in this study..

The earth observation satellite scheduling has always been critical for the maximum use of limited satellite resources, which basically includes scheduling ground target observation and observation data downloading. Due to the complexity of the mathematical model and its NP-hardness, current research usually splits it into two problems to simplify the model. In this paper, we propose a model of the integrated scheduling problem of satellite observation and data downloading (ISP-SODD) based on the decentralized partially observable Markov decision process (Dec-POMDP), treating each satellite as an agent with autonomous decision-making capability. A multi-agent deep reinforcement learning-based (MADRL-based) algorithm is proposed to solve it. A series of simulation experiments of different scales validate the effectiveness of the method and its advantages compared with the traditional heuristic algorithms. To the best of our knowledge, this study is the first attempt to apply multi-agent reinforcement learning to a multi-satellite scheduling scenario with downloading considerations. © 2023 IEEE.

Indefinite metacavities(IMCs)made of hyperbolic metamaterials show great advantages in terms of extremely small mode volume due to large wave vectors endowed by the unique hyperbolic ***,quality(Q)factors of IMCs are limited by Ohmic loss of metals and radiative loss of leaked *** the fact that Ohmic loss of metals is inevitable in IMCs,the radiative loss can be further suppressed by leakage *** we propose a mirror coupled IMC structure which is able to operate at Fabry–Pérot bound states in the continuum(BICs)while the hyperbolic nature of IMCs is *** the BIC point,the radiative loss of magnetic dipolar cavity modes in IMCs is completely absent,resulting in a considerably increased Q factor(>90).Deviating from the BIC point,perfect absorption bands(>0.99)along with a strong near-field intensity enhancement(>1.8×10^(4))appear when the condition of critical coupling is almost *** proposed BICs are robust to the geometry and material composition of IMCs and anomalous scaling law of resonance is verified during the tuning of optical *** also demonstrate that the Purcell effect of the structure can be significantly improved under BIC and quasi-BIC regimes due to the further enhanced Q factor to mode volume *** results provide a new train of thought to design ultra-small optical nanocavities that may find many applications benefitting from strong light–matter interactions.

There is a big gap between theoretical research and practical application of reference network planning. Most of the existing planning models in academic research take cost as the objective function. Although various advanced models and methods are proposed based on this, they are rarely applied in actual power companies. In this paper, a new reference network planning model is proposed according to the actual demand. According to the field investigation, "power supply to the nearest load" is taken as the goal, and the load moment is expressed analytically. In order to meet the increasing demand of renewable energy integrating into the power grid, the concept of acceptable disturbance range is added to the model constraint to improve the system's absorption capacity of renewable energy. Finally, the N-1 security constraint is considered to improve the reliability of the model. The model is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP)problem by priority objective programming method and can be solved with mature commercial solvers. The validity of the model is verified by IEEE-RTS24 node system. When N-1 safety constraints are taken into account, the advantages of the proposed model become apparent, with a total cost reduction of about 2.5%.
