Phase retrieval seeks to reconstruct a series of image sequences from measurements that only capture their magnitudes. Current approaches either flatten and stack the image sequences, disregarding their multidimensional structural information, or fail to account for errors within the sensing vectors/tensors. To address these two issues simultaneously, we propose a unified framework for the phase retrieval problem, namely tensor total least squares (TTLS). Specifically, we set up a tensor representation for image sequences and the corresponding measurement model, and for the first time employ the advanced tensor ring network to effectively explore the inherent multidimensional structure for more accurate estimation. Moreover, in addition to the additive noise, the multiplicative errors within the sensing tensor can be also well-corrected, leading to a more robust estimation. Experimental results on both simulated data and real videos demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method.

Periodicity in Hedge-myopic system and an asymmetric NE-solving paradigm for two-player zero-sum games

In this paper, we consider the n×n two-payer zero-sum repeated game in which one player (player X) employs the popular Hedge (also called multiplicative weights update) learning algorithm while the other player (player Y) adopts the myopic best response. We investigate the dynamics of such Hedge-myopic system by defining a metric Q(xt), which measures the distance between the stage strategy xt and Nash Equilibrium (NE) strategy of player X. We analyze the trend of Q(xt) and prove that it is bounded and can only take finite values on the evolutionary path when the payoff matrix is rational and the game has an interior NE. Based on this, we prove that the stage strategy sequence of both players are periodic after finite stages and the time-averaged strategy of player Y within one period is an exact NE strategy. Accordingly, we propose an asymmetric paradigm for solving two-player zero-sum games. For the special game with rational payoff matrix and an interior NE, the paradigm can output the precise NE strategy;for any general games we prove that the time-averaged strategy can converge to an approximate NE. To investigate the difference in uptake pattern heterogeneity between fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) and fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) PET/CT and the reproducibility of radiomics features with respect to different calculation methods of standardized uptake value (SUV). 210 patients with various tumors were involved. Among the extracted 497 radiomics features, there are only 20 features that exhibited an ICC difference of more than 0.25 between the two tracers when using different SUV calculation methods, revealing the similar influence of SUV calculation methods. In contrast, the ICC values for most texture features were generally lower (0.22-0.39) between FDG and FAPI PET images, indicating a large difference in uptake pattern heterogeneity between the two tracers. Our results demonstrated that the influence of SUV calculation methods on the reproducibility of FDG and FAPI PET features is similar. The uptake pattern heterogeneity characterized by radiomics features between FDG and FAPI PET images is significantly different.

In this paper,a data-based scheme is proposed to solve the optimal tracking problem of autonomous nonlinear switching *** system state is forced to track the reference signal by minimizing the performance ***,the problem is transformed to solve the corresponding Bellman optimality equation in terms of the Q-function(also named as action value function).Then,an iterative algorithm based on adaptive dynamic programming(ADP)is developed to find the optimal solution which is totally based on sampled *** linear-in-parameter(LIP)neural network is taken as the value function *** the presence of approximation error at each iteration step,the generated approximated value function sequence is proved to be boundedness around the exact optimal solution under some verifiable ***,the effect that the learning process will be terminated after a finite number of iterations is investigated in this paper.A sufficient condition for asymptotically stability of the tracking error is ***,the effectiveness of the algorithm is demonstrated with three simulation examples.

A highly efficient on-chip acousto-optic modulator is as a key component and occupies an exceptional position in microwave-to-optical *** thin-film lithium niobate is preferentially employed to build the suspended configuration for the acoustic resonant cavity,with the aim of improving the modulation efficiency of the ***,the limited cavity length and complex fabrication recipe of the suspended prototype restrain further breakthroughs in modulation efficiency and impose challenges for waveguide *** this work,based on a nonsuspended thin-film lithium niobate-chalcogenide glass hybrid Mach-Zehnder interferometer waveguide platform,we propose and demonstrate a built-in push-pull acousto-optic modulator with a half-wave-voltage-length product VnL as low as 0.03 V cm that presents a modulation efficiency comparable to that of a state-of-the-art suspended counterpart.A microwave modulation link is demonstrated using our developed built-in push-pull acousto-optic modulator,which has the advantage of low power *** nontrivial acousto-optic modulation performance benefits from the superior photoelastic property of the chalcogenide membrane and the completely bidirectional participation of the antisymmetric Rayleigh surface acoustic wave mode excited by the impedance-matched interdigital transducer,overcoming the issue of low modulation efficiency induced by the incoordinate energy attenuation of acoustic waves applied to the Mach-Zehnder interferometer with two arms in traditional push-pull acousto-optic modulators.

In order to overcome the single factor problem of risk model analysis in traditional quantitative analysis method of shipping traffic accident risk, a quantitative analysis method of shipping traffic accident risk superposition based on traffic big data is proposed. This method constructs a multi factor shipping traffic accident risk measurement model through traffic big data. Through the model, the interaction information between different risk factors is calculated to quantify the risk of shipping traffic accidents. The results show that there are many kinds of risk factors in most shipping accidents, and the risk of shipping accidents increases with the decrease of uncertainty and the increase of interactive information. © 2021, Aracne Editrice. In this paper, we revisit the interval observer design problem of harmonic oscillator system with unknown but bounded external disturbance and measurement noise. With the bounding information of the external disturbance and measurement noise, a high-gain interval observer is firstly defined and constructed for the harmonic oscillator system to realize the interval estimation on the state and the robust control of the system. Then, a switched high-gain interval observer is proposed to reduce the influence of the measurement noise for a tighter interval width on the state estimation. Finally, some numerical simulations are given to verify the theoretical results. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

The two-stage method, which is divided into coarse alignment and fine alignment, is a traditional initial alignment method for SINS (Strapdown inertial navigation system, SINS). First, the coarse alignment is carried out based on the transformation relationship between the geographic information of the earth and the output of inertial measurement unit, and then the fine alignment is carried out based on optimal estimation. However, this method can mainly solve the alignment problem under angular interference. Aiming at in-motion alignment for SINS of UAVs (Unmanned aerial vehicle, UAV) under linear interference, this paper introduced the idea of digital filter and designed the digital filter by analyzing the frequency characteristic of useful signal. Then the reference velocity information is filtered to realize isolation of linear interference at specific frequency. Thus, the in-motion alignment problem under the combined action of angular interference and linear interference is effectively solved. Finally, numerical simulation results show the effectiveness of the above method. © 2021 IEEE

Mildew Detection for Stored Wheat Using Gas Chromatography–Ion Mobility Spectrometry and Broad Learning Network

Most of the existing methods for wheat mildew detection are biochemical methods, which have the problems of complicated procedure and slow speed. In this paper, a novel wheat mildew detection and classification model was proposed by combining gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry (GC-IMS) with broad learning network (BLN) model. Firstly, GC-IMS fingerprint spectrum of wheat samples with different degrees of mildew were collected by GC-IMS spectrometer, and then a classification models was constructed based on broad learning. To improve the classification accuracy of the model, the incremental learning model and the spatial attention mechanism (SAM) were introduced into the model. The model uses the feature information and structure information of the nodes to calculate the attention weight, and extracts the more important feature information in the fingerprint of the samples. At the same time, regularization mechanism was introduced to enhance the generalization performance of the model. Experimental results show that the training time of the proposed model is greatly reduced compared to existing deep learning models. Under the small sample set condition, the mean average accuracy (mAP) of wheat mildew types reaches 90.32%, and the identification precision of early wheat mildew reach 95.34%, and the overall performance index is better than that of the deep learning model. The experiment also proved that GC-IMS combined with broad learning model is an efficient and accurate method for wheat mildew detection. © 2023, The Authors. All rights reserved.

This article mainly focuses on message flow scheduling for industrial message middleware in the integration of deterministic network with industrial internet, which is to find the optimal matching between telecom operator and message requests from industrial users. However, current deterministic network is limited to two or three layers, and the whole transmission reliability and latency involving industrial networking and service layers cannot be guaranteed, resulting in uncontrollable message scheduling reliability, deterministic latency, low channel resource utilization etc. To this end, an integer linear programming (ILP) model is formulated for message flow scheduling issue, with multi-objectives optimization of resource utilization and profit under customized message sending latencies, and deterministic reliability. A heuristic algorithm is also proposed. Furthermore, we present a Deep Reinforcement Learning based Message Flow Scheduling algorithm (DRL-MFS), which not only solves complex message flow scheduling problems, but also achieves the self-optimization automatically. Proposed message flow scheduling approaches are simulated based on data from real cloud messaging service platforms. Simulations results prove that proposed DRL-MFS is superior to heuristic, and is close to ILP model in multi-objective optimization under three urgency levels of message sending. The reliability of three methods is proven to be deterministic.
