With the support of Beidou terminal of short message service system, the space science satellite can transmit all-day data that are astronomical alert data such as gravitational waves and Gamma ray bursts and satellite telemetry parameters. Then Beidou message service system has become an important means for finding the space astronomical events quickly, planning the follow-up observation and monitoring the real-time health of satellite and payloads. Then the application fields of the Beidou system has expanded into space science observation and satellite emergency operation. The short message data receiving and processing in ground system has many features of near real-time and continuity which is different from the processing methods of satellite data transmitted by data channel and telemetry channel. And the multi-source satellite data of the telemetry parameters and the astronomical alert information from these three channels need to be integrated. So, the real-time processing system of satellite data based on Beidou short message transmission has great challenges. In this paper, we explored an organization method of Beidou short messages, and proposed a multi-source data fusion algorithm for the ground satellite data processing system. The data processing system with this method was designed and implemented. Applying to the ground system of the satellite named gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor, the performance analysis of improved system shows that the processing delay for important telemetry parameters and astronomical alert information is greatly shortened from average nine hours to several minutes. With the widespread use of mobile devices, the location-based service(LBS) applications become increasingly popular, which introduces the new security challenge to protect user's location privacy. On one hand, a user expects to report his own location as far as possible away from his real location to protect his location privacy. On the other hand, in order to obtain high quality of service(QoS), users are required to report their locations as accurate as possible. To achieve the dedicated tradeoff between privacy requirement and QoS requirement, we propose a novel approach based on cloaking technique. We also discuss the disadvantage of the traditional general system model and propose an improved model. The basic idea of our approach is to select a sub-area from the generated cloaking area as user's reported location. The sub-area may not contain a user's real location,which prevents an adversary from performing attack with side information. Specifically, by defining an objective function with a novel location privacy metric and a QoS metric, we are able to convert the privacy issue to an optimization problem. Then, location privacy metric and QoS metric are given. To reduce the complexity of the optimization, a heuristic algorithm is *** privacy-preserving analysis and comparison with related work [8], we demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach.

Adaptive hypergraph convolutional network for no-reference 360-degree image quality assessment

In no-reference 360-degree image quality assessment (NR 360IQA), graph convolutional networks (GCNs), which model interactions between viewports through graphs, have achieved impressive performance. However, prevailing GCN-based NR 360IQA methods suffer from three main limitations. First, they only use high-level features of the distorted image to regress the quality score, while the human visual system (HVS) scores the image based on hierarchical features. Second, they simplify complex high-order interactions between viewports in a pairwise fashion through graphs. Third, in the graph construction, they only consider spatial locations of viewports, ignoring its content characteristics. Accordingly, to address these issues, we propose an adaptive hypergraph convolutional network for NR 360IQA, denoted as AHGCN. Specifically, we first design a multi-level viewport descriptor for extracting hierarchical representations from viewports. Then, we model interactions between viewports through hypergraphs, where each hyperedge connects two or more viewports. In the hypergraph construction, we build a location-based hyperedge and a content-based hyperedge for each viewport. Experimental results on two public 360IQA databases demonstrate that our proposed approach has a clear advantage over state-of-the-art full-reference and no-reference IQA models. The circular synthetic aperture radar (SAR) can observe the experimental scene from all angles. The backscatter intensity of the target in the scene can be obtained. Different targets in the imaging scene show different amplitude characteristics. For example, significant targets such as buildings and oil tanks show strong response characteristics at certain angles, and secondly, weak response characteristics for targets is shown such as grass and ground. In this article, the omnidirectional scattering intensity data of the target obtained from the radar is used to analyze the amplitude characteristics, and the model is established for different targets to obtain the final result. The fuzzy C-means (FCM) model combined with neighborhood information is used to analyze the target amplitude characteristics. The amplitude characteristics of the target are divided into two categories: strong response and weak response for analysis. The initial two types of cluster centers are set for iteration and finally the target amplitude characteristic reference values at different angles are obtained. C-band circular SAR data is used to validate our method. As a result, the amplitude characteristics of the whole scene using membership degree can be described.

A new packet-selection based transmission scheme is proposed on a dual-hop link with buffer aided amplify-and-forward relay, where the relay with a buffer can record the channel information of source-relay hop and store the received packets. In order to satisfy the constraint of equivalent end-to-end SNR, the relay may pick up a packet in the buffer to transmit, with consideration of the channel statuses of both the source-relay hop and the relay-destination hop. Therefore, by adjusting the packet transmission order in the relay, the outage probability can be decreased in the proposed transmission scheme. Both theoretical analyses and simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms traditional ones by a significant margin of 2-4 dB gain in terms of outage probability.

In this paper, we focus on a special class of symmetric tensors, which can be orthogonally diagonalizable, and investigate their Z-eigenpairs problem. We show that the eigenpairs can be uniformly expressed using several basic eigenpairs, and the number of all the eigenpairs is uniquely determined by the order and rank of the symmetric tensor. In addition, we exploit the local optimality of each eigenpair by checking the second-order necessary condition. © 2021, CC BY.

The cooperative tracking problem for a class of nonlinear affine systems are addressed. Actuator faults and external disturbance/model uncertainty are allowed such that we aim to design distributed controllers that can tolerate them while realize cooperative tracking. A general setup is considered, that is, actuator faults can take such forms as actuator degradation and total failure. Then, to guarantee the feasibility of fault-tolerant control, we assume that the actuator has sufficiently many healthy components which enables us to apply integral sliding mode control (ISMC) to develop the distributed controllers that can fulfill the control target and the external disturbance can simultaneously be successfully rejected. We also provide the simulation results to verify the validity of our theoretical findings.

Article dgfnet: Dual gate fusion network for land cover classification in very high-resolution images

Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) have been used to achieve state-of-the-art performance on land cover classification thanks to their outstanding nonlinear feature extraction abil-ity. DCNNs are usually designed as an encoder–decoder architecture for the land cover classification in very high-resolution (VHR) remote sensing images. The encoder captures semantic representation by stacking convolution layers and shrinking image spatial resolution, while the decoder restores the spatial information by an upsampling operation and combines it with different level features through a summation or skip connection. However, there is still a semantic gap between different-level features;a simple summation or skip connection will reduce the performance of land-cover classification. To overcome this problem, we propose a novel end-to-end network named Dual Gate Fusion Network (DGFNet) to restrain the impact of the semantic gap. In detail, the key of DGFNet consists of two main components: Feature Enhancement Module (FEM) and Dual Gate Fusion Module (DGFM). Firstly, the FEM combines local information with global contents and strengthens the feature representation in the encoder. Secondly, the DGFM is proposed to reduce the semantic gap between different level features, effectively fusing low-level spatial information and high-level semantic information in the decoder. Extensive experiments conducted on the LandCover dataset and the ISPRS Potsdam dataset proved the effectiveness of the proposed network. The DGFNet achieves state-of-art performance 88.87% MIoU on the LandCover dataset and 72.25% MIoU on the ISPRS Potsdam dataset. © 2021 by the authors. Licensee MDPI, Basel, Switzerland.

Stereo matching in remote sensing has recently garnered increased attention, primarily focusing on supervised learning. However, datasets with ground truth generated by expensive airbone Lidar exhibit limited quantity and diversity, constraining the effectiveness of supervised networks. In contrast, unsupervised learning methods can leverage the increasing availability of very-high-resolution (VHR) remote sensing images, offering considerable potential in the realm of stereo matching. Motivated by this intuition, we propose a novel unsupervised stereo matching network for VHR remote sensing images. A light-weight module to bridge confidence with predicted error is introduced to refine the core model. Robust unsupervised losses are formulated to enhance network convergence. The experimental results on US3D and WHU-Stereo datasets demonstrate that the proposed network achieves superior accuracy compared to other unsupervised networks and exhibits better generalization capabilities than supervised models. The PolSAR system must be calibrated before obtain effective polarimetric information. The airplane attitude is unstable during the PolSAR measurement, which will impact the polarimetric calibration precision. This paper improved the polarimetric calibration method proposed by Whitt considering the impact of airplane attitude. The improved method is proved by polarimetric experiment using a PolSAR system developed by IECAS (Institute of electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences).
