Integrating Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) plays a crucial role in urban area surveillance and situational awareness, benefiting from the low cost, small size, and high flexibility of SAR carried by drones. However, the dense arrangement of high-rise buildings in urban environments creates Urban Canyons and numerous visual blind spots due to occlusion, which weakens the perception capability of SAR. Additionally, SAR imaging results of moving vehicles on the roads between buildings result in severe defocusing due to their non-cooperative motion. In this paper, we establish a vehicle signal model for SAR imaging with UAVs that considers the vehicle body’s translation and the wheels’ rotation. The range history modulation and imaging characteristics of returns caused by translation and micro-motion are derived. Simulation results validate the correctness of the theoretical analysis, and the proposed theory helps explain SAR imaging results, providing support for high-precision focusing and three-dimensional imaging of non-line-of-sight (NLOS) SAR images.

The mobile node communication in terahertz monopulse system requires narrow beam to align with the mobile target precisely. In this paper, the radiation pattern of four-horn monopulse antenna is analyzed by use of the geometric optics (GO) and aperture field integration method (AFIM), and an efficient placement optimization to reduce the beamwidth of four-horn monopulse is presented. The optimization combines the genetic algorithm (GA) with GO-AFIM. The GA is employed to seek the optimal positions of the four horns, and the GO and AFIM are introduced into the fitness function of GA to evaluate the individual fitness. The optimization result has narrowed the beamwidth and enhanced gain of radiation pattern. Compared with the simulation in full wave software, the proposed method costs less time in pattern analysis and performs more efficiently in placement optimization.

With the global economy increasingly dependent on innovation,urban discourse has shifted to consider what kinds of spatial designs may best nurture *** examined the relationship between the built environment and the spatial heterogeneity of regional innovation productivity(RIP)using the example of China's Pearl River Delta(PRD).Based on a spatial database of 522546 patent data from 2017,this study proposed an innovation-based built environment framework with the following five aspects:healthy en-vironment,daily interaction,mixed land use,commuting convenience,and technology *** negative binomial regression and Geodetector to examine the impact of the built environment on RIP,the results show that the spatial distribution of innovation productivity in the PRD region is extremely *** negative binomial regression results show that the built environment has a significant impact on the spatial differentiation of RIP,and,specifically,that healthy environment,mixed land use,commuting convenience,and technology atmosphere all demonstrate significant positive ***,the Geodetector results show that the built environment factor impacts the spatial heterogeneity of RIP to varying degrees,with technology atmosphere demonstrating the greatest impact *** conclude that as regional development discourse shifts focus to the knowledge and innovation economy,the innovation-oriented design and updating of built environments will become extremely important to policymakers.
