To improve the interoperability of unmanned system and enhance the multi-domain unmanned system collaborative capacity, we propose an interaction framework based on interoperability messages, which consists of a set of message standard and the correlated interaction protocol. Combines the common information interaction requirements of unmanned system and the different specificity of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), unmanned surface vehicles (USV), unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), unmanned underwater vehicles (UUV) and the corresponding payloads carried by the unmanned systems, the message standard set can be divided into three main categories, each category contains several kinds of message. The interaction protocol of a message varies according to the message's type and meaning. The interaction framework will help human operator make it easier to control different kinds of multi-domain unmanned systems and make autonomous cooperative between unmanned systems possible. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem of innumerable data link effectiveness evaluation bases, the battlefield environment adaptability is introduced into the ADC model to improve the accuracy of the ADC evaluation method based on the analysis of the ADC model. According to the mission and using mode of data link equipment, the evaluation index system and calculation method of data link equipment effectiveness are proposed, and the quantitative evaluation of data link system effectiveness is realized. The validity and scientificity of the model are verified by the example analysis, which provides an effective method for the effectiveness evaluation of data link equipment. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

As blockchain has gained its popularity in different areas, there would be an unimaginable amount of data to be tackled to support its much richer functionalities. As a result, an efficient data retrieval method is of great significance for the development of blockchain. Thus, in this paper, a novel and efficient data retrieval scheme that is compatible with the decentralized nature of blockchain is proposed. Specifically, a new data structure for storing complex data is firstly put forward to reduce the redundancy of data storage on the chain in distributed storage scenario. Then, a counted bloom filter jump table structure that integrating bloom filter and jump table structures is designed to improve tag retrieval efficiency and enrich semantic queries in a low space occupation. Finally, extensive experiments have been conducted to verify the performance of the proposed method in terms of the retrieval efficiency and space ratio. © 2023, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

To address the complexity of tactical data chain system effectiveness assessment, a tactical data chain system effectiveness assessment index system is established by drawing on the principles of cloud theory, and a tactical data chain system effectiveness assessment method based on cloud theory is proposed. Based on the description of the hierarchical analysis method and the evaluation steps of cloud theory, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the tactical data chain system is realized by calculating the cloud model of each indicator and the weight of each indicator parameter in combination with a specific example. The example proves that this method can effectively integrate the uncertainty and ambiguity of quantitative and qualitative indicators, is highly operable, and can provide a scientific and objective method for the comprehensive effectiveness assessment of tactical data chain systems based on network information systems. © 2023 IEEE.

Unmanned Cluster has strong environmental adaptability, rapid penetration ability. For a long time, the formation control problem has been one of the core problems in the field of multi-agent collaboration. It’s goal is to make multiple agents form a formation in the tasks and move to a designated target point. In this paper, the reinforcement learning method is used to deal with a special formation problem, and the mean field theory is applied to Multi-Agent Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (MADDPG) algorithm to make it effective in large-scale multi-agent formation problems. The algorithm is compared with MADDPG and Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm. In the simulation experiment, a team of UAVs are initialized at random positions in the two-dimensional space. The goal is to make the UAVs form an equilateral triangle with the shortest total displacement. We model the formation problem. In our algorithm, a reward function is designed based on the goal of making equilateral triangle formation and requirement of the shortest total displacement;Moreover, we define the equilateral triangle criterion and use it to evaluate the formation effect of multi-agent reinforcement learning. The results show that, compared with DDPG and MADDPG algorithms, MADDPG algorithm using the mean field method has obvious advantages over MADDPG and DDPG in terms of convergence speed and success rate in the formation problem. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

A novel dual-band printed dipole antenna operating at 433 MHz and 2390 MHz is proposed and investigated. The antenna is composed of a two-element double-sided printed dipole array which works at high frequency and one arm of the low-frequency dipole. By loading a capacitor, high-frequency arms printed on one side are shared as the low-frequency dipole's another arm. Additionally, the length of the dipole for the lower band is further shortened by loading inductors. The proposed antenna offers a compact antenna configuration, details of the configuration and experimental results are discussed. © 2022 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that the reliability of track quality and effectiveness evaluation of tactical data link system can not be objectively measured at present, an objective measurement evaluation confidence method is proposed. This method describes the evaluation confidence from three aspects: evaluation index, evaluation model and single sample classification confidence. In calculating the confidence of evaluation data, the confidence of evaluation data is determined by analyzing the uncertainty of evaluation data;In the aspect of calculating the confidence of evaluation model, the accuracy of pattern classification is transformed into a measure of confidence of evaluation model;In the aspect of calculating the classification confidence of single sample, according to the distribution relationship of different samples in high-dimensional space, a classification confidence calculation method suitable for most classification algorithms is given;Further, the above three aspects are integrated through the confidence propagation model to obtain the comprehensive evaluation confidence. The simulation results of radar anti-jamming effectiveness evaluation confidence show that this method does not use expert experience knowledge, and can objectively measure the confidence of effectiveness evaluation, and its results are not affected by the evaluation subject, which solves the problem that different experts give different confidence of effectiveness evaluation for the same equipment;Compared with the existing subjective methods, the accuracy is improved by 10%. © 2022 IEEE.

Under the condition of limited communication, the message interaction between different platforms cannot meet the demand of realtime and integrality, which significantly reduces the task-execution efficiency. Aiming at making full use of all kinds of payloads resources in the dynamically changing environment, we use a multilevel agent system model to describe the control relationship between different types of platforms and payloads, and propose an improved contract net protocol to coordinate tasks that different platforms need to undertake and manage different payloads of a platform. The experiment results of the semi-physical simulation show that the proposed method can efficiently assign the required resources to the dynamic tasks while interacting with little information between different platforms.

Uncertain frequent pattern mining is usually challenged by the single probabilistic frequent threshold or the single expected support as the measurements of frequent itemsets. A promising solution based on multiple expected minimum support has been introduced in more recent studies to distinguish the mining values of each item, but the intrinsic combinatorial explosion still limited this strategy to be further improved for more generic scenarios. In this paper, a novel mining scheme for uncertain frequent itemsets is proposed. By ensembling multiple conditional item-wise supports, the problems of information redundancy as well as loss caused by a single probabilistic frequent threshold can be effectively improved. Furthermore, by using a variety of pruning strategies based on the property of sorted downward closure and the concept of least minimum probabilistic frequent threshold, an UFP-ECIS (Uncertain Frequent Pattern Mining with Ensembled Conditional Item-wise Supports) algorithm is also introduced. Substantial experiments have been proved to demonstrate that the proposed mining scheme and algorithm has enhanced the information precision of the uncertain frequent itemsets mining. © 2023 IEEE.
