In this paper, the nonlinear free vibration behaviors of the piezoelectric semiconductor(PS) doubly-curved shell resting on the Pasternak foundation are studied within the framework of the nonlinear drift-diffusion(NLDD) model and the first-order shear deformation theory. The nonlinear constitutive relations are presented, and the strain energy, kinetic energy, and virtual work of the PS doubly-curved shell are *** on Hamilton's principle as well as the condition of charge continuity, the nonlinear governing equations are achieved, and then these equations are solved by means of an efficient iteration method. Several numerical examples are given to show the effect of the nonlinear drift current, elastic foundation parameters as well as geometric parameters on the nonlinear vibration frequency, and the damping characteristic of the PS doublycurved shell. The main innovations of the manuscript are that the difference between the linearized drift-diffusion(LDD) model and the NLDD model is revealed, and an effective method is proposed to select a proper initial electron concentration for the LDD model.

Evidences show that electric fields(EFs)induced by the magnetic stimulation could modulates brain activities by regulating the excitability of GABAergic ***,it is still unclear how and why the EF-induced polarization affects the interneuron response as the interneuron receives NMDA synaptic *** the key role of NMDA receptor-mediated supralinear dendritic integration in neuronal computations,we suppose that the applied EFs could functionally modulate interneurons’response via regulating dendritic *** first,we build a simplified multi-dendritic circuit model with inhomogeneous extracellular potentials,which characterizes the relationship among EF-induced spatial polarizations,dendritic integration,and somatic *** performing model-based singular perturbation analysis,it is found that the equilibrium point of fast subsystem can be used to asymptotically depict the subthreshold input–output(sI/O)relationship of dendritic *** predicted that EF-induced strong depolarizations on the distal dendrites reduce the dendritic saturation output by reducing driving force of synaptic input,and it shifts the steep change of sI/O curve left by reducing stimulation threshold of triggering NMDA ***,the EF modulation prefers the global dendritic integration with asymmetric scatter distribution of NMDA ***,we identify the respective contribution of EF-regulated dendritic integration and EF-induced somatic polarization to an action potential generation and find that they have an antagonistic effect on AP generation due to the varied NMDA spike threshold under EF stimulation.

In the railway transportation industry,fault diagnosis of railway point machines(RPMs) is *** operational vibration signals can reflect the condition of various faults in mechanical devices, vibration sensing and monitoring and more importantly, vibration signal-based fault diagnosis for RPMs have attracted the attention of scholars and engineers. Most vibration signalbased fault-diagnosis methods for RPMs rely on data collected using high-sampling-rate sensors and manual feature extraction, hence are costly and insufficiently *** overcome these shortcomings, we propose a doublescale wide first-layer kernel convolutional neural network(DS-WCNN) for RPMs fault diagnosis using inexpensive and low-sampling-rate vibration sensors. The proposed wide first-layer kernels, which extract features from vibration observations, are particularly suitable for lowsampling-rate signals. Meanwhile, the proposed doublescale structure improves accuracy and noise suppression by combining two types of timescale features. Sufficient experiments, including noise addition and comparison,were conducted to demonstrate the robustness and accuracy of the proposed algorithm.

In this paper, the containment control problem in nonlinear multi-agent systems(NMASs) under denial-of-service(DoS) attacks is addressed. Firstly, a prediction model is obtained using the broad learning technique to train historical data generated by the system offline without DoS attacks. Secondly, the dynamic linearization method is used to obtain the equivalent linearization model of NMASs. Then, a novel model-free adaptive predictive control(MFAPC) framework based on historical and online data generated by the system is proposed, which combines the trained prediction model with the model-free adaptive control method. The development of the MFAPC method motivates a much simpler robust predictive control solution that is convenient to use in the case of DoS attacks. Meanwhile, the MFAPC algorithm provides a unified predictive framework for solving consensus tracking and containment control problems. The boundedness of the containment error can be proven by using the contraction mapping principle and the mathematical induction method. Finally, the proposed MFAPC is assessed through comparative experiments.
