Motor imagery has the advantages of non-invasiveness, safety and economic efficiency in post-stroke motor function rehabilitation, and has a wide application prospect in the field of medical rehabilitation. In this paper, we sort out the current status of the application of motor imagery brain-computer interface technology, summarize the development of motor imagery decoding algorithms and their application in the field of motor rehabilitation, discuss and analyze the research progress of motor imagery brain-computer interface technology in medical rehabilitation, and summarize the development trend of its development, so as to provide new therapeutic methods and ideas for the future of medical rehabilitation.

In respect of correcting coupled power flow with Security and economy dual guidelines, this thesis starts from the influence of the electro-thermal coupling relationship on the corrective of systematic power flow, and proposes a security corrective control algorithm based on controlling current-carrying in circulation. The algorithm first simulates the temperature change path of the line within the corrective interval after the corrective instruction is issued. Then, the flow constraint conditions are added to the optimal power flow calculation for the branches where temperature overruns may occur. Therefore, the algorithm not only guarantees the Security performance but also reduces the amount of computation due to the increase of state variables. At the same time, the order update of temperature and power flow is carried out in the outer loop of optimal power flow calculation, which ensures accurate calculation of the electro-thermal coupling relationship and reduces the complexity of optimal power flow equation. The simulation results show that the simplified algorithm has advantages in both security and economic requirements. © Beijing Paike Culture Commu. Co., Ltd. 2024.

An accuracy and efficient approach is proposed to fast design ultra-wideband microwave absorbers. The RC equivalent circuit model of absorbers is established according to impedance matching and transmission line theory. The model is suitable for low and high-frequency absorbers composed of multilayer square high impendence surface (HIS) and air layers of impendence matching. Absorbers with different parameters can be fast designed by utilizing the proposed model and genetic algorithm. The reflection coefficient of RC circuit and full-simulation are in good agreement, both of them are lower than -10 dB within 2-18 GHz or 4-50 GHz (fractional bandwidth of 160% or 170.37%), with the total thickness close to the Rozanov limit. An absorber is fabricated and measured to further verify the accuracy of the model. The measured results have a good agreement with the RC circuit model, which indicates the proposed method is an efficient way for fast designing ultra-broadband thin absorbers using double-layer (or multilayer) square HIS. © 2022 IEEE.

The photovoltaic power generation system is easily affected by external conditions, with large output fluctuation and weak anti-interference ability. Aiming at the problems of slow dynamic response time, large overshoot, poor robustness and large bus voltage fluctuation when using traditional PID control of photovoltaic micro-grid, a photovoltaic microgrid energy storage control strategy based on fuzzy ADRC is proposed. The idea of fuzzy controller is used to tune the parameters of ADRC online, and the self-regulation ability of ADRC is given. The fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller is used to replace the traditional controller to form a double closed-loop control structure of F-ADRC. The traditional controller and the fuzzy active disturbance rejection controller are simulated and compared. The results show that the proposed fuzzy active disturbance rejection control has lower overshoot, faster dynamic response and smaller bus voltage fluctuation. © 2023 IEEE.

Study on Mechanical Properties and Failure Mechanism of Hard Rock with Stiff Discontinuities Based on 3d Printing

To examine the influence of stiff discontinuities with different angles and roughness on the stability of deep hard rock engineering, RLSD is created through the integration of 3D scanning, digital modeling, and 3D printing. The specimen's composition truly reflects the mineral components of the original rock. The impact of angle and roughness on the strength, deformation, and failure characteristics of RLSD is explored by uniaxial tests. The failure process and mechanism of specimens under the influence of stiff discontinuity feature are investigated through the integration of DIC, AE, and SEM test. The study results demonstrate that achieving highly similar sample of hard rock containing stiff discontinuities with different angles and roughness is attainable by utilizing rock-like materials based on original rock mineral components and employing a combination of 3D scanning and 3D printing techniques. The peak strength, peak strain and elastic modulus of RLSD increase with the increase of JRC, and there is a ' V ' type change trend of ' decrease first and then increase ' with the increase of angle. The failure mode of RLSD shows the change rule of tension failure - tension-shear composite failure - shear failure - tension-shear composite failure - tension failure with the increase of angle. At angles of 60˚ and 75˚, a sudden increase in hit and energy of AE feature is observed in RLSD, resulting in brittle failure. The cumulative energy exhibits a positive correlation with JRC. Based on the test results, an empirical estimation formula is established for the uniaxial compressive strength of RLSD, considering the influence of angle and JRC. The research results can provide reference for estimating the strength of surrounding rock in deep underground engineering as well as disaster prevention and control. © 2024, The Authors. Temperature Prediction for Stored Grain: A Multi-model Fusion Approach Based on Machine Learning

Temperature fluctuations significantly affect microorganism growth and pest activity in grain stacks. Thus, precise monitoring and forecasting of grain stack temperature are essential for maintaining the quality and safety of grain storage. This paper proposes a multi-model fusion approach to predict grain temperature using historical temperature data of stored grains and meteorological data from the region. Based on the proposed approaches, four distinct machine learning models, namely Adaboost, decision tree, extra trees, and random forest, are first developed. These models are then fine-tuned through parameter optimization to enhance their predictive capabilities. Subsequently, the optimized models are combined to form different ensemble models. In essence, the fusion process integrates the predictions of each individual model as new feature inputs into the prediction model. Furthermore, the study utilizes the random forest to identify the key factors influencing grain temperature, providing insights into the importance of different influencing factors. The experimental results demonstrate that the fusion models proposed in this paper have achieved higher prediction accuracy and robustness compared with the traditional prediction methods (i.e., single-model prediction). Additionally, the analysis of feature importance also offers empirical evidence for understanding the factors influencing grain temperature. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Aiming at the problem that the control performance of nuclear power unit after parameter optimization cannot meet the requirements of transient conditions. A standardized method to improve the transient control performance through logic optimization and operation optimization is proposed. This method consists of parameter optimization, control logic optimization, operating condition optimization and instrument/actuator optimization. It realizes the stable operation of nuclear power unit and the effective control of transient.
