Nowadays, some defects exist in the power system such as power shortage during the peak time and power imbalance. The problem can be alleviated effectively when peak-valley TOU (time of use) tariff is implemented. Furthermore, the user classification is the primary task of implementing peak-valley TOU (time of use) tariff. In this paper, a power user classification strategy of multi-view clustering is proposed. It does the cluster analysis for the power data from the points of load fluctuations indicators and real-time load curves. Clustering results of load fluctuations indicators can be drawn on the basis of the characteristics of users' load fluctuations indicators in every business. Clustering results of real-time load curves can be drawn on the basis of the characteristics of users' real-time power consuming in every business. The test results show that the strategy is able to classify the power users efficiently and accurately.

Electric power metering automation system in intelligent electric grid can capture the user's meter value, load and other real-time electric consuming information, and high-quality data is an important basis for electric power company to schedule urban electricity consuming. Based on the integrity of power data, this paper analyze the overall trend of the number and synchronization of missing data collected by the intelligent terminal and ammeter, so it can detect data's deficient form, which support to fix data and build reliable foundation for mining the power data in deep degree.

A Secure Interaction and Control Method for InterClouds services

Inter-clouds services build information bridges over computing clouds so as to provide the convenience for electronic commerce and other information services. However, the interactions between clouds have challenges in information disclosure, services spoofing and information inconsistent. This paper proposes a secure interaction and control method for inter-clouds services, which uses information encryption, digital signature,time logic control means, to protect users' privacy and keep the integrity and consistency of cloud customers' request information, and prevent the spoofing of information requests. The results show that the method could prevent the spoofing well in a stable network environment and improve the security of clouds sessions.

Network Traffic Generation Based on Statistical Packet-Level Characteristics

Network traffic is very important for testing network equipment, network services, and security products. A new method of generating traffic based on statistical packet-level characteristics is proposed. In every time unit, the generator determines the sent packets number, the type and size of every sent packet according to the statistical characteristics of the original traffic. Then every packet, in which the protocol headers of transport layer, network layer and ethernet layer are encapsulated, is sent via the responding network interface card in the time unit. The results in the experiment show that the correlation coefficients between the bandwidth, the packet number, packet size distribution, the fragment number of the generated network traffic and those of the original traffic are all more than 0.96. The generated traffic and original traffic are very highly related and similar.

Naive Bayes(NB) continues to be one of the popular methods for text categorization because of its simplicity, efficiency and efficacy. In all of the existing feature weighting approaches, the learned feature weights are only applied to the classification of formula of Naive Bayes. In this paper, we propose a high efficient method which is called deep feature weighting Naive Bayes(DFWNB) [1]. DFWNB addresses to incorporate the learned weights into both the formula of classification and its conditional probability estimates. This paper defines the weight of each feature by TF-IDF feature weighting method. In the field of data mining, there are numerous studies about English text categorization but the Chinese text classification has received less attention from researchers. Thus, we apply the deep feature weighting naive Bayes to Chinese text classifiers and obtain a better performance than ordinary feature weight naive Bayes(OFWNB).

Online social network has become an important media for information spreading. To target the origin of rumors and well understand the cause of event, information source in social network should be found out. Unfortunately, because of the huge and complex structure of social network, it is nearly impossible to monitor the complete online social network. To solve this problem, the paper gives a method to look for information source with incomplete observation. The basis of the method is the correlation between activated time and network topology structure. Some experiments are executed and the effect of different sampling methods was analyzed as well. Experiments on BA, WS and Facebook show that the method can produce satisfied results with incomplete observation.

The current rural medical information construction is still imperfect. Large amount of medica data related to common rural disease is used at very low utilization rate. In order to improve the utilization of these data and to provide help for rural barefoot doctors and rural residents, we developed a distributed implied semantic text retrieval model and improved the weigh calculation formula of the implied semantic text retrieva based on implied semantic text retrieval and distributed computing technology. The experiment results indicate that our retrieval framework can shorten the time of text retrieval and improve the accuracy of text retrieval.

虽然已经有不少理论应用于信息系统(information system,IS)领域的社交媒体研究,但是从哲学角度系统探讨社交媒体理论基础的研究还是比较少的。本文以人与世界的关系以及人与他人的关系两个维度构建了分析社交网络用户行为的哲学理论框架。人与世界的关系维度是以笛卡尔的理性理论和海德格尔的历史性理论为基础的;人与他人的关系维度是以工具主义和"此在"思想为基础的。这个哲学框架可以帮助我们比较社交媒体研究中的几个本原理论:戈夫曼的自我呈现理论、布迪厄的社会资本理论、萨特的存在投射理论和海德格尔的"此在"理论。本文通过"人与世界的关系-人与他人的关系"这个哲学框架,来解析这四种理论在理解社交媒体用户行为方面的效能。与此同时,研究将这四种理论的效能与IS研究中的已有的实证研究相比较,发现虽然有些解读与实证研究的结果相匹配,但是还有一些解读尚未被实证研究,这应该是未来研究的方向。

A large number of documents related to its specific business are produced continually by enterprises and institutions in their daily work. To get useful information from these semi-structured documents we have proposed document element block model(DEBM) and applied it in the semi-structured document extraction. The model makes full use of the information contains in the document, not only the structural information, but also the content. DEBM extracts document element block from template documents and target documents, and then generate corresponding regular expression rules based on the document element block characteristic of template document, after that process each type of document elements of a set of blocks extracted document elements according to the corresponding elements block position by regular expression matching. The experiments show that extraction based on DEBM achieved good results and compared to traditional regular expressions and template matching, the approach based on DEBM performs better. The result shows that we propose a simple, efficient model to extract semi-structured documents.

A Massive MIMO system is equipped with more antennas than traditional MIMO system. Channel modeling for MIMO system has been well studied. However, study for Massive MIMO system channel modeling has just begun. In this paper, we prove the correctness of the spherical wave assumption and the non-stationary properties on both time and array axes. Then, we propose a novel twin-multi-ring channel model for massive MIMO. This model is based on the extension of a multi-ring model for MIMO. Furthermore, we consider the appearance and disappearance of clusters by “Cluster generation algorithm”. Finally, we make the simple numerical analysis for the model, and we find the characteristic is well matching the measurements.
