Breast cancer is a serious and high morbidity disease in women,and it is the main cause of cancer death in ***,getting tested and diagnosed early can reduce the risk of *** present,there are clinical examinations,imaging screening and biopsies,among which histopathological examination is the gold ***,the process is complicated and time-consuming,and misdiagnosis may *** paper puts forward a classification framework based on deep learning,introducing multi-attention mechanism,selecting kernel convolution instead of ordinary convolution,and using different weights and combinations to pay attention to the accuracy index and growth rate of the *** addition,we also compared the learning rate *** function can fine-tune the learning rate to achieve good performance,using label softening to reduce the loss error caused by model error recognition in the label,and assigning different category weights in the loss function to balance the positive and negative *** used the BreakHis data set to automatically classify histological images into benign and malignant,four categories and eight *** results showed that the accuracy of binary classifications ranged from 98.23%to 98.83%,and that of multiple classifications ranged from 97.89%to 98.11%.

Automatic code summarization aims to generate concise natural language descriptions (summary) for source code, which can free software developers from the heavy burden of manual commenting and software maintenance. Existing methods focus on learning a direct mapping from pure code to summaries, overlooking the significant heterogeneity gap between code and summary. Moreover, existing methods lack a human-like re-check process to evaluate whether the generated summaries match well with the code. To address these two limitations, we introduce RBCoSum, a novel framework that incorporates the generated Chain Of Comments (COC) as auxiliary intermediate information for the model to bridge the gap between code and summaries. Also, we propose a rethinking process where a learned ranker trained on our constructed ranking dataset scores the extent of matching between the generated summary and the code, selecting the highest-scoring summary to achieve a re-check process. We conduct extensive experiments to evaluate our approach and compare it with other automatic code summarization models as well as multiple code Large Language Models (LLMs). The experimental results show that RBCoSum is effective and outperforms baselines by a large margin. The human evaluation also proves the summaries generated with RBCoSum are more natural, informative, useful, and truthful. © 2025 Association for Computational Linguistics.

Differentially Private Federated Stochastic Primal-Dual Learning for Internet of Vehicles

Federated learning (FL) has the potential to empower Internet-of-Vehicles (IoV) networks by enabling smart vehicles (SVs) to participate in the learning process under the orchestration of a vehicular service provider while keeping data locally. In this paper, we propose a novel federated stochastic primal-dual algorithm with differential privacy (FedSPD-DP) to ensure robust privacy protection for FL based IoV (FL-IoV) systems. The FedSPD-DP algorithm leverages multiple steps of local stochastic gradient descent (SGD) and partial client participation (PCP) to improve communication efficiency while incorporating differential privacy (DP) to ensure privacy protection. Our theoretical analysis explores the impact of these strategies on learning performance. Specifically, we demonstrate that the data sampling strategy and PCP enhance data privacy, while a larger number of local SGD steps may increase privacy leakage, revealing a non-trivial tradeoff between communication efficiency and privacy protection. Extensive experiments on real-world data validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, showing superior performance compared to state-of-the-art FL algorithms, and confirming the analytical results and properties. © 2014 IEEE.

Electrochemical dissolution, reduction, and nucleation mechanisms of molybdenum in NaCl-KCl molten salt systems

This study investigates the anodic dissolution and electrochemical behavior of molybdenum in a NaCl-KCl molten salt system at 1023 K. The anodic dissolution process was systematically analyzed, revealing a sequential oxidation pathway of molybdenum into high-valence ions (Mo6+, Mo5+, Mo4+) under varying electrolysis potentials. Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) demonstrated that the dissolution is governed by both charge transfer and diffusion mechanisms, with reduced impedance at higher potentials facilitating molybdenum dissolution. The reduction behavior of dissolved molybdenum ions was further explored using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV), confirming a multi-step reduction process controlled by diffusion and high reversibility. Nucleation studies using chronoamperometry established that molybdenum deposition follows an instantaneous nucleation mechanism. Morphological analysis of cathodic deposits revealed that current density significantly influences particle size, transitioning from nano-sized spherical particles to larger equiaxed crystals with increasing current density. These findings provide a comprehensive understanding of molybdenum's electrochemical properties in molten salts, offering valuable insights for optimizing electrolysis processes and advancing molybdenum-based material production. © 2025

Color Night-Light Remote Sensing Image Fusion With Two-Branch Convolutional Neural Network

Night-light remote sensing imagery (NLRSI) effectively reflects urban economic and human activities and has important value in the field of remote sensing. However, the applications are limited by their low spatial resolution. In recent years, multisource remote sensing image fusion has become an important method for enhancing the spatial and spectral resolution of single-image data. To address the low-resolution limitation of NLRSI, this study proposes a multisource remote sensing image fusion framework based on the two-branch convolutional neural network (TbCNN), which fuses Landsat-8 and NPP/VIIRS data to generate high-resolution color night-light remote sensing imagery (CNLRSI). First, TbCNN features a deep two-branch structure for multiscale feature extraction, yielding richer spatial texture features. The framework also integrates a multilevel feature fusion module and a residual learning mechanism, further improving the fusion performance of CNLRSI. Quantitative evaluations demonstrate TbCNNs superiority over other methods, achieving optimal values in objective evaluation metrics. Second, in the built-up area extraction experiment, CNLRSI better identifies the true morphology of urban built-up areas compared with NPP/VIIRS data, reducing the overestimation of central urban areas and the underestimation of suburban areas in NPP/VIIRS data. Finally, the enhanced classification capability of CNLRSI is quantitatively validated through confusion matrix analysis, achieving a higher Kappa coefficient (0.814 versus 0.774) than NPP/VIIRS in urban pixel recognition. © 2008-2012 IEEE.

Unsigned Road Incidents Detection Using Improved RESNET From Driver-View Images

Frequent road incidents cause significant physical harm and economic losses globally. The key to ensuring road safety lies in accurately perceiving surrounding road incidents. However, the highly dynamic nature of traffic introduces significant challenges, particularly in detecting sudden and temporary incidents. In this article, we propose a novel detection framework, multihead attention ResNet with dynamic bottleneck (DB_RESNET_MHA), to identify physical unsigned road incidents. Our approach introduces three key innovations. First, we develop a tailored data augmentation strategy to create images that closely mimic the complex variations found in real-world road environments. Second, we enhance model expressiveness by employing attention mechanisms to nonlinearly integrate convolutional kernels within the residual network. Furthermore, we refine the prediction head by applying spatially distinct attention weights, enabling the model to capture intricate correlations between different features more effectively. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our method, we create a dataset for unsigned road incidents (UnsignRI), comprising a total of 16 323 images that capture 12 distinct types of incidents. It stands out as the most comprehensive dataset in the field, encompassing a wide range of geographical features and incident categories. Experimental results show that DB_RESNET_MHA achieves an average accuracy of 96.2% and a f1-score of 0.955 across various categories of unsigned incidents, surpassing other models. © 2020 IEEE.

Efficient Urban Tree Species Classification Via Multi-Representation Fusion of Mobile Laser Scanning data

Urban tree species identification is crucial for forest management and ecosystem assessment. Mobile Laser Scanning (MLS) provides significant advantages for this task through its flexibility in navigating complex urban environments with spatial constraints. However, MLS-based classification faces challenges such as intricate canopy structures, incomplete point clouds from urban occlusions, and intra-species variations. This study presents Tree Morphology Multi-Representation Fusion Network (TM2F), integrating 3D point cloud data with 2D projections for enhanced tree species classification. The framework employs a backpack-mounted MLS system to capture high-quality point cloud data. The core architecture features an Adaptive Hierarchical Sampling (AHS) module extracting multi-scale geometric features, followed by a Cross-View Fusion (CVF) module that implements stage- wise fusion of 3D structural information with 2D representations. This fusion strategy not only leverages established 2D feature extraction pipelines, but also addresses sparsity issues in point cloud projections. The method was validated on a diverse dataset of eight urban tree species (seven broadleaf and one coniferous species). Quantitative assessment yielded 98.57% F1-score and 98.77% Overall Accuracy with moderate computational resources (2.25M parameters, 1.11G FLOPs), demonstrating significant improvements over existing methods. The proposed workflow achieves a balance between classification accuracy and processing efficiency, making it suitable for large-scale urban tree inventory applications. © 2008-2012 IEEE.

Interaction Confidence Attention for Human–Object Interaction Detection

In human–object interaction (HOI) detection task, ensuring that interactive pairs receive higher attention weights while reducing the weight of non-interaction pairs is imperative for enhancing HOI detection accuracy. Guiding attention learning is also a key aspect of existing transformer-based algorithms. To tackle this challenge, this study proposes a novel approach termed Interaction Confidence Score Learning Attention (ICSLA), which introduces weakening and augmentation operations into the original attention weight calculation and feature extraction processes. In ICSLA, feature learning is coupled with confidence score learning, simultaneously. Leveraging ICSLA, a new and universal decoder is devised, establishing a transformer-based one-stage HOI detection architecture. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in improving HOI detection accuracy, offering valuable insights for further optimization of attention mechanisms. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.
