With the rise of data storage computing and IoT technology. The increase in data volume and user demand, the accurate delivery of data and low latency during transmission become important factors that affect the end-user experience. To address this issue, previous authors have proposed the concept of edge computings. In the general environment of edge computing, reasonable scheduling of edge caches can largely achieve low latency and high efficiency, thus improving user experience. In this paper, based on existing research, we propose a combination of a joint learning framework for cache prediction based on region popularity and an edge collaborative cache value optimization method to further improve cache hit rate and cache utilization efficiency. The method obtains excellent expected results through simulation experiments. © 2023, ICST Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering.

With the advent of knowledge economy, online education relies on the Internet and mobile terminals, it breaks the limitation of time and space of traditional education. Online education has gradually becoming a new way for people to learn. Under the special background of COVID-19 since 2020, online education has been well applied. The course of Web application Development Technology is not only a course which is the core course in software development for computer majors, but also is a course with strong practicality and application. At present, online teaching has become more and more popular especially in the context of the current epidemic, and quality governance has become the internal needs of modern education development, while there is no simple and easy to use learning situation risk cognition method for specific online teaching class. In order to deal with this problem, in this study a data-driven method of learning situation risk cognition and measurement for online teaching is provided, which uses student initiative degree, concentration degree, duration degree and interaction degree to measure comprehensive learning effective degree and reflect student learning situation risk in an online class. Besides, normalized score earned by student in knowledge point test after online class is used to validate the calculation method designed, and the obtained results show that it is promising and easy to calculation. It provides a basis for decision making of students’ learning situation risk early warning and also provides a data-driven management method for the guarantee of online teaching quality, which has both academic and practical significance. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The smart water meter in water supply network can directly affect water production and usage when faults occur. The traditional method of fault detection is inefficient with time lagging, which is not helpful for modernization of water supply system. The capability of automatic fault diagnosis of smart water meter is an important means to improve the service quality of water supply. In this paper, an automatic fault diagnosis method for the smart device is proposed based on BP neural network. And it was applied on Google Tensorflow platform. Fault symptom vectors were constructed using water meter status data and were used to train the neural network model. In order to improve the learning convergence speed and fault classification effect of the network, a method of weighted symptom was also employed. Experimental results show that it has good performance with a general fault diagnosis accuracy of 98.82%. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Aiming at the problem of quality assurance of intelligent logistics service in 5G+ edge computing environment, this paper proposes a mechanism based on federated cooperative cache, which aims to utilize the computing and storage resources of edge nodes to realize rapid processing and sharing of logistics data and improve the efficiency and reliability of logistics services. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and challenges of intelligent logistics services under 5G+ edge computing environment, and then introduces the concept and principle of federated cooperative cache, as well as its application scenarios and advantages in intelligent logistics services. Then, this paper designs an intelligent logistics service quality assurance mechanism based on federated cooperative cache, including five modules such as data partitioning, data transmission, data fusion, data access and data update, and gives the corresponding algorithms and processes. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness and performance of the proposed mechanism through simulation experiments. Compared with the traditional centralized cache and distributed cache, the proposed mechanism can reduce the data transmission delay, improve the data hit rate and data consistency, so as to ensure the quality of intelligent logistics services. In the future, the federated collaborative cache mechanism can be further optimized to consider the needs of multiple scenarios. Accurately predicting the future trend of traffic flow is of great significance to the planning of urban traffic. The great challenge of predicting traffic flow stems from the complexity and uncertainty of traffic flow. To address the complexity of traffic flow, this paper proposes a MAF-GCN 2 Seq model. The model uses a moving average filter to filter the time series data, extracts the spatial features between each node through a graph convolutional neural network, and forms a time series matrix for input into the encoder (GRU), and introduces a self-attention mechanism to mine the spatial features. time-domain features for multi-step traffic speed prediction. In order to verify the advanced nature of the model, this paper uses the traffic flow data set in Shenzhen to predict the traffic flow. Through the comparison experiments, it can be seen that the prediction accuracy of the MAF-GCN 2 Seq model reaches 90%, which has obvious advantages compared with other models. © 2022 IEEE.

The outbreak of COVID-19 make University Computer MOOC+SPOC course face opportunities and challenges. There are some problems in MOOC+SPOC course teaching, such as learners' curiosity decreasing, lack of accomplishment and etc. In order to deal with these problems, this study explores the correlation and differences in the learning behavior sequences of learners with different attitudes to high happiness, medium happiness, and low happiness. Through the learners' comments on University Computer MOOC+SPOC course, the learner's attitude information is tapped. By analyzing learning behavior sequences, this study finds out the degree of learning behavior change of learners with different attitudes. The result of this study can improve the existing University Computer MOOC+SPOC instructional design and promote the learning mode to move towards intelligent personalized adaptive learning. © 2020 IEEE.

With the explosion of ChatGPT, the development of artificial intelligence technology ushered in another explosion. Similarly, with the rapid development of extended reality technology and Internet of Things technology, Metaverse will also usher in greater breakthroughs. However, in the development of the extended reality metaverse under edge computing, many security issues will arise. This paper focuses on data security, considering that data will be transmitted and processed between multiple devices and nodes instead of being concentrated in the cloud, which may bring To solve data security issues, relying on the integrated architecture of Metaverse educational applications based on edge computing (MEC), it provides an identity verification and access with higher security and scalability, better performance, and service requirements that meet the current environment Control mechanism solutions, while analyzing other problems that will arise during the development of the extended reality metaverse. Aiming at the security problem on the edge side, a signature authentication scheme is designed based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) integrated blockchain encryption technology and the effectiveness of the method is proved. To efficiently detect the time-slot power of the Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) communication systems such as repeaters and base stations in real-time. This article designs a signal-sampling hardware circuit based on the Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) platform and proposes a comprehensive method to calculate the time-slot power values. The signal sampling circuit uses the ADC108S052 chip with an 8-channel linked to the ARM via the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and the time-slot power detection approach consists of a signal timing sampling module, sampling data reading module, and sampling data processing module to compute the detected time-slot power comprehensively. We design experiments to evaluate the efficacy of the approach to detect the time-slot power with the system power-on and normality running condition, the detection of the system CPU resource consumption for the time-slot power, the detection of the error value for the time-slot power, etc. The experimental results demonstrate that the approach can be efficient, and real-time detection of the time-slot power of the TDMA system, the system of repeaters and base stations and other systems of signal coverage, optimization and so on is of great significance. © 2023 ACM.

Based on the application requirements of the embedded Web server for external network access to the internal network, this paper designs and builds an embedded Web server scheme for external network access to the internal network based on the embedded Boa server and phddns program. This solution mainly transplants the Boa server and phddns program in embedded devices. Boa provides a Web server application function, and phddns software realizes the mapping and binding mapping between the IP address and the domain name of embedded devices in the intranet. An experiment is designed to test this scheme's connection success rate, response time, stable running time, domain name mapping success rate, CPU utilization and other performance indicators. The test results show that this scheme can better meet the system requirements of external network access to the internal network. Therefore, this scheme can support the information and intelligent monitoring and control of embedded devices and has good practical value and application prospects. © 2022 IEEE.
