DNA self-assembly that is fast developed in the fields of DNA computing and nano technology has become the focus of scientific fields. DNA self-assembly is a method that uses the characteristics of base-pair to form polyhedron or super molecular structure. This is a complex progress from disordered to ***, from simple to complicated. This paper mainly introduces that the DNA self-assembly technology is applied into the image encryption. In this paper, we proposed a complete design scheme of DNA tiles that is suitable for the image encryption. The DNA tiles mainly include five types, namely DNA tiles of the plaintext, DNA tiles of the encryption, DNA tiles of the cipertext, DNA tiles of the key and DNA tiles of the decryption. Through a simulate example, the effect of the image encryption algorithm is shown.

Intuition process is a very essential in the product creative design stage. A new creative design approach is put forward based on product gene and intuition models. The product gene model and its sequential gene manipulation are established. The intuition process reflects that the thinking of human brain produces qualitative change. An approach of intuition simulation is used by Hebb learning law, Hopfield neural networks and crossover and mutation. The calculating models and the calculating formulas for the creative design are put forward. Finally, this essay offers us the applied examples for creative design of solar energy portable lamp. On the basis of linear discriminate analysis (LDA) algorithm, this paper proposes a new subspace approach called as local LDA(LLDA), which pays more attention to the separability of neighbor classes. The graphic embedding is then applied to offer a better understanding of LLDA. Aiming at the (SSS) problem in LLDA, the paper proves that the conventional principle component analysis(PCA) preprocessing approach for LDA is not suitable for the proposed LLDA algorithm. Then, the paper presents an improved LLDA algorithm named as scatter-difference LLDA(SLLDA), which can not only solve the SSS problem in LLDA but also provide good comparability between LLDA and LDA. Experimental results on the PolyU palmprint database illuminate the effectiveness of the proposed SLLDA and the importance of the local relationship between sample classes for classification.

For research on conceptual design of the complex product, it is necessary that a reliable theory is found to decide if the design structure is suit for custom requirement. The correlation matrixes among requirements, functions and structures are proposed. A block diagonal matrix of correlation matrix between functions and structures is given. The mathematical models of multi-object optimization structure design are provided, and then calculated by the hybrid genetic algorithm. An example for solar energy automobile is given to show that this method is able to realize optimization structure design fitting for the requirements. In addition, the approaches can provide good Pareto optimization solutions.

DNA computing theories can be applied in cryptography and it is a very hopeful direction. Though still in primitive level, it applies in many fields and solved some hard problems successfully. The art of cryptography security is to make anybody can not read it by encoding message. This paper use a new way to show how cryptography works with DNA computing, it can transmit message securely and effectively. The RSA algorithm belongs to asymmetric key cryptography, it is used in this paper connecting with DNA computing technique to encrypt message.
