Enhancing fundus images is crucial for early diagnosis and monitoring of retinal diseases. Although CNN and Transformer-based methods have made great progress, CNNs struggle with long-range dependencies, and Transformers face challenges with large model sizes and low computational efficiency. To address these issues, Selective Structured State-Space Models (SSMs) offer an efficient solution with linear complexity. However, standard Mamba models still suffer from local pixel information loss and channel redundancy, limiting their performance in fundus image enhancement. We propose MambaFE, which incorporates localized refinement and an advanced channel attention mechanism to resolve challenges such as pixel detail loss and excessive channel information. Considering that retinal structures play a vital role in fundus analysis, retaining these structures during the enhancement process is crucial. As retinal structures are predominantly located within the high-frequency components of fundus images, we introduce a frequency-guided approach to capture reliable representations of these features, ensuring improved retention of essential information during enhancement. Comprehensive experimental findings indicate that the proposed MambaFE outperforms contemporary fundus image enhancement techniques, significantly enhancing the quality of clinically low-quality and synthetically degraded fundus images, while offering robust support for real-world medical applications.

As an advanced technology that integrates virtuality and reality, digital twin technology has shown a wide range of application prospects in various fields. This paper aims to explore the potential application of digital twin technology in the teaching of engineering drawing courses, to improve students' theoretical knowledge and practical ability. By combining digital twin technology with traditional engineering drawing teaching, students can carry out practical operations and simulations in a virtual environment to better understand and apply drawing concepts and principles. Besides, taking the assembly drawing of thread connection as an actual teaching case, the specific application of digital twin technology in theoretical and experimental teaching is explained, respectively. The results show that digital twin technology is conducive to improving students' interest in engineering drawing courses and training students' spatial imagination ability, which is of great significance to reforming drawing courses. © 2023 IEEE.

Amidst global warming and escalating extreme weather events, indoor environmental quality’s impact on human health and public hygiene gains prominence. Environmental parameters exist essentially as fields, which are characterized by high dimensionality, density and complexity, and contain massive amounts of information in space. To facilitate visualization and analysis of indoor environmental field, we design and implement BuildEnVR, an immersive analysis system by virtual reality, enabling remote analysis of real-time and historical environmental field data. Grounded in user needs and cognitive psychology, three visualization modes emerge: the Virtual Sensor mode enables users to access perceptual data in real-time at any 3D coordinates in ambient space, the 4D Heatmap mode visualizes spatial variations and trends over time in environmental field data, and the Synaesthesia mode realizes the fusion display of multi-dimensional environmental field data, allowing users to quickly understand the overall condition of the indoor environment with a low cognitive load. Extensive user surveys validate BuildEnVR’s intuitiveness and precision, and it is suitable for both experts and general users.

In this paper, a circularly polarized annular slit antenna with a center frequency of 2.15 GHz realized through a metasurface was designed. The metasurface is made up of 5×5 periodic units. The impedance bandwidth of annular slit antenna is 2.08-2.5 GHz and after loading the metasurface the frequency range in which the axis ratio of the antenna is less than 3dB is 2.12-2.18 GHz and the gain reaches 3.5 dBi. The linear polarization antenna can be directly converted into circular polarization antenna by loading the metasurface. Reserch show that antenna loaded with metasurface can be widely used in electronic communication field.

Metastable phase in tungsten film is of great interests in recent years due to its giant spin Hall effects,however,little information has been known on its nucleation,growth and phase *** this paper,a 900 nm-thick tungsten film with double-layer structure(α-W underlayer andβ-W above it)was produced on SiO_(2)/Si substrate by high vacuum magnetron sputtering at room *** structural properties ofβ-W were systemically investigated by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,thermodynamic calculation,first-principle and phase-field *** is found that theβ-W nucleation is energetically favoured on the SiO_(2)surface compared to theα-W *** the film thickening proceeds,β-W[211]turns to be preferred direction of growth owing to the elastic strain energy minimization,which is verified by phase-field ***,theβ→αphase transformation takes place near the film-substrate interface while the rest of the film keeps theβ-W phase,leading to a doublelayer *** localized phase transition is induced by lower Gibbs free energy ofα-W phase at larger grain sizes,which can be confirmed by thermodynamic *** in-situ heating TEM analysis of the as-deposited film reveals that theβ→αphase transformation is fulfilled byα/βinterface propagation rather than local atomic *** findings offer valuable insights into the intrinsic properties of metastable phase in tungsten.

Modern manufacturing enterprises are shifting toward multi-variety and small-batch production. By optimizing scheduling, both transit and waiting times within the production process can be shortened. This study integrates the advantages of a digital twin and supernetwork to develop an intelligent scheduling method for workshops to rapidly and efficiently generate process plans. By establishing the supernetwork model of a feature-process-machine tool in the digital twin workshop, the centralized and classified management of multiple data types can be realized. A feature similarity matrix is used to cluster similar attribute data in the feature layer subnetwork to realize rapid correspondence of multi-source association information among feature-process-machine tools. Through similarity calculations of decomposed features and the mapping relationships of the supernetwork, production scheduling schemes can be rapidly and efficiently formulated. A virtual workshop is also used to simulate and optimize the scheduling scheme to realize intelligent workshop scheduling. Finally, the efficiency of the proposed intelligent scheduling strategy is verified by using a case study of an aeroengine gear production workshop. © 2020 The Society of Manufacturing Engineers

Strains from the Cryptococcus gattii species complex(CGSC)have caused the Pacific Northwest cryptococcosis outbreak,the largest cluster of lifethreatening fungal infections in otherwise healthy human hosts known to *** this study,we utilized a pan-phenome-based method to assess the fitness outcomes of CGSC strains under 31 stress conditions,providing a comprehensive overview of 2,821 phenotype-strain associations within this pathogenic *** clustering analysis revealed a strong correlation between distinct types of stress phenotypes in a subset of CGSC strains,suggesting that shared determinants coordinate their adaptations to various ***,a specific group of strains,including the outbreak isolates,exhibited a remarkable ability to adapt to all three of the most commonly used antifungal drugs for treating cryptococcosis(amphotericin B,5-fluorocytosine,and fluconazole).By integrating pan-genomic and pan-transcriptomic analyses,we identified previously unrecognized genes that play crucial roles in conferring multidrug resistance in an outbreak strain with high multidrug *** these genes,we identified biomarkers that enable the accurate prediction of highly multidrug-adapted CGSC strains,achieving maximum accuracy and area under the curve(AUC)of 0.79 and 0.86,respectively,using machine learning ***,we developed a pan-omic approach to identify cryptococcal multidrug resistance determinants and predict highly multidrug-adapted CGSC strains that may pose significant clinical concern.

In order to make up for the deficiencies of previous studies that ignore the impact of packet loss in vehicle platoon control, an innovative distributed model predictive control approach is proposed to address the internal stability issues under Bernoulli random packet loss in this paper. Under the mean communication topology which contains spanning trees, the impact of random packet loss probability on platoon asymptotic stability is explored, and the upper limit of the packet loss probability to maintain asymptotic stability is found. Finally, a sufficient condition for the consensus of vehicle platoons with random packet loss is proposed. In order to verify the proposed sufficient condition, a large number of simulations are executed to expose the repercussion of random packet loss on the platoon tracking performance. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to understand and improve the oil and gas mixing performance of a dual-channel vortex chamber diesel engine,the BH175F dual-channel vortex chamber combustion system was used as the research foundation,and the oil-gas mixture process of the combustion system was numerically *** analyzing the cylinder temperature,cylinder pressure,mixing process and combustion process of the combustion system,the mixture performance of the combustion system was *** indicated that:The mixture of the compression Top Dead Center(TDC)started to enter the main combustion chamber through the start-up hole;when the piston reached 4°After Top Dead Center(ATDC),the mixture started to enter the main combustion chamber through the connecting channels A and B,and the high-concentration mixture entered the main combustion from the start-up hole;when the piston continued running down to 20°and 25°ATDC,it could be seen that the main combustion chamber mixture was already relatively uniform;besides,when the equivalence ratio was between 0.8 and 1,the air-ftiel mixture was unevenly distributed in the main combustion *** provides guidance for further improvement of the combustion system.

In order to study the internal flow state of the mixed-flow turbine, this paper takes the modified HLTZ60-LJ-233 model turbine as the research object, combines with the modeling software UG, uses the grid division software ICEM, and then imports the flow field analysis software Fluent, and the turbine full-flow flow field analysis based on the k- ω turbulence model.
