Accurate prediction of RNA three-dimensional (3D) structure remains an unsolved challenge. Determining RNA 3D structures is crucial for understanding their functions and informing RNA-targeting drug development and synthetic biology design. The structural flexibility of RNA, which leads to scarcity of experimentally determined data, complicates computational prediction efforts. Here, we present RhoFold+, an RNA language model-based deep learning method that accurately predicts 3D structures of single-chain RNAs from sequences. By integrating an RNA language model pre-trained on ∼23.7 million RNA sequences and leveraging techniques to address data scarcity, RhoFold+ offers a fully automated end-to-end pipeline for RNA 3D structure prediction. Retrospective evaluations on RNA-Puzzles and CASP15 natural RNA targets demonstrate RhoFold+’s superiority over existing methods, including human expert groups. Its efficacy and generalizability are further validated through cross-family and cross-type assessments, as well as time-censored benchmarks. Additionally, RhoFold+ predicts RNA secondary structures and inter-helical angles, providing empirically verifiable features that broaden its applicability to RNA structure and function studies. The high-speed rolling machine is a key equipment in the automatic production line of automobile body-in-white welding. This article focuses on analyzing a method for accurately stopping the high-speed rolling machine using laser distance measurement. Firstly, through the analysis of the movement process, the calculation method of the length of each period in the 7-stage S-type acceleration and deceleration in the movement of the high-speed rolling machine is given; secondly, the system control theory model of the measurement and control system is established to analyze the dual-position closed-loop strategy The method of realizing the accurate stopping of the high-speed rolling machine; finally, the accurate stopping control method of the high-speed rolling machine proposed in this paper was verified by building an experimental system and developing the corresponding control program.

Nine Million Books and Eleven Million Citations: A Study of Book-Based Scholarly Communication Using OpenCitations

Books have been widely used to share information and contribute to human knowledge. However, the quantitative use of books as a method of scholarly communication is relatively unexamined compared to journal articles and conference papers. This study uses the COCI dataset (a comprehensive open citation dataset provided by OpenCitations) to explore books’ roles in scholarly communication. The COCI data we analyzed includes 445,826,118 citations from 46,534,705 bibliographic entities. By analyzing such a large amount of data, we provide a thorough, multifaceted understanding of books. Among the investigated factors are 1) temporal changes to book citations;2) book citation distributions;3) years to citation peak;4) citation half-life;and 5) characteristics of the most-cited books. Results show that books have received less than 4% of total citations, and have been cited mainly by journal articles. Moreover, 97.96% of books have been cited fewer than 10 times. Books take longer than other bibliographic materials to reach peak citation levels, yet are cited for the same duration as journal articles. Most-cited books tend to cover general (yet essential) topics, theories, and technological concepts in mathematics and statistics. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Syntactically constrained bidirectional-asynchronous approach for emotional conversation generation

Traditional neural language models tend to generate generic replies with poor logic and no emotion. In this paper, a syntactically constrained bidirectional-asynchronous approach for emotional conversation generation (ESCBA) is proposed to address this issue. In our model, pre-generated emotion keywords and topic keywords are asynchronously introduced into the process of decoding. It is much different from most existing methods which generate replies from the first word to the last. Through experiments, the results indicate that our approach not only improves the diversity of replies, but gains a boost on both logic and emotion compared with baselines. Quantum secure communications could securely transmit quantum information by using quantum ***,novel applications such as bidirectional and asymmetric quantum protocols have been *** this paper,we propose a new method for generating entanglement which is highly useful for multiparty quantum communications such as teleportation and Remote State Preparation(RSP).As one of its applications,we propose a new type of quantum secure communications,*** RSP *** from a four-party controlled cyclic RSP protocol of one-qubit states,we show that this cyclic protocol can be generalized to a multiparty controlled cyclic RSP protocol for preparation of arbitrary qubit *** point out that previous bidirectional and asymmetric protocols can be regarded as a simpler form of our cyclic RSP protocols.

With the rapid development of China's economy, the relative shortage of energy has become one of the important factors restricting economic and social development. At present, the research and development of energy-saving technology in industrial process have important practical significance. The Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system is considered to be a technology for the efficient use of low-temperature heat energy, and many researchers have made efforts on the efficiency of ORC system. In this paper, the dynamic performance of the system is adjusted by using the neural network-based PID control method for the expander in the system. Firstly, the control model of the expander in the system is established, and then the control algorithm is applied to the controlled object to make the system run efficiently. The simulation results show that the algorithm has a good control effect compared with the traditional PID control. This control method can effectively improve the efficiency of ORC system. © 2018 International Journal of Caring Sciences. All rights reserved.

In order to obtain ideal bandwidth and high sensitivity of multiple degrees of freedom micro gyroscopes, a kind of optimization design method of combining dynamic characteristic extraction with orthogonal experiment is presented in this paper. Firstly, the effect of vibrator mass ratio, structural frequency ratio and damping ratio on dynamic characteristic that is bandwidth and sensitivity of micro gyroscopes was studied, and then the constraint conditions of optimization design was determined according to dynamic characteristic. And on this basis the orthogonal experiment was adopted to set the level range of each factors and optimize sensitivity and bandwidth of the micro gyroscopes by orthogonal table of five factors and four levels. After optimization, the sensitivity of the micro gyroscopes is only slightly increased, but the bandwidth which compares to result of second order sequence optimization is increased by 1590Hz. Therefore, the optimization design method can greatly improve the bandwidth of the micro gyroscopes and be applied to the optimization design of the multiple degrees of freedom micro gyroscopes with wide-bandwidth. © 25th International Congress on Sound and Vibration 2018, ICSV 2018: Hiroshima Calling. A Low SAR, Small size, High gain, Circularly polarized Antenna for Wearable Application

A planar, small size, high gain, low specific absorption rate (SAR) and circularly-polarized (CP) wearable antenna is proposed in this paper. The antenna is fabricated on a substrate with a dielectric constant of 3.5 with a thickness of 0.5 mm and sized at 42×42 mm only. Both the simulation results show that the overlap bandwidth of impedance and axial ratio of the proposed antenna is 13.7% (5.15-5.91 GHz). To isolate the antenna against the influence of the human body, a artificial magnetic conductor (AMC) plane is added on the reverse side of the radiator. The AMC structure effectively isolates the human body from the radiation of the antenna and reduces the specific absorption rate (SAR) of it by more than 96.1% at 5.5 GHz, which improves the antenna gain and the peak gain reaches 5.09 dBi at 5.5 GHz. The wearable performance of the antenna was analyzed, and it is observed that it can sustain good performance even under human body loading. Beside, the antenna has a small size, which makes it ideal for wearable applications.

A Facile Surface Passivation of Hematite Photoanodes with Molybdate Overlayers for Efficient PEC Water Oxidation

α-Fe2O3 thin films have been synthesized and used as photoanodes for photo-electrochemical (PEC) water oxidation. Molybdate was introduced to mediate hematite thin films via two synthesis routes (namely in situin situ mediation and ex situ modification). Through the in situ mediation process, the morphology and film thickness could be changed significantly due to the addition of MoO42-, while for the ex situ modification, the PEC performance of the hematite has been greatly improved without changing the nanorod morphology. Various characterizations such as UV-Vis absorption, transmission electronic microscopy, scanning electronic microscopy, Mott-Schottky, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were conducted and the PEC performances were investigated.
