The multilingual focused crawler system combines web content extraction with path configuration to make use of their advantages and achieve automatic collection of network information in multiple languages. Firstly, system selects foreign language keywords according to crawling webpage language and Chinese keywords, and uses initial link to obtain webpage information. Then, it uses path configuration information or web content extraction algorithm based on the distribution line block to get webpage content, and adopts rules or configuration information to acquire new links, published time and title. Next, keywords are used to filter irrelevant information. Finally, results are presented as a list. When users use focused crawler system, the webpage path information can be configured or not according to requirements, and the collected network resources can also be searched or filtered.

Land use reflects human activities on *** land use is the highest level human alteration on Earth,and it is rapidly changing due to population increase and *** areas have widespread effects on local hydrology,climate,biodiversity,and food production[1,2].However,maps,that contain knowledge on the distribution,pattern and composition of various land use types in urban areas,are limited to city *** mapping standard on data sources,methods,land use classification schemes varies from city to city,due to differences in financial input and skills of mapping *** address various national and global environmental challenges caused by urbanization,it is important to have urban land uses at the national and global scales that are derived from the same or consistent data sources with the same or compatible classification systems and mapping *** is because,only with urban land use maps produced with similar criteria,consistent environmental policies can be made,and action efforts can be compared and assessed for large scale environmental ***,despite of the fact that a number of urban-extent maps exist at global scales[3,4],more detailed urban land use maps do not exist at the same *** at big country or regional levels such as for the United States,China and European Union,consistent land use mapping efforts are rare[5,6](e.g.,https://***/open_land_use/).

Title-guided encoding for keyphrase generation

keyphrase generation (KG) aims to generate a set of keyphrases given a document, which is a fundamental task in natural language processing (NLP). Most previous methods solve this problem in an extractive manner, while recently, several attempts are made under the generative setting using deep neural networks. However, the state-of-the-art generative methods simply treat the document title and the document main body equally, ignoring the leading role of the title to the overall document. To solve this problem, we introduce a new model called Title-Guided Network (TG-Net) for automatic keyphrase generation task based on the encoderdecoder architecture with two new features: (i) the title is additionally employed as a query-like input, and (ii) a titleguided encoder gathers the relevant information from the title to each word in the document. Experiments on a range of KG datasets demonstrate that our model outperforms the state-of-the-art models with a large margin, especially for documents with either very low or very high title length ratios. A New Control Strategy Integrated into the Desired Safety Margin Car-Following Model Considering the Disturbance Level

A vehicular communication system can provide motion information based on various sensors. Thus, adaptive cruise control (ACC) systems based on a reliable communication system can relieve traffic congestion in a platoon. However, acquiring vehicle information entails uncertainties because the disturbance of traffic environment and vehicular communication systems influences vehicle control performance. In this study, the desired safety margin (DSM) model is employed to investigate the influence of uncertainty on car-following performance, such as starting, emergency braking, and car-following processes. Based on the DSM model, the disturbance level on perceived safety margin is introduced to characterize the uncertainty of vehicle information. The stability criterion of the DSM model with the disturbance level is derived via linear stability theory. Analytical results indicate that a negative value of disturbance level will enlarge the stable region. By contrast, a positive value is conducive for maintaining the consensus state and achieving the high acceleration and deceleration of following vehicles in the starting process. Findings show that disturbance in the vehicular system significantly influences car-following performance. To enhance the smoothness and stability of traffic flow evolution, a new control strategy is proposed in this study. Numerical experiments illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy in stabilizing traffic flow. This study highlights the need to resolve the stability of sensors and vehicular communication systems, and develop a vehicular controller to help ACC system improve vehicle control performance in the car-following process. © 2018, National Academy of Sciences: Transportation Research Board 2018.

In this paper, the problem of training federated learning (FL) algorithms over a realistic wireless network is studied. In particular, in the considered model, wireless users execute an FL algorithm while training their local FL models using their own data and transmitting the trained local FL models to a base station (BS) that will generate a global FL model and send it back to the users. Since all training parameters are transmitted over wireless links, the quality of the training will be affected by wireless factors such as packet errors and the availability of wireless resources. Meanwhile, due to the limited wireless bandwidth, the BS must select an appropriate subset of users to execute the FL algorithm so as to build a global FL model accurately. This joint learning, wireless resource allocation, and user selection problem is formulated as an optimization problem whose goal is to minimize an FL loss function that captures the performance of the FL algorithm. To address this problem, a closed-form expression for the expected convergence rate of the FL algorithm is first derived to quantify the impact of wireless factors on FL. Then, based on the expected convergence rate of the FL algorithm, the optimal transmit power for each user is derived, under a given user selection and uplink resource block (RB) allocation scheme. Finally, the user selection and uplink RB allocation is optimized so as to minimize the FL loss function. Simulation results show that the proposed joint federated learning and communication framework can reduce the FL loss function value by up to 10% and 16%, respectively, compared to: 1) An optimal user selection algorithm with random resource allocation and 2) a standard FL algorithm with random user selection and resource allocation. An articulation point (AP) is any node whose removal increases the number of connected components of a graph. There is no doubt that this kind of node which occupies a non-ignorable fraction of real-world networks plays a key role in ensuring the connectivity. However, we should not thus neglect the impacts of non-APs nodes. In this paper, we define a local AP (LAP) whose removal will increase the number of connected components within its r-step neighborhood. Through investigating the fraction of LAPs in forty-five real networks, we find a critical proportion Scr, which is equal to 0.5 (S = r/D, D is the diameter of a network), and this result can also be turned out in ER networks. Finding the proper node ranking method for complex networks

Ranking node importance is crucial in understanding network structure and function on complex networks. Degree, h-index and coreness are widely used, but which one is more proper to a network associated with a dynamical process, e.g. SIR spreading process, is still unclear. To fill this gap, a, which is extracted from the fitting 1 function (f(x) = 1 − e2a(x−b)+1) of the average number of nodes in each radius of the neighborhood of a node, is proposed. Experiment results which are carried out on twenty real-world networks show that a can classify which of the three measures (degree, h-index and coreness) is more proper to a network in ranking node importance. We also find that [b/3] is a good indicator for forecasting the optimal radius of the neighborhood of a node in ranking node importance for a given network. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first solution of this interesting and open issue. Furthermore, by extending the range of neighborhood where we construct an operator ℋ on of a node, we propose a new method to quantify the importance of a node. The ranking accuracies of most networks can be improved when the radius is increased from 0 to its forecasting optimal radius and the improvement, for the best case, reaches up to 111%. The performances will reduce on half of the networks studied in this paper if we roughly extend the radius of the neighborhood. Our work deepens the understanding of how to find out the proper node ranking method for complex networks.
