A large electrolytic capacitor is always used to provide stable DC-link voltage in single-phase to three-phase power converter. However, the large electrolytic capacitor occupies a large volume and has a short lifetime as to the home appliances. And additional PFC circuit is needed to correct the grid current. In order to settle these issues, an electrolytic capacitor-less converter system is studied in this paper to improve the input power factor and to lower the harmonics of both the grid current and the output currents. The q-axis current reference is modified for the high power factor operation in the view of AC source. And the d-axis current reference is generated to improve the waveform of the output currents and to achieve the flux-weakening control. The simulation results illustrate the superior performance of the proposed method.

In this paper, the leader-following output consensus problem of heterogeneous linear systems(MASs) is addressed. A distributed intermittent event-triggered protocol is designed, where the information interaction among agents only occurs under a local triggering condition within some certain time intervals. As a result, it saves the energy for communication and reduces the number of control updates. In aid of the Lyapunov functional method, some sufficient conditions are derived to achieve the leader-following consensus and the result is further extended to the formation control problem. Finally, numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

Battery consistency is an important factor for battery pack performance. Excellent battery consistency can make battery packs more energy efficient and electric vehicles can have longer mileage and higher safety. Thus, in this study a comprehensive intelligent clustering methodology for the design of Li-ion battery pack on the basis of uniformity and equalization criteria of the cell was proposed. Firstly, multiple parameters (capacity, voltage, temperature and resistance) test of single cell performance was performed. Secondly, a clustering method combine with self-organizing map neural network (SOM) was proposed. Furthermore, a validation experiment (pack level) was carried out to verify the accuracy of proposed clustering algorithm. It can be concluded that the battery pack formed from SOM sorting results perform better than the battery pack having random cells combination as well as the pack originally purchased from the manufacturer.

The phenomenon of cracks on the surface of buildings is widespread. The existence of cracks affects the normal use of buildings, shortening the service life, seriously damaging the structure of buildings, resulting in safety accidents. Therefore, regular detection and reinforcement of cracks on the surface of buildings is a necessary link to ensure safety. At present, the detection of building surface cracks is mainly carried out by manpower with means of equipment assisted. However, there are some problems in manpower detection, such as high manpower consumption, low *** paper presents a method of detecting and inspecting cracks on building surface based on imageprocessing technology in machine vision, which includes image gray transformation, image denoising etc. Curve fitting and least square method are used to obtain crack parameters, so as to improve the inspecting efficiency and realize the automation of building surface inspection.

In this paper, the periodic dynamics have been studied for a general kind of memristor-based neural networks with leakage and time-varying delays. Some new sufficient conditions have been derived ensuring that the existence, uniqueness and globally exponential stability of the periodic solution for the neural network by using differential inclusions theory, the topological degree theory in set-valued analysis and Lyapunov function technique and so on. As a special case, we have shown that the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for the autonomous neural networks with leakage delays.
