Diffusion-Weighted Imaging (DWI) is a significant technique for studying white matter. However, it suffers from low-resolution obstacles in clinical settings. Post-acquisition Super-Resolution (SR) can enhance the resolution of DWIs and has gained increasing research interest in recent years. An advanced generative model, the Diffusion Model (DM), exhibits particularly promising performance in image SR. However, effective conditions are required to bootstrap the DM for DWI SR. To this end, we proposed the first DM-based DWI SR model with two effective conditions based on low-solution DWIs and Track Density Imaging (TDI) maps, which possess rich high-resolution prior knowledge Additionally, we consider another condition based on features from low-resolution DWIs. These two conditions are integrated into our model, which comprises three components: DWI Resolution Enhancer (DRE), DWI Feature Extractor (DFE), and TDI Feature Extractor (TFE). DRE combines low-resolution DWI features from DFE with TDI features from TFE to progressively generate high-resolution DWIs. We performed extensive experiments on DWIs of normal subjects from human connectome projects and patients with Parkinson’s disease. The results demonstrate that our model outperforms existing DWI SR models, both qualitatively and quantitatively. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

For the features of Zigzag transformation, a Bidirectional Deformed Zigzag (BD-Zigzag) transformation is proposed in this paper, which starts from both sides of the diagonal and crosses in both directions. This method is more complex than the traditional Zigzag transformation method and has better dislocation effect. Then, a Hyperchaotic image encryption algorithm based on BD-Zigzag transformation and DNA coding is proposed. First, the images are processed with multiple rounds of permutations using the BD-Zigzag transformation. Second, a 4D-hyperchaotic Lorenz system is used to produce random numbers to permute the images at the bit level. Finally, DNA encoding is used to diffuse the pixels in the image. The experimental simulations and performance analysis data can prove that the encryption algorithm has high-level security capability. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In recent years, oriented object detection technology has made significant progress. Most oriented object detectors represent oriented bounding boxes by adding additional angle information to the horizontal bounding box representation, which leads to serious angle periodicity issues. To address these issues, this paper proposes double midpoint vectors (DMvectors) to represent oriented objects. For any oriented bounding box, we align the center point with the origin in the Cartesian coordinate system, and evenly distribute the midpoints of the box edges across the four quadrants. We use the midpoint of the first and second quadrants, as well as the width and height of the box, to represent the oriented bounding box. DMvectors solve the periodic problem of angles by implicitly including angle information in vectors. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method, we conducted extensive experiments on two common remote sensing datasets (DOTA and HRSC2016), and our method achieved competitive results. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper focuses on data security, considering that data will be transmitted and processed between multiple devices and nodes instead of being concentrated in the cloud, which may bring To solve data security issues, relying on the integrated architecture of Metaverse educational applications based on edge computing (MEC), it provides an identity verification and access with higher security and scalability, better performance, and service requirements that meet the current environment Control mechanism solutions, while analyzing other problems that will arise during the development of the extended reality metaverse. Aiming at the security problem on the edge side, a signature authentication scheme is designed based on Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) integrated blockchain encryption technology and the effectiveness of the method is proved. Deformed spine radiograph spine segmentation can help doctors to analyze the disease site faster, which is a necessary part of the current development of competent healthcare. For scoliosis diagnosis, this paper designs an Attention-guided ResNet with an FPN-like Upsampling model(ARF-Net) for segmenting the cone part of the spine radiograph map. In this paper, ResNet50 is used as the backbone to propose the feature map. Then the Global-Coordinate Attention (GCA) attention mechanism is added to obtain the X-axis, Y-axis, and global features. Finally, through the SIMAMUP module, the feature map is upsampled to introduce more detailed information to prevent cone segmentation errors and to improve the cone segmentation capability. The final experimental findings demonstrate that the model described in this study has greater segmentation precision in the SpineWebl6 public dataset, with the Jaccard and Dice coefficients reaching 87.70% and 93.45%, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

A Stronger Leakage Model Based on Conditional Generative Adversarial Networks for Correlation Power Analysis

Deep learning-based side-channel attacks (DL-SCA) have attracted widespread attention in recent years, and most of the researchers are devoted to finding the optimal DL-SCA method. At the same time, traditional SCA methods have lost their luster. However, traditional attacks still have certain advantages. Compared with the DL-SCA method, they do not require cumbersome engineering of tuning DL models and hyperparameters, making them easier to implement. Correlation power analysis (CPA), as a traditional SCA method, is still widely used in various analysis scenarios and plays an important role. In CPA, the leakage model is the key to simulating the power consumption, and it decides the attack efficiency. However, the existing leakage models are designed based on theory but ignore the actual attack scene. We found that conditional generative adversarial networks (CGAN) can ideally learn the target device's leakage characteristics and real power consumption. We let CGAN pre-learn the leakage of the target device, and then make the generator as the leakage model (Formula presented.). The (Formula presented.) leakage model can characterize the leakages of the device and consider the presence of noise in the actual scenario. It can map the power consumption more realistically and accurately, which can lead to a more powerful CPA attack. In this work, three kinds of (Formula presented.) leakage models ((Formula presented.) 1, (Formula presented.) 2, and (Formula presented.) 3 leakage models) corresponding to the labels least significant bit (LSB), hamming weight (HW), and identity (ID) of CGAN are discussed. The experimental results show that the (Formula presented.) 3 leakage model has better attack performance. Compared with the ordinary HW leakage model, the number of traces needed to recover the key on the ASCAD and SAKURA-AES datasets reduced by about 38.9% and 85.9%, respectively. © 2025 John Wiley & Sons Ltd.

Aiming at the problem of quality assurance of intelligent logistics service in 5G+ edge computing environment, this paper proposes a mechanism based on federated cooperative cache, which aims to utilize the computing and storage resources of edge nodes to realize rapid processing and sharing of logistics data and improve the efficiency and reliability of logistics services. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and challenges of intelligent logistics services under 5G+ edge computing environment, and then introduces the concept and principle of federated cooperative cache, as well as its application scenarios and advantages in intelligent logistics services. Then, this paper designs an intelligent logistics service quality assurance mechanism based on federated cooperative cache, including five modules such as data partitioning, data transmission, data fusion, data access and data update, and gives the corresponding algorithms and processes. Finally, this paper verifies the effectiveness and performance of the proposed mechanism through simulation experiments. Compared with the traditional centralized cache and distributed cache, the proposed mechanism can reduce the data transmission delay, improve the data hit rate and data consistency, so as to ensure the quality of intelligent logistics services. In the future, the federated collaborative cache mechanism can be further optimized to consider the needs of multiple scenarios. Aiming at the problem of digital image encryption, an image encryption algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is divided into preparation stage and permutation diffusion stage. In the preparation stage, Arnold algorithm is improved and combined with Logistic chaotic map to generate the necessary sequence for the next stage. In the permutation diffusion stage, the final encrypted image is obtained by permutation, positive XOR operation, shift operation, S-box substitution and reverse XOR operation. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively resist the common attacks. For the 128 × 128 Lena gray image, the resistance performance number of pixel change rate (NPCR) is 99.6090, unified average changing intensity (UACI) is 33.4316. In addition, the time consumption of the algorithm is about 0.0055 s, and the experiments show that the algorithm has high security and real-time performance. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The metaverse originated from science fiction at first, but it gradually came into reality with the continuous power of technology. Aiming at the problems of course work in Chinese universities, such as its function is weakened or suppressed, its form is too abstract, and it lacks elaborate design, this paper proposes a design method of course work meta-universe based on extended reality under edge computing. XR technology is used to realize the interactive immersion of the coursework meta-universe, in order to improve students’ learning enthusiasm and ability to solve abstract problems. Based on the international perspective, this paper systematically combs and analyzes the integration architecture, application scenarios and future trends of the meta-universe education application based on Edge computing (MEC). Four key processes are described: teacher-student interaction, data collection, data feedback and comprehensive evaluation. In order to promote the application of the metaverse in the field of education to provide mirror.
