In order to solve the challenge of multi-objective team personalized tourism route design, in view of the shortcomings of the existing divide and conquer algorithms, this study proposes an innovative personalized tourism route design method based on fuzzy APACA. This new scheme uses the principles of gradient descent theory to accurately identify and locate key influencing factors, and accordingly carries out a sensible classification of indicators to reduce possible interference. At the same time, by using the unique mechanism of fuzzy APACA, this scheme cleverly constructs the design strategy of tourism routes. The empirical results show that this scheme shows a significant improvement compared with the traditional divide and conquer algorithm in terms of key performance indicators such as the accuracy of personalized tourism route design and the processing efficiency of key factors, showing its obvious strong advantages. In the multi-objective team, the personalized tourism route design plays a crucial role, which can accurately predict and optimize the growth trend and output results of the multi-objective team's personalized tourism route design. However, in the face of complex simulation tasks, traditional divide-and-conquer algorithms show some inherent shortcomings, especially when dealing with multi-level challenges, their performance is often unsatisfactory. To overcome this, this study introduces a new idea of fuzzy APACA optimization for the design of personalized tourism routes, and accurately controls the influencing parameters through gradient descent theory, which is used as the road map for index allocation, and then uses fuzzy APACA to innovate and construct a system scheme. The test results clearly point out that in the context of the evaluation criteria, the new scheme has been significantly optimized in terms of accuracy and processing speed for a variety of challenges, showing stronger performance superiority. Due to its high degree of customization, DNA origami provides a versatile platform with which to engineer nanoscale structures and devices. Reconfigurable nanodevices driven by DNA strand displacement accomplish the task of transition between different conformations, endowing DNA origami with application values. Herein, we propose a strategy to regulate the conformation of DNA origami using the polymerase-triggered DNA strand displacement (PTSD) reaction. We design a book-shaped DNA origami structure consisting of four pages connected into a cuboid shape. The PTSD reactions initiated by different primer strands selectively remove the connecting strand, transforming the nano book into a two-page or a four-page conformation. We utilize three primer strands to remove thirty-five connecting strands and construct three conformations of the identical DNA origami, illustrating that the PTSD reaction is an effective tool for the reconfiguration of DNA origami. The statistical results of TEM images prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. Our work on the development of PTSD-driven reconfigurable nanostructure will offer a new way to create intelligent materials for advanced nanotechnology applications. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Short textual similarity has been more and more widely used in the field of natural language processing. However, people tend to pay more attention to the semantic similarity of sentences and ignore the word order similarity in sentences. For this reason, we propose a short text similarity computation model that fuses semantics and word order. In terms of semantics, we propose a adjacency-aware similarity model based on deep convolutional neural networks, which effectively exploits the adjacency relationship in sentences and extracts text features from multiple perspectives for similarity prediction. In terms of word order, a word order model incorporating an external knowledge base is proposed, which uses an external knowledge base with pointwise mutual information to construct word order dense vectors to assess word order similarity. Ultimately, we propose a comprehensive assessment model for short text similarity that incorporates semantic and word order information. We conducted experiments on the public dataset MRPC, and the experimental results show that our model outperforms existing models in terms of performance. © 2024 IEEE.

Genetic algorithms have been widely used in intelligent test paper generation systems. However, traditional genetic algorithms cannot ensure that the difficulty of test questions is normally distributed, and are prone to falling into local optimal solutions. To address the above problems, we proposed an intelligent test paper generation algorithm that combines normal distribution and parallel genetic algorithms. In the population initialization stage, we use the cumulative distribution function (CDF) of the normal distribution to initialize the population. In the subsequent genetic operations, we designed a directed mutation mechanism and added KL divergence as a penalty number in the design of the fitness function to ensure that the difficulty of the test questions is normally distributed. At the same time, in order to speed up the efficiency of the algorithm and escape from the local optimal solution, an adaptive migration strategy was introduced. Experimental results show that the difficulty of the test questions generated by this algorithm is normally distributed, and the algorithm performance is better than other algorithms. © 2024 IEEE.

The electrical-gas coupled power flow problem is one of the most basic problems under Energy Internet. In order to achieve a more complete analysis of the electric-gas coupled power flow, this paper establishes a novel integrated energy system model that considers electricity and natural gas. This model integrates the power system AC power flow model and the non-isothermal process of natural gas pipeline transmission, achieving a more accurate description of the power grid and gas network power flow. At the same time, the beneficial effects of energy storage units on the network of each part of the system are analyzed. Through simulation design, the benefits of energy storage access on system cost and security are analyzed and quantified. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

With the prevalence of various intelligent educational systems, it is imperative to uncover learners' proficiency in mastering knowledge points through their prior practice circumstances. Knowledge tracking is an extremely beneficial instrument in this regard. Among them, Convolutional Knowledge Tracking (CKT) has demonstrated excellent performance in numerous KT tasks, while it does not take into account the phenomenon of forgetting and the interconnection between knowledge points. In order to tackle these problems, we propose a model called FGE-CKT, which integrates forgetting behavior and graph embedding with CKT. Our model addresses the drawbacks of forgetting characteristics by modelling three key factors affecting students' forgetting behaviors through a fully connected neural net: repeated knowledge learning times, adjacent learning interval and interval between visits to repeat knowledge. At the same time, convolutional neural networks are used to simultaneously extract and incorporate connections between knowledge points into the model's input portion. It was confirmed by experiments on two well-established datasets that FGE-CKT achieved significant improvements in AUC performance. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper solves USV path planning problem constrained by multiple factors via ant-colony optimization algorithm. First, this paper uses the ways of multi-objective optimization to model the USV path planning problem. An improved ant colony algorithm named ACO-SA is put forward afterwards to effectively solve the problem. The algorithm is a combination of ACO algorithm(ant colony algorithm) and SA algorithm(simulated annealing algorithm), which has three improments: change the initial distribution of pheromone to guide the search when the algorithm has just started running;change the heuristic function and state transition probability taking three factors into consideration;change the pheromone update rule and make the ants compete for the right to update pheromone by simulated annealing algorithm, and update the best solution by the same algorithm. Finally, simulation experiment and field experiment are conducted to check the validity of ACO-SA algorithm. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This paper proposes an improved high-precision 3D semantic mapping method for indoor scenes using RGB-D *** current semantic mapping algorithms suffer from low semantic annotation accuracy and insufficient real-time *** address these issues,we first adopt the Elastic Fusion algorithm to select key frames from indoor environment image sequences captured by the Kinect sensor and construct the indoor environment space ***,an indoor RGB-D image semantic segmentation network is proposed,which uses multi-scale feature fusion to quickly and accurately obtain object labeling information at the pixel level of the spatial point cloud ***,Bayesian updating is used to conduct incremental semantic label fusion on the established spatial point cloud *** also employ dense conditional random fields(CRF)to optimize the 3D semantic map model,resulting in a high-precision spatial semantic map of indoor *** results show that the proposed semantic mapping system can process image sequences collected by RGB-D sensors in real-time and output accurate semantic segmentation results of indoor scene images and the current local spatial semantic ***,it constructs a globally consistent high-precision indoor scenes 3D semantic map.

The piezoelectric actuator is one kind of device that can drive nanoscale motion. However, the nonlinear hysteresis effect induced by its natural material greatly degrades its positioning accuracy. To handle this challenging issue, this work develops a Koopman model predict control (Koopman- MPC) framework for the piezoelectric actuator. Specifically, the Koopman operator theory is adapted for modeling the piezoelectric actuator dynamics. A simple yet powerful linear model spanned in a high-dimensional space is thus constructed to characterize the hysteresis dynamics. Subsequently, upon the established Koopman model, an MPC scheme is put forward for tracking control of piezoelectric actuators. Therein, by sustained optimizing a cost function containing future outputs and control increments, the control input is obtained. Moreover, extensive tracking simulations are carried out on a simulated piezoelectric actuator for verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the Koopman- Mpc scheme. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
