In this paper, the consensus control problem for multi-agent systems (MASs) suffering hybrid attacks is discussed, in which the hybrid attacks include randomly occurring deception attacks on system dynamic behavior and denial-of-service attacks (DoS). An event-triggered robust model predictive control (RMPC) method is presented to achieve the consensus of MASs under hybrid attacks. It can be proved that the consensus errors can be asymptotic with prescribed H∞ performance, the sufficient condition for stability can be given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and the controller gains are obtained by solving an optimization problem involving some LMIs. Employing the event-triggered mechanism with maximum trigger interval, not only can not only save computation time and facilitate the efficiency of the shared resources but also can effectively be responsible for the negative impact of cyber-attacks on system performance. Finally, simulation results are given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

With the development of the maritime industry, the number and capacity of existing port cold-ironing (CI) equipment can no longer meet the power demand of ships during berthing, resulting in significant carbon emissions from ships within the port area. Therefore, a ship power sharing strategy based on Shapley value method and Cartel mechanism is proposed. Firstly, the rolling optimization model of ship power scheduling is established to adjust the ship power scheduling strategy according to the real-time information. Secondly, the cooperative game model of ship power sharing is established, and the cost sharing among cooperative ships is realized by Shapley value method. Finally, in order to reduce the situation that ships increase their own profits by deviating from cooperation and affect the overall profits, this paper introduces Cartel mechanism to punish the behavior of deviating from cooperation. The simulation results show that the power sharing strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the total ship cost and carbon emission by 5.28% and 3.78%, respectively. The introduction of Cartel mechanism can increase the cost of non-cooperative behavior, thus ensuring that all ships take cooperative behavior. The power sharing strategy based on Shapley method and Cartel mechanism proposed in this paper is helpful to the construction of green ports. © 2024 IEEE.

Rate splitting multiple access (RSMA) has emerged in the integrated satellite-terrestrial networks (ISTNs). However, the satellite-terrestrial channel suffers serious shadow fading and cannot maintain stable communication links effectively. From the perspective of reliability, this correspondence takes the lead in focusing on the outage probability (OP) of ISTNs based on the combination of RSMA and hybrid automatic repeat request with chase combining (HARQ-CC). The lower and upper bounds of OP are derived firstly according to the inclusion-exclusion principle. Then, the diversity order is deduced, pointing out the conditions for full time diversity. Monte Carlo simulations confirm the accuracy of the theoretical results, and superior outage performance of HARQ-CC-aided RSMA is present compared with benchmarks. © 1967-2012 IEEE All rights reserved.

This paper mainly focuses on a disturbance rejection control methodology for a series of mismatched and matched disturbed complex systems. Firstly, a novel finite-time arbitrary-order extended state observer (A-ESO) is proposed to accurately estimate the system states, disturbances, and their corresponding order derivatives. And then, a novel concise nonrecursive control ideology utilizing all the estimations of A-ESO is proposed to strictly guarantee finite-time stability and convergence of the whole closed-loop system. Significantly, compared with the existing nonrecursive control methods, the essential characteristic is that all the estimation information is utilized to construct the composite controller. This will be tremendously conducive to cost-saving and promoting practical implementations. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Optimal control of constrained unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) trajectory optimization problem is one of the frontiers and hotspots of UAV research. The various constraints generated by physical limitations and obstacles in the environment increase the difficulties of solving the trajectory optimization problem, especially when the limited sensing ability is taken into consideration. This paper presents the receding horizon optimization method to obtain optimal control for the UAV with limited sensing range in a complex environment with obstacles. To improve efficiency, a path constraint processing method is proposed to reduce the number of constraints in the nonlinear programming problem (NLP). The proposed main structure and detailed algorithm are also given. The numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method compared with the classical Gauss pseudospectral method. © 2024 IEEE.

Heart rate variability (HRV) extracted from the electrocardiogram (ECG) is an essential indicator for assessing the autonomic nervous system in clinical. Some scholars have studied the feasibility of pulse rate variability (PRV) instead of HRV. However, there is little qualitative research in different body states. In this paper, the photoplethysmography (PPG) of postauricular and finger and the ECG of fifteen subjects were synchronously collected for comparative analysis. The eleven experiments were designed according to the daily living state, including the stationary state, limb movement state, and facial movement state. The substitutability of nine variables was investigated in the time, frequency, and nonlinearity domain by Passing Bablok regression and Bland Altman analysis. The results showed that the PPG of the finger was destroyed in the limb movement state. There were six variables of postauricular PRV, which showed a positive linear relationship and good agreement (p > 0.05, ratio (Formula presented.) 0.2) with HRV in all experiments. Our study suggests that the postauricular PPG could retain the necessary information of the pulse signal under the limb movement state and facial movement state. Therefore, postauricular PPG could be a better substitute for HRV, daily PPG detection, and mobile health than finger PPG. © 2023 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

Considering the slow-moving and energy-consuming issues that tend to occur when truck fleets drive, this paper proposes a hierarchical energy management strategy (EMS) for the hybrid electrical truck (HET) fleet, including speed planning and energy management. The speed threshold range that allows the whole fleet to pass through the traffic light is computed in the upper-layer speed planning. Within the model predictive control framework, a multi-objective optimization function is constructed for speed planning to find the optimum solution. In the lower-layer energy management, an offline model is established for power allocation between the Integrated Starter Generator and the Electric Motor and gear shift selection of automated manual transmission to reduce the dimensionality of the control variables. Then, an adaptive equivalent consumption minimum strategy (A-ECMS) is designed based on the fleet's optimal speed provided. In the offline part, the transformation relationship between the co-state and equivalence factor is established based on Pontryagin's minimum principle (PMP), and PMP obtains the globally optimal control sequence in the historical driving cycle to train a back-propagation neural network (BPNN). The BPNN model predicts the current optimal co-state in the online part, transformed into a real-time optimal equivalence factor to guide the A-ECMS online application. The simulation results indicate that the fuel economy of the proposed EMS is comparable to that of the global optimization method PMP and superior to that of Fixed EF-ECMS and PI-ECMS. Additionally, it enables the HET fleet to pass through traffic lights without stopping, thereby ensuring queue continuity and improving the passage efficiency of the fleet. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

In the contemporary era of information technology, the exponential surge in data has rendered colossal potential value, which would be fully unlocked through data circulation and sharing. However, when the data contains sensitive information, special attention must be paid to the data privacy and security problem for data sharing. A feasible solution is to incorporate blockchain technology into the data sharing system, and the new challenge is how to provide fair rewards for data owners to motivate them to contribute data. To address this challenge, in this paper, we first design a blockchain-based data sharing system to enhance the trust and reliability of the data shared among participants. Then we propose an incentive allocation method based on the Shapley value, which comprehensively incorporates each participant’s contribution while ensuring fairness for the allocation. Finally, multiple numerical simulations are conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism. © Beijing HIWING Scientific and Technological Information Institute 2024.
