With the increasing demand for green energy, triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG) have the potential to harvest energy from the environment in a small size range to power microelectronic devices. Still, its performance is affected by impedance matching problems. In this study, the effect of impedance matching on the performance of the TENG was investigated. The generator output power is simulated by Simulink software, and the theoretical usability of TENG was demonstrated by driving the load. Firstly, a mathematical model of the TENG was developed to consider its operating principle, and the transferred charge and voltage-current output under different impedance conditions were simulated. Then, the effect of impedance matching on the output of the TENG on its generator was analyzed by adjusting the impedance of the TENG with the external circuit. The results show that by adjusting the impedance value, the generator can be made to work in a more efficient operating region, which helps to promote the development of TENG technology. © 2024 IEEE.

Non-invasive electroencephalography (EEG) signals find widespread application in brain-computer interfaces (BCI), with paradigms such as motor imagery (MI), mental arithmetic (MA) and emotion recognition being particularly common. This study aims to explore feature extraction and classification methods for MI and MA tasks. We employed convolutional neural networks (CNN) combined with Transformer networks and Fasternet Block to extract features. Through our reaearch, we obtained features for MI and MA tasks, and used softmax classification for binary classification of these tasks. We conducted on a publicly available dataset consisting of data from 29 subjects. The experimental results demonstrate that our method achieved high classification accuracy in MI and MA tasks. The final accuracy rates for MI and MA tasks were 88.67% and 91.23%, respectively.

With the gradual increase of vehicle penetration rate, driving safety has become a problem that people pay attention to, and traffic accidents caused by fatigue are mostly, therefore, it is meaningful to devote ourselves to research on the method of detecting driving fatigue so as to achieve safety warning. Based on this, in this paper, we collect the EEG signals of the experimenter through driving simulation, then extract the features through differential entropy, classify the features with GBDT, and finally determine the fatigue level of the subject with the classification results. We use our method to analyse the difference with sample entropy and fuzzy entropy at the feature level, and with KNN and SVM at the classification level. The comparison shows that our method has significant accuracy in EEG-based fatigue *** can be used accurately in extraction methods through its properties, and differential entropy-based GBDT methods may be useful in detecting driver fatigue.

In this paper, a dual-beam photothermal self-mixing substance trace detection system is proposed. The crystal violet (CV) solution of the sample undergoes a thermal lens effect under the action of pump photoperiod excitation, and the refractive index changes cause the deviation of the probe beam, and the self-mixing interference (SMI) effect occurs when the modulated light returns to the cavity. By combining theoretical and experimental results, the power fluctuation of the SMI signal caused by the thermo-optic effect is linearly related to CV concentration and other parameters. At an excitation power of 24 mW, the detection limit can reach 8.0 × 10−8 mol/L. This method does not require labeling or complex CV pretreatment and has high sensitivity and flexibility, providing a guide for CV characterization in biological, environmental, and pharmaceutical research. © 2025 Optica Publishing Group.

Aiming at the problem of insufficient anti-disturbance performance and control accuracy of the traditional double closed-loop control strategy in the grid-connected inverter of permanent magnet direct drive wind power system, this paper proposes a control strategy that applies linear active disturbance rejection control technology to the voltage outer loop controller. To improve the control performance of the DC bus voltage. By introducing the sum disturbance signal in the expanded state observer (ESO) to observe its change trend, an effective early correction signal is generated, thereby improving the control system dynamic disturbance observation ability. The analysis of frequency response characteristics and simulation results under various working conditions show that, compared with traditional control methods, this method not only has a faster response speed, but also has a better anti-interference ability. © 2020 IEEE.

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to realize zero voltage and zero current switching (ZVZCS) in the current switching power supply, the resonance energy of the lagging arm is insufficient. In this paper, with TMS320F2812 as the control core, the DC/DC part of the switching power supply is designed by using the PWM phase shift control full-bridge ZVZCS technology in the series diode of the hysteresis arm of the converter circuit. The soft switch is well implemented in the case of load change. The MATLAB simulation results show that the soft switching power supply has the advantages of high output precision, fast dynamic response and small overshoot. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

To solve the problem of real-time monitoring of the distribution of toxic gases in high-risk pollution areas and ensure the safety of field workers, a portable toxic gas monitoring system based on u/COS-II is designed by combining embedded system and Internet of things technology. The system can collect six kinds of toxic gases such as carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide in the environment in real-time;display the gas concentration through the human-computer interface, set the gas alarm threshold;and use the wireless transmission unit to upload the data to the cloud server. The experimental data show that the system has stable performance and small error, which can meet the requirements of real-time, accurate and comprehensive monitoring of gas distribution in high-risk pollution sites, and remind the site staff to evacuate in time. © 2020 IEEE.

In view of the high risk of working in the complex unknown environment, the intelligent car is used to monitor the concentration, temperature and humidity of harmful gases in the environment, collect the actual geographical information of the unknown environment and other functions. In this paper, through upper and lower computer control scheme, the smart car based on wireless communication technology is researched, components including main-control chip based on ATmega328P single-chip microcomputer (SCM), AR9331 wireless transmission chip, and various sensors are selected to construct the whole system, functions like screen image acquisition and passing back, and monitoring environmental gas concentration and humiture are realized. The result indicates, the system of multi-functional smart car based on wireless communication technology is stable enough to meet practical demand.
