Different from the traditional warehousing system, in the multi-AGV warehouse scheduling control system, the constraints of poor connectivity of the conveying track have led to the emergence of urgent problems such as vehicle conflicts in the task, low efficiency of multitasking concurrency, difficulty of delineating the conditions for entering the transporting area and so on. This paper proposes a design of multi-AGV warehouse intelligent scheduling optimized control system, which takes multitask scheduling research as an entry point, designs the warehouse layout and vehicle operation rules assumptions and modeling, studies the scheduling solution of Monorail Vehicles in multiple tasks, designs a scheduling optimization method based on the algorithm of Time Window, solves conflicts between key process and operation task process and optimize the scheduling, so as to effectively enhance the efficient scheduling capability of multi-AGV warehouse intelligent scheduling optimized control system. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In online shopping, a person's interest in a product is closely related to whether they will purchase it Analyzing people's interest in various products on time, along with product recommendations, can increase purchase rates. However, in many cases, We only know user implicit feedback, such as browsing or favoriting items, and cannot directly access user explicit feedback, such as product ratings. Moreover, users have limited exposure to products, resulting in a sparse user- item matrix. The traditional Alternating Least Squares (ALS) algorithm can partially address the issue of matrix sparsity, but its accuracy in recommending products based on implicit feedback alone is insufficient This paper proposes an improved ALS algorithm that converts implicit feedback into explicit ratings. We calculate the browsing frequency of a product based on user browsing counts. For a given product, we represent user preference by summing the browsing frequencies of all products with browsing frequencies less than or equal to that of the product. Then, by multiplying the preference level by the product's maximum rating, we derive a product rating, achieving a transformation from implicit feedback to explicit scores. Additionally, traditional collaborative filtering algorithms often use offline data, which may not align with user current preferences. To improve the algorithm's accuracy, we also utilize Flink for real-time data processing, allowing us to capture the most recent feedback data. This study tests the approach using the UserBehavior dataset from the publicly available Tianchi dataset. Experimental results indicate improvements in both Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Error (MAE). © 2025 IEEE.

Trajectory classification algorithms are widely used in fields such as behavior recognition, anomaly detection and monitoring, and video content analysis. To overcome the issues of traditional trajectory classification algorithms that require large supporting data and continuous model updates to ensure effectiveness, we take inspiration from the concept learning approach proposed by Brenden et al. We simulate how humans learn rich concepts from a single hand-drawn sample and propose a Bayesian program learning-based trajectory classification algorithm. This algorithm first builds concepts from a set of hand-drawn trajectories and then classifies trajectory data based on these constructed concepts. Experimental results show that our algorithm outperforms traditional single-sample learning algorithms in trajectory classification tasks and also shows superior performance over traditional single-sample learning algorithms when the dataset includes noisy data.

Diffusion models (DMs) have demonstrated remarkable proficiency in producing images based on textual prompts. Numerous methods have been proposed to ensure these models generate safe images. Early methods attempt to incorporate safety filters into models to mitigate the risk of generating harmful images but such external filters do not inherently detoxify the model and can be easily bypassed. Hence, model unlearning and data cleaning are the most essential methods for maintaining the safety of models, given their impact on model parameters. However, malicious fine-tuning can still make models prone to generating harmful or undesirable images even with these methods. Inspired by the phenomenon of catastrophic forgetting, we propose a training policy using contrastive learning to increase the latent space distance between clean and harmful data distribution, thereby protecting models from being fine-tuned to generate harmful images due to forgetting. The experimental results demonstrate that our methods not only maintain clean image generation capabilities before malicious fine-tuning but also effectively prevent DMs from producing harmful images after malicious fine-tuning. Our method can also be combined with other safety methods to maintain their safety against malicious fine-tuning further. intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-assisted simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT)is a promising technology for prolonging the lifetime of the users and improving system ***,it is challenging to obtain the perfect channel state information(CSI)at the base station(BS)due to the lack of radio frequency(RF)chains at the IRS,which becomes even harder when eavesdroppers(Eves)*** this paper,we study the power issues in the IRS-aided SWIPT system under the imperfect CSI of BS-IRS-Eves *** aim to minimize the transmitting power at the BS by jointly designing transmit beamforming and reflective beamforming with subject to the rate outage probability constraints of the Eves,the energy harvesting constraints of the energy receivers(ERs),and the minimum rate constraints of the information receivers(IRs).We use Bernstein-type inequality to solve the rate outage probability ***,the formulated nonconvex problem can be efficiently tackled by employing alternating optimization(AO)combined with semidefinite relaxation(SDR)and penalty convex-concave procedure(CCP).Numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

With the increasing number and capabilities of orbital satellites and their onboard sensors, satellites scheduling plays an important role in growing demands for Earth observation tasks. A conflict-priority-based variable neighborhood tabu search method is proposed in this paper. By analyzing the flexibility of resources, the conflict-priority of tasks, and the visible time window features, the indicators of the impact, the conflict, the flexibility, and the bad impact are first established. On this basis, a first-come first-served greedy algorithm and a minimum bad impact greedy algorithm are designed for the generation of the initial solution. some rule-based heuristic strategies are also adopted for optimizing. Additionally, the algorithm incorporates three types of neighborhood structures including insertion, swapping and rearrangement, and deletion, using a tabu list to avoid local optima. Experimental results indicate the validity and efficiency of the proposed method. All solutions are within 10% of the optimal solution, with some even within 5%.The proposed method is effective for obtaining optimum solutions or solutions with a very good quality in various multi-satellite scheduling scenarios of realistic planning. © Chinese Society of Astronautics 2024.

This paper presents a translation-based knowledge geraph embedding method via efficient relation rotation (TransERR), a straightforward yet effective alternative to traditional translation-based knowledge graph embedding models. Different from the previous translation-based models, TransERR encodes knowledge graphs in the hypercomplex-valued space, thus enabling it to possess a higher degree of translation freedom in mining latent information between the head and tail entities. To further minimize the translation distance, TransERR adaptively rotates the head entity and the tail entity with their corresponding unit quaternions, which are learnable in model training. We also provide mathematical proofs to demonstrate the ability of TransERR in modeling various relation patterns, including symmetry, antisymmetry, inversion, composition, and subrelation patterns. The experiments on 10 benchmark datasets validate the effectiveness and the generalization of TransERR. The results also indicate that TransERR can better encode large-scale datasets with fewer parameters than the previous translation-based models. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) detection in the wild is a challenging task due to the presence of background noise and the varying size of the object. To address these obstacles, we propose a novel learning framework for robust UAV detectors, which we call Difference-based Multi-scale Learning (DML). We argue that motion information matters in UAV detection because of the low recognition in one frame. Our method utilizes the frame difference of multiple previous frames, extracting motion information and blocking background noise. We also fuse multiple spatial-temporal scales for training and inferencing, enabling fusion from different sources. In addition, to better evaluate the performance of UAV detection in different scales, we propose Multi-Scale Average Precision (MSAP) metric to aggregate the detection accuracy over multiple scales. Through extensive experiments, we demonstrate that our proposed approach improves the detection accuracy of baseline models. Notably, we achieve SOTA performance in the 3rd Anti-UAV Challenge, with 2nd place in Track 2 and 4th place in Track 1. © 2023 IEEE.
