In this paper,the distributed resilient tracking control problem is investigated for nonlinear multi-agent systems with false data injection(FDI) attacks and unknown *** FDI attacks are considered in communication network between ***,the neighbor's information received by the agent may be wrong due to the attacks,which will affect tracking consensus ***,the approximate property of fuzzy logic systems are utilized to estimate unknown nonlinear *** backstepping framework,we design a distributed resilient control scheme under asymmetric *** asymmetric saturation nonlinearity,an auxiliary system is constructed to simplify designed progress of the *** on Lyapunov stability theory,it is proved that all signals in the closed-loop system are semi-globally uniformly bounded,and the followers' outputs are driven to a neighborhood near the output of ***,simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

With the development of deep learning technology,the dehazing method based on convolutional neural network has also developed ***,it still faces some problems such as incomplete dehazing and difficulty in detail *** at the problems,we propose a dehazing network based on U-Net structure and residual *** the down sampling process,we introduce the residual block of attention mechanism,which effectively improves the feature extraction and expression ability of the *** the middle part of the network,the smooth dilation convolution residual block is used to expand the receptive field of the network and improve the restoration effect of small *** the same time,we introduce a feature fusion mechanism based on attention mechanism,which can reduce the loss of information and weight the down-sampling features into intermediate *** the process of up sampling,the method of adding elements instead of feature stitching is used to reduce the number of parameters and realize the function of jump ***,dense convolution residual blocks are added to the jump connection between input and output to further improve the *** experimental results show that the PSNR of this method can reach 32.893,which is better than the existing methods.

Deep neural networks(DNNs) have achieved remarkable success in diverse ***,it has been demonstrated that DNNs are very vulnerable to adversarial examples even in black-box settings.A large number of black-box attack methods have been proposed to in the ***,those methods usually suffer from low success rates and large query counts,which cannot fully satisfy practical *** this paper,we propose a hybrid attack method which trains meta adversarial perturbations(MAPs) on surrogate models and performs black-box attacks by estimating gradients of the *** method uses the meta adversarial perturbation as an initialization and subsequently trains any black-box attack method for several ***,the MAPs enjoy favorable transferability and universality,in the sense that they can be employed to boost performance of other black-box adversarial attack *** experiments demonstrate that our method can not only improve the attack success rates,but also reduces the number of queries compared to other methods.

The tracker based on Siamese neural network is currently a technical method with high accuracy in the tracking field. With the introduction of transformer in the visual tracking field, the attention mechanism has gradually emerged in tracking tasks. However, due to the characteristics of attention operation, Transformer usually has slow convergence speed, and its pixel-level correlation discrimination in tracking is more likely to lead to overfitting, which is not conducive to long-term tracking. A brand new framework FAT was designed, which is the improvement of MixFormer. The operation for simultaneous feature extraction and target information integration in MixFormer is retained, and the Mixing block is introduced to suppress the background as much as possible before the information interaction. In addition, a new operation is designed: the result of region-level cross-correlation is used as a guidance to help the learning of pixel-level cross-correlation in attention, thereby accelerating the model convergence speed and enhancing the model generalization. Finally, a joint loss function is designed to further improve the accuracy of the model. Experiments show that the presented tracker achieves excellent performance on five benchmark datasets. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Recent advancements in music generation research have significantly progressed the field. However, a prevalent issue among current models is their tendency to overlook music's intrinsic structure, leading to compositions that lack coherence and thematic consistency. This paper proposes a novel approach to structured music generation that addresses these challenges by considering music structure as styles of different subsegments. The approach enhances the deep structural aspects of generative music by deriving embedding vectors from pre-trained contrastive models and clustering them into discrete structured tokens for generative conditions. Furthermore, this study introduces a self-similarity-based evaluation method to assess the structural features of the generated music. Experimental results indicate that the Structured Music Transformer (SMT) significantly outperforms contemporary models in producing compositions that are stylistically coherent and structurally robust, as demonstrated across two diverse datasets. © 2024 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Path planning is one of the most critical links in mobile robots. Its timeliness, security and accessibility are crucial to the development and wide application of mobile robots. However, in solving the problem of path planning, the most popular A∗ algorithm has some problems, such as heuristic function cannot be estimated accurately, node redundancy, path is not smooth, and obstacle avoidance cannot be achieved in real time. To solve these problems, A fusion algorithm of improved A∗ combined with reverse path and dynamic window method (DWA-IMP-A∗) was proposed. The algorithm refines the heuristic function by incorporating the reverse path. The node optimization algorithm is used to further reduce the path length. The generated trajectories are smoothed by cubic spline interpolation. At the same time, it is integrated with the improved DWA algorithm to improve the efficiency and safety of robot path planning. The algorithm takes ROS mobile robot as the carrier and is tested under typical road conditions. Compared with A∗ algorithm, the planning time is reduced by 54.6% and the path length is reduced by 6.37%. Experimental results verify the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm. The research results have certain reference significance for the path planning of various types of mobile robots and the research of driverless vehicles. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

This paper addresses the problem of leader-following consensus in heterogeneous multi-agent systems (HMAS) with input saturation and communication delay. Given the practical differences between leader and follower dimensions, we design virtual leaders to address this problem by allowing actual leaders and followers to communicate with virtual leaders separately, thus enabling indirect communication between actual leaders and followers. Additionally, the control protocol proposed in this paper takes into account the effects of input saturation and time delay that exist in real communication. At last, a simulation example is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed control protocol. © 2024 IEEE.
