The rapid expansion and diversification of internet traffic pose a pressing demand for accurate classification of diverse application streams in network management and security monitoring. This paper introduces a deep learning-based method for precise classification of diverse internet application streams in network. By transforming raw traffic data into grayscale images and utilizing Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and the Swin-Transformer framework, critical information is extracted at both local and global feature levels. The core of this method is offering a visual representation of the structure and content of traffic data. This visual representation enables subsequent feature extraction and classification. Through experimentation across various applications including email, Skype, YouTube, Vimeo, FTP, and Facebook, the proposed method in traffic classification is demonstrated to be effective. This approach boosts traffic classification accuracy, offers innovation in network management and security monitoring, and holds vital importance in optimizing network performance and security. Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have demonstrated unparalleled clinical responses and revolutionized the paradigm of tumor treatment,while substantial patients remain unresponsive or develop resistance to ICIs as a single agent,which is traceable to cellular metabolic *** dysregulated metabolism has long been adjudged as a hallmark of tumor,it is now increasingly accepted that metabolic reprogramming is not exclusive to tumor cells but is also characteristic of ***,people used to pay more attention to the effect of tumor cell metabolism on immunocytes,but in practice immunocytes interact intimately with their own metabolic function in a way that has never been realized before during their activation and differentiation,which opens up a whole new frontier called *** metabolic intervention for tumor-infiltrating immunocytes could offer fresh opportunities to break the resistance and ameliorate existing ICI immunotherapy,whose crux might be to ascertain synergistic combinations of metabolic intervention with ICIs to reap synergic benefits and facilitate an adjusted anti-tumor immune ***,we elaborate potential mechanisms underlying immunotherapy resistance from a novel dimension of metabolic reprogramming in diverse tumor-infiltrating immunocytes,and related metabolic intervention in the hope of offering a reference for targeting metabolic vulnerabilities to circumvent immunotherapeutic resistance.

Aiming at the problems of large memory space occupied by remote sensing image detection models in complex scenes, high computational complexity, and detection speed that is difficult to meet the real-time target detection requirements, a model compression algorithm based on dynamic detection head and channel pruning is proposed. Based on YOLOv5s, the head of the original YOLOv5 is replaced by the DyHead detection head, which improves the detection performance of the model by combining and unifying the three attention mechanisms of scale, space and task. Secondly, the Focaler-IoU loss function is introduced to further improve the predictive regression ability of the model. Finally, the channel pruning algorithm is used to eliminate the redundant parameters in the network to further compress the parameters and computation of the model, and the accuracy of the pruned model is improved by model fine-tuning. The experimental results show that there is a large improvement on the DOTAV1.0 dataset, and the validity is further verified on the RSOD dataset. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

As the function of the decomposition of fungi has been clearly researched in the global carbon cycle,it is obviously of value to explore the decomposition rate of fungal *** study analyzed the relationship between environmental factors and biodiversity step by *** order to explore the interaction between the fungi and the relationship between the decomposition rate of fungi with time,the model based on the Logistic model was built and the Lotka-Volterra model was employed in the condition of two kinds of fungi existing in an environment with limited *** changing trend of population number and decomposition rate of several fungi under different environmental conditions can be predicted through the *** illustrate the applicability of the model,Laetiporus conifericola and Hyphoderma setigerum were applied as *** results showed that the higher the degree of population diversity,the greater the decomposition rate,and the higher the decomposition efficiency of the *** rich species diversity is conducive to accelerating the decomposition of litter,lignocellulose,and the circulation of the entire *** on the above model and using the data from measuring the mycelial elongation rate of each isolate at 10℃,16℃,and 22℃ under standardized laboratory conditions,the growth patterns of the five fungi combinations were *** results revealed a general increase in growth rate with increasing temperature,which verifies the accuracy of the ***,it also revealed that the total decomposition rate after fungal incorporation was negatively correlated with the decomposition rate of a fungal single *** on the above model,predictions can be made for fungal growth in different environments,and suitable environments for fungal growth can be *** the future,the model can be further optimized,and lignin and cellulose decomposition factors can be added to fit the decomposition of *** application

Multiview clustering has wide real-world applications because it can process data from multiple sources. However, these data often contain missing instances and noises, which are ignored by most multiview clustering methods. Missing instances may make these methods difficult to use directly, and noises will lead to unreliable clustering results. In this article, we propose a novel autoweighted noisy and incomplete multiview clustering (ANIMC) approach via a soft autoweighted strategy and a doubly soft regular regression model. First, by designing adaptive semiregularized nonnegative matrix factorization, the soft autoweighted strategy assigns a proper weight to each view and adds a soft boundary to balance the influence of noises and incompleteness. Second, by proposing θ-norm, the doubly soft regularized regression model adjusts the sparsity of our model by choosing different θ. Compared with previous methods, ANIMC has three unique advantages: 1) it is a soft algorithm to adjust our approach in different scenarios, thereby improving its generalization ability;2) it automatically learns a proper weight for each view, thereby reducing the influence of noises;3) it performs doubly soft regularized regression that aligns the same instances in different views, thereby decreasing the impact of missing instances. Extensive experimental results show its superior advantages over other state-of-the-art works. © 2020 IEEE.

Flood control is one of the most important operations of Yellow River control. The dam bank danger in flood season every year has the characteristics of time-varying, multi-dimension and complex situation, which poses a certain threat to people's life and property safety. For timely, flood control engineering data quickly and implement management interface of information visualization, effectively reduce the labor intensity of artificial working risk, this paper puts forward a kind of based on three-dimensional library of Cesium Huang Heba shore the realization method of 3D visualization platform adopted the aerial drones to create dam shore entity 3D model, Combined with WebGIS technology and front-end technology, the system's 3D expression is realized. Through interface design and system function development, the system has three-dimensional model display,with the functions of dam bank cruise and measurement tools, the platform has strong sense of reality and good interaction effect, which realizes the three-dimensional visual display of the Madu control project in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. © 2023 SPIE.

An elevation change dataset in Greenland ice sheet from 2003 to 2020 using satellite altimetry data

ABSTRACT A decade-long pronounced increase in temperatures in the Arctic resulted in a global warming hotspot over the Greenland ice sheet(GrIS).Associated changes in the cryosphere were the consequence and led to a demand for monitoring glacier changes,which are one of the major parameters to analyze the responses of the GrIS to climate ***-term altimetry data(***,CryoSat-2,and ICESat-2)can provide elevation changes over different periods,and many methods have been developed for altimetry alone to obtain elevation *** this work,we provided the long-term elevation change rate data of the GrIS in three different periods using ICESat data(from February 2003 to October 2009),Cryosat-2 data(from August 2010 to October 2018)and ICESat-2 data(from October 2018 to December 2020).Optimal methods were applied to the datasets collected by three different altimeters:crossover analysis for ICESat/ICESat-2 and the surface fit method for *** data revealed that the elevation change rates of the GrIS were-12.19±3.81 cm/yr,-19.70±3.61 cm/yr and-23.39±3.06 cm/yr in the three different periods,corresponding to volume change rates of-210.20±25.34 km^(3)/yr,-339.11±24.01 km^(3)/yr and-363.33±20.37 km^(3)/yr,*** general,the obtained results agree with the trends discovered by other studies that were also derived from satellite altimetry *** dataset provides the basic data for research into the impact of climate change over the *** dataset is available at https://***/10.57760/sciencedb.j00076.00121.

The classical traditional dark channel priori algorithm causes colour distortion in bright areas of the sky, snow and other surfaces when processing images, and the overall darkness of the recovered image is complicated, resulting in slow processing speed. In this paper, we propose an adaptive modified dark channel priori defogging algorithm that combines inverse bright channel and dark channel weighting. Firstly, the brightest channel of the RGB channel of the fogged image is inverted, and then the dark channel is weighted and combined with the dark channel to correct the dark channel and adaptively correct the transmittance. Secondly, the mean value of the brightest 0.1% of pixels in the new dark channel is used in estimating atmospheric light values;finally, the transmittance estimation is optimised using multi-window fitting and guided filtering methods. Experimental results show that the algorithm improves the dark channel priori colour distortion in bright regions, with faster processing and more effective defogging. © 2023 SPIE. In traditional interval-set information systems (ISISs), each attribute is single-scale. However, processing and analyzing data at different scales is often necessary for practical applications. This paper introduces the granular information transformation into multi-scale interval-set information systems (MISISs), defines the similarity relation between objects in MISISs, and defines the rough approximation and correlation properties at different scales studied. Then, we propose the multi-scale interval-set decision table (MISDT) concept and discuss the monotonicity of scale variation of the positive region, generalized decision and positive complementarity conditional entropy. Then, we give three criteria for determining the optimal scales and discuss the relationship among the optimal scales of MISDTs. Finally, give heuristic algorithms and examples. © 2023 IEEE.
