In this paper, we consider the joint beamforming design for simultaneous sensing and communication in a wireless multi-user system. Different from the existing works that mostly are for single target, we consider sensing the channel parameters of multiple targets while communicating with multiple users. The design goal is to minimize a weighted sum of the Cramer-Rao bounds (CRB) of target parameters subject to the communication sum rate and transmission power constraints. While the classical weighted minimum mean square error (WMMSE) and semidefinite relaxation (SDR) can be used to handle the problem, we propose to reformulate the problem into a max-min form, by leveraging the tightness of SDR, and solve it by a low-complex first-order method. Numerical results not only demonstrate the computation efficiency of the proposed algorithm but also its effectiveness in enhancing the sensing performance in practice. © 2023 IEEE.

Mining User–Item Interactions via knowledge Graph for Recommendation

Introducing a knowledge Graph (KG) to facilitate a recommender system has become a tendency in recent years. Many existing methods leverage KGs to obtain side information of items to promote item representation learning for enhancing recommendation performance. However, they ignore that KGs also may contribute to better user representation learning. To solve this issue, we propose a novel algorithm, the KIGR (knowledge-aware Interaction Graph for Recommendation), to mine user–item interactions via KGs for assisting user representation learning. Specifically, a user–item interaction is encoded by attentively summing up the relation embedding about the item in the KG. Then, an unsupervised learning method is used to group the user–item interactions into different latent types. Further, a user–item interaction graph is divided into several subgraphs, which is referred to as a knowledge-aware Interaction Graph, making each subgraph only contain one latent type of interaction. Finally, user representation is the fusion of user interest embedding, which is learned on the knowledge-aware interaction graph, whereas item representation is learned on the KG. Experimental results on MovieLens, LastFM and Amazon-Book validate that the proposed KIGR has a superior performance compared with the state-of-the-art algorithms.

In the evolving landscape of sequential recommendation systems, the application of Large Language Models (LLMs) is increasingly prominent. However, current attempts typically utilize general-purpose LLMs, which present a mismatch in capability and a large semantic gap relative to the specialized needs of recommendation tasks. To tackle these issues, we introduce RecCoder, an innovative model that reformulates sequential recommendation as a code completion task. This approach leverages the superior reasoning capability of code LLMs as a backbone, aligning well with the requirements of recommendation systems. To bridge the semantic gap, RecCoder creates extra tokens for each item and employs item content to initialize token embeddings. Furthermore, we have developed a suite of Semantic Adaptation Fine-tuning tasks, tailored to enhance the model's acquisition of both content and collaborative semantic information, thus aligning the model's intrinsic capabilities with the unique demands of recommendation tasks. Through extensive testing on three public datasets, RecCoder has shown remarkable improvements over existing models in terms of recommendation accuracy and efficiency. This success highlights the substantial yet previously underexplored potential of code LLMs in improving recommendation accuracy and efficiency, suggesting a promising new direction for future research in this area. The accuracy of data analysis depends on data quality, and addressing data consistency issues is a key challenge to improve it. Constant Conditional Functional Dependency (CCFD) is an effective approach that ensures data consistency by enforcing bindings of semantically related values, thus providing quality assurance for data analysis and decision-making processes. However, with the growth of data scale, especially the increasing number of data tuples and attributes, existing single-machine CCFD discovery algorithms face issues of low computational efficiency and lengthy computation time. This paper proposes a time-efficient distributed CCFD discovery algorithm (DCCFD). Through the optimization of data preprocessing and index mapping, the data organization structure is enhanced, laying the foundation for the discovery of CCFDs under distributed conditions. The Spark parallel computing framework is used to partition the dataset, which accelerates the parallel loading and processing of data. Additionally, this algorithm ensures accuracy and processing speed when discovering dependencies by efficiently generating frequent itemsets and verifying CCFDs in parallel. Experiments on multiple real datasets show that, especially with the complex Airline dataset, the DCCFD algorithm not only accurately discovers CCFDs, but also reduces the average running time by 75.64% compared with the preCFDMiner algorithm.

With the rapid development of the Internet,malicious web pages including phishing,spamming and malware are gradually increasing,resulting in endangering network *** address this challenging issue,a novel malicious URL recognition method based on multi-feature fusion and machine learning is *** specifically,three classic features(URL,HTML and JavaScript code features) and two presented effective features(HTTP request and Text features) are first extracted from URL ***,several machine learning models are adopted to train binary classification model with the selected discriminant ***,we use ten-fold cross-validation accuracy to evaluate the performance of different classification *** results verify that the selected features are conductive for malicious URLs detection and the random forest model trained using the presented hybrid feature set performs better than other classification techniques.

Next-basket recommendation (NBR) infers a set of items that a user will interact with in the next basket. Existing methods often struggle with the data sparsity problem, particularly when the number of baskets is significantly large due to diverse user behaviors. Cross-domain recommendation (CDR) can effectively alleviate this problem in NBR by transferring knowledge across different domains. Nevertheless, these methods often rely on the similarities of overlapping users, which leads to the negative transfer problem and ignores the overlapping items that are general in real-world scenarios like chain stores. In this paper, we provide a clear symbolic definition of cross-store recommendation (CSR) and distinguish it from CDR. We also propose a novel CSNBR model for cross-store next-basket recommendation task. To fully model the transferable collaborative information between two stores, we learn the embeddings of users, baskets, and items by two intra-store bipartite graphs, and use an inter-store unified bipartite graph to transfer the previously learned knowledge. Furthermore, to alleviate the negative transfer problem, we propose to reconstruct the inter-store unified bipartite graph by utilizing user embeddings obtained from the transfer layer and the disentanglement layer. We also employ two sequence encoders to model the historical sequential information at basket-level and item-level. Extensive experiments conducted on real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of the CSNBR model. © 2024 IEEE.

User-generated content is daily produced in social media, as such user interest summarization is critical to distill salient information from massive information. While the interested messages (e.g., tags or posts) from a single user are usually sparse becoming a bottleneck for existing methods, we propose a topic-aware graph-based neural interest summarization method (UGraphNet), enhancing user semantic mining by unearthing potential user relations and jointly learning the latent topic representations of posts that facilitates user interest learning. Experiments on two datasets collected from well-known social media platforms demonstrate the superior performance of our model in the tasks of user interest summarization and item recommendation. Further discussions also show that exploiting the latent topic representations and user relations are conductive to the user automatic language understanding. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

This paper investigates joint location and power optimization for secure communication in a multi-unmanned acrial vehicles (U A V s) enabled cellular network consisting of interference link, eavesdropping link, cellular link and D2D link. To this end, we first derive the expression of secure rate. Then, we formulate the maximization of secure rate as a constrained optimization problem. Finally, we solve it using the method of exhaustion. © 2023 IEEE.
